This is to complaint to the koovs that i had made an order of overdyed denim jacket, order id-6450256, on 13th july 2019, mentioned to be shipped to pincode-721302, but it has not been delivered as yet.
here, i request the authority to kindly deliver my product as soon as possible, and do reply me about the reason of it's delay.

    The customer service lie. The customer service is rude. The ordered the dress on 14 july its 20 days but there is no dress received yet. They told me to wait for time. Do we have to wait for 1 dress to come. Worst service. They dont provide quick solution for days. My order no. Is 645651.       I had placed my order on 5th July. After 2 weeks, I called customer care number a couple of times where in they told me to wait. In my last call which was a week back I requested them to deliver my order in a week because I'll be moving out but no response. I tried to email to cancel the order. Few emails were exchanged regarding my concern. When I asked in my last email to cancel the order and just give me a refund they told me to cancel the order through the app where there is no option for cancellation on the site or app. What kind of pathetic customer care service do you have?
      Because there is no option for cancellation in the first place, I called and emailed. I'm annoyed and tired now because it feels like my number is blocked by the company because everytime I call the same customer care number which I used before, the call gets ended without the ring!

      It's 29th July today and it's been over 20 days since I've placed my order and I'm tired of their customer care service. I just want the refund for my order!

        I have paid the money for my products. But even after almost a month, i didn't get my products delivered. I have contacted customer support, but still didnt receive the products or my money.

        I would like to sue them for their irresponsiveness which implies stealing money through online. I had been a loyal customer and feel deeply hurt after this incident since i had been expecting my products on time.           Koovs are cheating customers and making them go through mental anguish by accepting orders but not fulfilling them. The orders below:
          Order 644524, order 644525 were placed on 13th july and they have confirmed the order but not updating the status. Order 6385545 was placed on 5th july and they were not updating on it even after calling them so manytimes and saying there warehouse is shifting so they need more time and after 12 days on 17th july they said they have to cancel tbe order and on same day they created order 6476562 for same product. On calling them again on 19th july for order 644524, order 644525 they said there warehouse is shifting and they dont know if they can fulfill the order. The issue is why are they accepting orders if they cant fulfil them. They should retract the website and put it on hold or display apology of not accepting orders. There are no standards maintained by this company and they are taking customers' time, money and mental stress for granted. This company should be penalised for being so unprofessional.

          I am apalled they give reason of shifting warehouse everytime. They are so unprofessional and I wonder why they are not yet out of business. I have been tracking all the consumer complaints and april this year, 2018 and 2017 they have been using same reason

          Disgraceful company. Highly unprofessional company. They reached out to me and stated they will only fulfil Prepaid orders. Since 5th july I have called them so manytimes and they made me wait for resolution and never once they said they have already planned not to fulfil my order. I am apalled at such inefficiency and shamelessness. Not at all transparent !! Very bad abd disappointing experience. If these inefficient people ALREADY PLANNED to fulfil prepaid orders then why do they give 1. Cash on delivery option 2. accept such orders 3. if customer calls again and again they dont tell customer directly. So in nut shell Koovs is a arrogant as they take customer time and money so much for granted. This blatant disregard for customers shows there no hard policies and lack of legal proceedings help such organizations to get away with anything.

            Requested refund for 2 orders because the orders weren't packed nor shipped in 2 days since I placed the orders. Now, their application shows that's both my orders re refunded. But the money hasn't actually been refunded. Why? To show that their team closes cases in record time? Where's my money Koovs? I thought only your sizing and delivery and returns suck. But seems your refund system is shady, too.

                Usually people don't check bank statements but yes this happen to me twice. My order at koovs shows refunded but no money was sent to my bank. I was low at account balance those days so itr was easy to know that no money was transferred to me. I got to know about this and called koovs where no one was able to help for 2 orders worth rs 3500. Please guys check for your orders too, as this will also be your case in some orders. Don't let koovs cheat your money,

                  I tried to contact customer care exicutive of KOOVs serveral.They also behave very rude and not at all willing to compensiate for their fault.
                  They keep on arguing on the matter and threatened me inderectly that they cancel the order if i dont co-operate with them.
                  I need a justice and after i let them know that i will gonna launch a complain against this thing on forum, they replied with do what ever you feel like.we are not going to compensate on any thing.

                    Hi,

                    I had order white canvas shoes with order id 6199297.
                    Which was supposed to deliver on 3rd june 2019, but it is not delivered and I received sms saying it's delivered. When raised complaint that no one in my family or in building received that order. 3 days after multiple follow ups I received email attached with fake signature saying product has been deliver. I have every proof of product not been delivered. This company is investigating regarding my order. I need to know who has stolen my order. I need my refund or product asap.

                      My order id is 6084403. I returned a pair of footwear almost a month ago. I have called and mailed to you people thousands of times without receiving any solution for the same. Everytime the exucutive gives the false hope of the priority pickup and then the very next day we receive a text saying "pick-up cancelled". Please do something as soon as possible. This is very disappointing as a customer. I'll further have to take some serious actions towards koovs if this continues.

                        My order id is 6029447. I returned a pair of shoes to koovs and it has been a month since i’ve returned it. I have called them almost 15 times for the same but havent got any solution. Please do something as soon as possible.                               I purchased a shirt and got it delivered on 10th march but because of the fit had to return. Order was picked up on 12th march and it still shows in the app as stuck somewhere. Its been more than 15 days as compared to the 3 to 5 days return that they promise.

                              I have emailed them and they say to have patience as its in transit.
                              Transit for 16 days?
                              Truly unprofessional.

                                I ordered a pant. I am not satisfied with the product. I returned it along with bill and the tag. However, i understand that the refund hasn't yet been initiated. How long will it be before it is done and the money reaches my account? It's been so long that i returned it on january 17 2019 still they didn't do any quality check.                                   Hi, i ordered a flip flop and top rs 974 from koovs and paid via paytm for the same. The amount got deducted from my account but my order did not get placed. Since the amount has already been deducted i don't know what to do i don't have any order number also. Koovs is not returning any calls or email.
                                  Koovs is a trusted site please look into the matter asap.
                                  Kindly refund the amount or place my order i am really worried.

                                    Twice i have faced payment issues while placing order on koovs.com using retailshoppingpaytm ([protected]@icici) and been cheated.

                                    1) i tried making a payment of 999rs on nov 29 2018, 11:32 am through paytm (Via google pay)

                                    2) payment of rs 799 on december 1 2019, 11:47 pm through paytm (Via google pay)

                                    Both these orders did not get placed at all but money got deducted from my account.

                                    Request you to look into this issue asap and initiate refund.
