My returned product has been picked up by their courier partner shadowfax. As per the policy/rule of KOOVS.com, withing 3-5 working days the return should reach to their office but, still it has not reached to the destination.Now, KOOVS.com has already crossed their own limit of 5 days, I asked them to initiate my refund amount but they have refused to do and they are asking to me wait till it reaches to them. I asked them to share some higher level authority's email id so that I can write to them to escalate this issue but agian, they refused to share saying that they dont have anything apart from this - [protected]@koovs.com(its normal 1st level of email id, which actually doesnt work for escalation to the next level).
Today morning, I asked them to refund my money for the returned product, but they are simply refusing and saying that - we cant do.
If KOOVS.com itslef could not STAND on his own RULES that they have made, then on what basis they are asking me to wait.
I want compensation for this LATENESS by them because its not my fault.
Now its their fault.
So request you to please look into this issue.

Updated by Kapil P This is what they (koovs.com) will do. So now they have notified this to their customer support which in turn can t do anything here. I have already mentioned clearly their behavior on this.
I cont understand why it has been directed to the customer support team.
I want compensation for this LATENESS (because of their courier partner) and they have crossed their own limit of 3-5 business days (to reach / receive the returned product).
On this regard(for the compensation on the their LATENESS), koovs.com is NOT even talking which is NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE.
