My returned product has been picked up by their courier partner shadowfax. As per the policy/rule of KOOVS.com, withing 3-5 working days the return should reach to their office but, still it has not reached to the destination.Now, KOOVS.com has already crossed their own limit of 5 days, I asked them to initiate my refund amount but they have refused to do and they are asking to me wait till it reaches to them. I asked them to share some higher level authority's email id so that I can write to them to escalate this issue but agian, they refused to share saying that they dont have anything apart from this - [protected]@koovs.com(its normal 1st level of email id, which actually doesnt work for escalation to the next level).

Today morning, I asked them to refund my money for the returned product, but they are simply refusing and saying that - we cant do.
If KOOVS.com itslef could not STAND on his own RULES that they have made, then on what basis they are asking me to wait.

I want compensation for this LATENESS by them because its not my fault.
Now its their fault.
So request you to please look into this issue.

This is what they (koovs.com) will do. So now they have notified this to their customer support which in turn can t do anything here. I have already mentioned clearly their behavior on this.

I cont understand why it has been directed to the customer support team.

I want compensation for this LATENESS (because of their courier partner) and they have crossed their own limit of 3-5 business days (to reach / receive the returned product).

On this regard(for the compensation on the their LATENESS), koovs.com is NOT even talking which is NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE.

    I placed two duplicate order by mistake cancelled both of them before 24 hours which is koovs given time to cancel an order. Order no. 5140909 got cancelled but no. 5140876 didn't get cancelled but it got shipped i do not want it can i refuse the delivery person when it comes.? I would also like to say that i cannot track my order.
    Is there anyway to cancel the order now?

      I self-shipped my online order to koovs. The courier company has successfully delivered the product but koovs probably lost my product and is just making excuses now so that they don't have to refund my money. They have really bad and poor customer service. Their return process has always been slow but this time they just refuse to comply. I am really disappointed.

        I just ordered for one product but without my knowledge some other product has been dispatched. I had ordered earrings, which i would be receiving, but one more order number 4818692 has been dispatched via k5410087 which i didn't order & have no idea what that product is so i am cancelling the order which i have no concern with. I had ordered for a single earring piece which has a different order number which i would gladly receive of rs 598, but an order of rs 2374 has been dispatched on my name, it's order number is 4817692, which i didn't order, so i am cancelling this order as i didn't make it & have received a message regarding it's delivery, so kindly cancel it as i won't receive it as i didn't order.           I want to say my personal experience about koovs.com, i visited the site by seeing some relevant adds from facebook i guess and i visited the site then i like 3 product very much and i have purchased those by making net banking payment and after 4 to 5 days later i received the product which was not fitting me at all... Then i raised a request for return and refund me the money so they accepted return on 27th june 2018, courier picked up the parcel on 27th morning but till date no proper update from koovs related to refund.. I contacted them through email and phone many times but they are just wasting time in the name of courier not received in ware house and qulaity check and bla bla... I requested them so many times to do it fast as i have to attend friends marriage function and i already spent my money in their product worth rs.2110/- i am the regular and certified customer of flipkart, amazon, snapdeal, jabong, and myntra.. And i can see they are very very professional in return and refund and they dont waste time of customer, and their money in the name of quality check etc... I will say to each and every indian be aware before purchasing any product from this site as they are not at all professional..

          I have ordered a pair of shoe and a chinos and it does not fit me. I have made a return request and my item has been picked up and I have did not got the refund till now.
          How many days I have to wait more ???

                      I ordered a jacket of "xl" size from koovs.com and it's too big in my body. So i submit a exchange a "l" size jacket against the delivered item. They accepted the exchange and received it on 22nd feb 2018 till now i have no idea whats going on i m calling them emailing them on regular bases, every time they give me 24 hrs time, but still have no idea when i will get the exchange product. I called them in the provided customer care number but they don't let me connect with their supervisors. I am sending them mails to know about this, but the reply was not fruitful. Now my question is that at the time of delivery they delivered the product within 3days. After getting the money when it's time of exchange they r harassing me mentally, i m literally frustrated some times i think i will go there gurugram warehouse address where they received the product on 22nd of feb 2018 and burn myself so that this thing can get highlighted that how they are mentally harassing people by taking there hard earn money. The item is all about inr-4496. Now i have nothing no product they took it and did not send the exchange. My exchange order id is 4612654

                          Hi, i ordered a bow tie worth rs 598 from koovs ([protected]@gmail.com) and paid via card for the same. The amount got deducted from my account but my order did not get placed. Since the amount has already been deducted i don't know what to do i don't have any order number also.
                          Koovs is a trusted site please look into the matter asap.

                                Order id :-4174814 i have called customer care several times to koovs customer @[protected] for my exchange queries first they told me to self shipped it and when i was enquiring the shipping price it would cost me around rs.550 and when i told these to the customer care they said they would send the ecom courier and i would receive a call within 24-48hours for pickup but i haven't receive any call yet and when i called to the customer care again for quieries my call is not attended the automatic voice said the customer executive are not available when i call in a working hours that is on thursday 11:00am. Now where will i complain?? How am i supposed to exchange my order??? This is really disappointing.. At least the customer excecutive should attend the calls in the working days and hours #worst customer service in comparison to amazon jabong myntra

                                  I, already get the delivery of koovs shoes that i ordered but a mistake has been done by the company is that i ordered 7 size but koovs send me 6 size i complained about this matter before also but the company didn't react much, so i want to return my product back and exchange it otherwise return my money back soon. If you will not react i can take several actions through law don't even think i can't do it i can do it so please send your complaint person in my prior address and get my complain shoes back and provide me the size 7 for my shoes. The packet had reach the warehouse days days ago bt still no update was given, so i call the customer care, they said they dint recieve the packet, koovs are not refunding money, having such a bad experience, i will never buy again, dont trust refund on kovvs, and the product are not good
