We have recently purchased 1.5 ton koryo a c from big bazaar roughly about 2 weeks ago. Over the last two weeks the fan speed was in auto and the cooling of the room was instant... But since 2 days we have been facing the problem that the room was not getting cooled like it had been over the past week. So i please request you to send over a worker to look into the issue.

I hv purchased cooler from tarnaka bigbazaar recently. The is a/c is not cooling and i raised a complaint in the customer care & the customer care people did not respond porperly & they were not ready to solve the issue. There after i reached out bigbazaar team then they told me they resolve but until now nothing happened from the koryo team even after the service team visited. Also want to switch to a different brand due to their service & product issue. Pl. Look the matter otherwise i hv take help from consumer forum. Hoping for the quick response

I hv purchased cooler from ujjain bigbazaar recently. There is leakage in the cooler and i did complaint at bigbazaar no of times and they told me to resolve but not yet do any thing. Also tried many times on toll free but on toll free not able to log any complaints. Pl. Look the matter otherwise i hv take help from consumer forum. Hoping for the quick response.

I have complained about the party speaker battery back up. The company called us and said to replacement the product where to purchase. The complaint no. is[protected]. But till date there is no response from the big bazzar koryo service in thaltej Ahmedabad. They tell us there is no mail from koryo to replacement of product...

It's already been 3 weeks, i have submitted koryo speaker to repair its battery problem but the executive is saying the battery is not available when we will get it then we will replace. Please look into this matter.
They are not responding properly. We need help to get it back in proper condition. Please help me to get it back

We have logged a complaint via complaint no:[protected] for koryo one month ago in the month of feb 24/02/2019. but no resolution provided yet.
not even call for repairing for the same.
company name: Koryo(future group sponsored(big bazaar)).
so far no one has visited at customer address. we are undergoing under menta harrasment as no one is interested in tackling the complaint.
some executive told us that the complaint has been resolved & it is closed.
i wants to know that without resolving complaint how a company can close the issue.
we have approach the future retail also(big bazaar but no satisfactory response from anywhere. the brand koryo is inhouse brand of future retail but no one is taking onus of rectifying the issue.

in all these things customer is trapped in a vicious circle.
Kindly address the issue so that the brand which is getting sold at such reputed organize retail cannot play with the customer..

I have to take this step to bring into your notice the harassment i had faced from koryo customer support team.

I bought a portable ac last year and have raised a request for its service on 23rd march. I was told that the service professional will visit within 24 hours. But its been more than 10 days now, no one has turned up.

I have been continuously following up with koryo support team and called them 4 -5 times and each time i get a same resolution that the "issue have been escalated to head office". Twice, the agent disconnected the call in between. This is the worst customer experience i have received till now.

I would like to take this matter with consumer forum if the required action is not taken immediately.

Sir we purchased a new koryo tv (55")[memo no. 0136234 model no. 55exvj918528 ] from big bazzar, jharsuguda, odisha. It was delivered 2 day ago. From two days, we are calling the engineer for installation but he is not picking the phone. Yesterday he came and told to open all the things in showcase and he just went off in 2 minutes without listening anything and just ignoring and ordering us. And from 2 days this new tv is just idle like a scrap. This shows your very poor service. Hence sir i request you to please improve your service and resolve our problem as soon as possible...

The steam iron i purchased from trivandrum big bazar, pattom branch, was total mesh. The hot water was leaking and burn hand. Complained twice but in vain. It has warranty but useless as it was given on 25thoctiber 18 but neither repaired nor new given till date. Really very bad. All products of koryo are useless and only headache. Seems company is using faulty material and cheating customer.

I have bought the koryo microwave oven a couple years ago. I have been using
It since then. Recently while shifting, the manual of the oven is lost. Unfortunately, options are very difficult to read or understand. If manual is lost, there is no way to use the oven. The website of koryo is not giving any support by providing a soft copy of the manual for the particular model kmc2122 model. And sadly the softcopy of the manual is nowhere available on the internet for i have searched for it all day long. Therefore i have contacted koryo helpline twice through mail. But there has been no response from their end. Help is required from consumer forum. Thank you for support.

I purchased one mixer grinder on jun-18 of koryo. Now the mixer grinder is not working properly. Service ticket number is[protected]. When ever i have called to customer care to know the update of my product, they assured me you will receive call within 24 hrs but today is 20th day there is no progress. I am really fade up with their service. Please check and do the needful.

Sir since 2015 my tv is not working since then company replace my t. V two time because t. V products is manufacturer defact last time my tv set change my company in 25/4/2018 today since last 15 days my t. V power switch not working and remote also not working since last 15 days i am complain e zone and koryo company but my problem is not sorting out so i my humble request to you please refund my money from koryo company take defective t. V set. Please have me in this matter.

I have purchased steam iron from big bazar in pattom, trivandrum, kerala on 25sept, 18 and complained for water leakage on 5th october. It was returned on 20th october assuring that it is rectified. Had to return it again on 25oct as water was leaking. From that day it has not been returned despite repeated requests. The salesman at koryo complaint counter also not attending properly.

I bought 2 koryo split acs and they stopped working after a few months.

Its now for last 3 months my acs are not working. I am calling their customer support for last 2 months. They had been giving all sort of timelines for visit but nothing has happened for last 2 months.

I am so sick of them. Their customer care phones don, t work too and they keep disconnecting the phones.

I deposited a ceiling fan of koryo company on 16th october 2018 in their service centre at bhubaneswar within warranty period. A ball bearing problem is told by the technician over the phone by customer service centre and will be resolve within 72 hrs.
The ticket no issued by the customer care is[protected] on 16/10/2018.
It is two months to go the issue was not resolved because the spare was not received from head quarter by the bhubaneswar service centre.

I bought a washing machine and recently facing water logging issues with it. I lodged an complaint[protected] on 1st december. I purchased koryo kot1621n heat wave electric oven just last week and asked the koryo customer care for demo but they are like we provide demo for only 30ltrs above oven.. Well tatz not done u have to provide demo for the new users let it be whatever ltrs... I purchased koryo front loadad washing machine 6kg from trivandrum big bazaar on last August. Now the problem is leaking and while functioning it makes large sound also.so many times I tried to contact customer care. But no use.last month when I called customer care number, they said to me that l should register a complaint and they immediately come to our house. What can I do? Please take the necessary solution.

My ac compressor is not working and i have registered complaint in koryo customer service before one month still they are not replacing compressor which is under warranty. My complaint number is 737436..
I am very frustrated with the service as they are not responding..

I tried to call area manager supervisor and reached out to service center still no response came from the company.

This is really a shame for this company that they don't care their customers

I will seriously never recommend this company's products to anyone.

Worst poor very bad experience with koryo

We have purchase a air conditioner from big bazaar e-zone after installation we found unable to cool .We complaint after 10 days followup they send a technician and found that unit is not working properly .If we set temperature 18 the grill temperature is 24 as per the syatem it should be less then set temperature .
We request to company to return the amount or replace but the deny .
