On[protected] one technician talked to me on my mobile from [protected] and promised to visit my house. But no result.

Now i want to know that if you are not giving the free service then why received booking and what is about your advertisement.

      Very wast product koryo washing machine i raised my issue 4 times in a months every time again facing new problem lots time i called customer care they said we will raising you complain our technician will visit but no buddy visited yet.

        I have purchased koryo glass top gas stove from kalyan bigbazar outlet which is under warranty kgt2bgb 2 burner stove serial no mhkgt2bgb18a175314. One control knob got detached from the unit and i have put one complaint on 29th feb through toll free no [protected] and the complaint reg no is [protected]. On 2nd march again contacted them since no response. I once again complaint on 4th march and i got an assurance of priority service. Till date the complaint is pending unresolved

          Sir I have bought a 55' LED TV from big bazar in which the delivery was provided by big bazar on 29 of feb 2020 an when the installer visited for the installation of the LED TV he found a damage on the display of the LED TV as from then an now I'm just talking to the customer service and they are just saying me that it will take 48 hrs to be replaced so from 2nd of March till 11 of March the company 48hrs has not been done whenever I call the customer service they are telling me that they have not received the approval from the head office for the approval of the LED TV I don't know what the workers are doing on the head office that they don't have any time to reply the mail as they are making a joke of a customer... pathetic condition of the company where they can't even solve a customer problem close down the company and sit at home I vl never refer my friend o family for this product.

            Dear sir, madam i have book an appointment for aircondition service through koryo free service scheme on 20.02.2020 and one of service executive visit my home for doing the service for my product but unfortunately, that guy has broken aircondition flip cover lock i had to lodge the complaint on same day they promised to fix that but still no response from them i had called 4 - 5 times but not a positive response from service centre kindly help me to resolve the query as soon as possible.

              This is a shame to inform, that the after sales service of koryo is ridiculous in terms of quality.
              They promise something and they provide something.

              The customer service executive told that they will be cleaning the outer unit with a blow dryer to make it more energy efficient, but on discussion with technician he told me that they are not provided with the blow dryer hence the outer unit cannot be cleaned.

              Mr. Abhishek shukla and chintan from koryo service care on repeated complaints and discussion ensured me that the technician with blow dryer will be sent to clean the outer unit, but to no response.

              Further to this, at the time of installation the koryo agent did not carry the wall mount brackets and told me that he will wall mount the outer unit next week and on repeated chases for atleast a month, they started cooking up stories and the outer unit is still placed on the floor since past 1year now.

              This is a kind of service they are providing and degrading the reputation of the brand in the market.

                  I have also paid 20000 . They didn't reply me for a month. At last I thought that, they cheated me. So I msged them that "y u r not responding " Like that. After that I directly asked them that whether they are fraud or not. Then they replied me that they are authorized agencies. They told that the processing will take time. So I hv waited for that. On this month they hv sent me an application to fill and submit. I also done that. Then on 21st they mailed me that I m having 1st mock interview on 30th Friday. They have already sent me the materials. So I m getting ready for my first mock interview

                    I have purchased a 32 inch LED TV(KLE32DLCHN7) from Big Bazaar Barasat on 25.01.2019.
                    On dated 24.1.2020 suddenly TV display was blank.
                    Next day I contacted customer care for complain but representative told that your warranty period is over so require service charges.
                    Then we contact BB Barast they have provided another number and told that raised complain and same will share with us and we will arrange to replace same.
                    Now store guy told us that your warranty period is over we will unable to repair this free of cost. so you can contact SM.then we have contact SM - Mr. Kiron Koley, but till problem not solved.

                    My question is that we have purchase for 1 year ????

                    Please arrange to replace at earliest.

                          Sir maine koryo ka geyser. Liya tha 25/12/2019 ko big bazar [protected]@moti Kanpur se. Geyser ko banda install kar gaya light na hone ki wajah se uss time check nahi ho paya aur wo banda chala gaya. Light aane par check kiya to gyser chal hi nahi raha tha. Fir maine castumer care pe call kar ke bataya to unhone bola 72 hrs me banda aa kar check karega aur apki problam solve karega par koi nahi aaya maine 7 jan 2020 se lekar aaj tak(16 jan 2020) 5 baar call ki par koi nahi aaya . ab mujhe aisi company ki cheez use hi nahi karni hai. Jab service de nahi pate ho aap log to products bechte hi kyo ho. Aap apna product waapas le jaaiye aur mujhe mera paisa waapas kar dijiye.

                            We purchased a koryo dryer only because the sales man at home town in kolkata convinced us that the name brand in home towns and any trouble with appliance they will be happy to come and repair, at any time. Well, be aware, my husband and i have been waiting for at least 2 weeks. A technician came and said he will "try to order the part." no one has contacted us about the part. Our phone service is very bad here in sree mayapur so when we have no service they close our case. I've requested emailing us a communication but i guess they don't know how to do that. So i can not use my dryer. Don't buy from koryo unless you want similar problem.

                              This is Bilal from chennai. I have purchased koryo mixer grinder from big bazaar on 26/12/19. The mixer doesnt fix on the floor properly. The top of the jar gets opened when in use. And it doesn't fit too. My wife had an accident in which her finger got cut blood oozed from it. The mixer we bought for 2500rs but for hospital we paid nearly 5000rs. She had seven stitches!!! Made an complaint but they said they cant refund or return. As per the big bazaar store they mentioned that we can return the product within 15 days. But they too said they cant do it. Without any confirmation from your customer service .what is the solution for this..!! Should i throw it in the dustbin as my wife is scared to use it now!!! As per safetywise we are not at all satisfied. I[censored] are truely considering your customers safety and happiness by selling your product u must consider this one!

                                  We have been trying now for 3 weeks to get anyone to order and deliver a piece of my dryer that broke. This is a black plastic piece about 10 inches longer that allows me to turn my dryer on. No one is responding or ordering the part. Because we are in mayapur, which is a rather country-like setting, we can't get anyone to service us. We paid good money for our dryer. Even if someone would courier us the plastic black part my husband can install, if there is no other person. I sent a picture of the black part on top of our dryer. I need help. I want to dry my clothes in my dryer.

                                      There was small internal mark in TV, as per the TV service person it was dust partical, he opened and tryed to clean it, while fixing the TV he broke the TV Screen, later told he informed customer Care they will replace it, I kept on feeling Jim it was his mistake and how it is possible he told he will manage, now he is not lifting my call, if I call from othere no. He is saying it is not his problem now. I want the concern team to take necessary action to replace or repair TV and file Complain on Vivek who broke it.

                                        I purchased a led from big bazaar for rs 8888 which i purchased on 16 june 2019 and due to construction work in my house i was unable to get installed from the koryo engineer and i kept that box seal packed from that date till 9 december 2019 (Installation date) and on 9 december koryo engineer visited my home for installation and he himself opened led for first time and seal was broken by the executive and he succesfully installed the led on my wall and with in 15 minutes after the executive left my premises led's screen got blank and led stopped working so called that executive again and ask him to revisit again and check that led again to see what is the problem with the led and there koryo executive himself commited that there is problem in the mother board of the led and he said that it is a case for replacement of led so i contacted the big bazaar for the replacement big bazaar manager (Anil kumar) said that koryo company will treat my complaint when i contacted koryo (Dhoormil floor supervisior[protected] he said you have not purchased led from me so i am not responsible for that

                                        So now they are repairing my product
                                        And i want replacement of product or full refund of led
                                        Because it was seal packed and i have used led for only 15 minutes
