didn't get my order its.. been 8 days... wtf?

customer service is pathetic they lie they are rude order not received yet after 20 days

The customer service lie. The customer service is rude. The ordered the dress on 14 july its 20 days but there is no dress received yet. They told me to wait for time. Do we have to wait for 1 dress to come. Worst service. They dont provide quick solution for days. My order no. Is 645651. Order 644524, order 644525 were placed on 13th july and they have confirmed the order but not updating the status. Order 6385545 was placed on 5th july and they were not updating on it even after calling them so manytimes and saying there warehouse is shifting so they need more time and after 12 days...

order shows refunded but no money reflecting in account

Requested refund for 2 orders because the orders weren't packed nor shipped in 2 days since I placed the orders. Now, their application shows that's both my orders re refunded. But the money hasn't actually been refunded. Why? To show that their team closes cases in record time? Where's my money Koovs? I thought only your sizing and delivery and returns suck. But seems your refund system is shady, too....

no money but shows refund

Usually people don't check bank statements but yes this happen to me twice. My order at koovs shows refunded but no money was sent to my bank. I was low at account balance those days so itr was easy to know that no money was transferred to me. I got to know about this and called koovs where no one was able to help for 2 orders worth rs 3500. Please guys check for your orders too, as this will also be your case in some orders. Don't let koovs...

My order id is 6084403. I returned a pair of footwear almost a month ago. I have called and mailed to you people thousands of times without receiving any solution for the same. Everytime the exucutive gives the false hope of the priority pickup and then the very next day we receive a text saying "pick-up cancelled". Please do something as soon as possible. This is very disappointing as a customer. I'll further have to take some serious actions...

Please do something as soon as possible. This is very disappointing as a customer because it was earlier my favourite site to shop from but now i have lost my interest in koovs....

I purchased a shirt and got it delivered on 10th march but because of the fit had to return. Order was picked up on 12th march and it still shows in the app as stuck somewhere. Its been more than 15 days as compared to the 3 to 5 days return that they promise.

I have emailed them and they say to have patience as its in transit.
Transit for 16 days?
Truly unprofessional.
Disrespectful to customers...

Hi, i ordered a flip flop and top rs 974 from koovs and paid via paytm for the same. The amount got deducted from my account but my order did not get placed. Since the amount has already been deducted i don't know what to do i don't have any order number also. Koovs is not returning any calls or email.
Koovs is a trusted site please look into the matter asap.

Twice i have faced payment issues while placing order on koovs.com using retailshoppingpaytm (Retailshopping-paytm@icici) and been cheated.

1) i tried making a payment of 999rs on nov 29 2018, 11:32 am through paytm (Via google pay)

2) payment of rs 799 on december 1 2019, 11:47 pm through paytm (Via google pay)

Both these orders did not get placed at all but money got deducted from my account.br...
