I have purchased a refrigerator from koryo showroom located at hiranandani.
The refrigerator completely stopped working after 15 days. It's been 2 months since it stopped working. I have done alot of follow ups but they are only sending their technicians who is not able to figure out the problem. I have requested them to exchange it but havent received any reply yet.

    I am writing this mail regarding the rice cooker which i have taken @bigbazar itpl main road bangalore
    Actually this product is not at all good why we because within 15 days o[censored]sage of this product it's got burnt and we gave it for repair it was done and we started using and again after 10 days o[censored]sage rice cooker got burnt we have reported to bigbazar team but they are giving the old burnt rice cooker which we didn't expect actually we expect the new one as we have warranty card. Kindly return the new product else i am going to spread bad news about this product and i don't let but any of my friends and relatives.

        This is to inform koryo that you have the worst customer care i have ever come across. Since 2 nd november i have been calling you everyday. It takes almost an hour for the customer care person to answer. My issue is a washing machine which i unfortunately bought from hometown kolkata new town. The machine has never functional. Repeated calls, till date has been futile.
        I am a 67 + senior citizen who had spent money from her pension to buy this gadget
        It is defective and koryo is so insensitive, so customer unfriendly that the company never thought if resolving the issue.
        I am taking this as senior citizen harrasment and will do as my ll egal counsel advices

          I recently purchased koryo 509l frost free side by side inverted technology refrigerator (Silver, ksbs549inv), through amazon, order dated 17th october, order no.[protected] for indian rs, 37, 999/-.

          However, no technical / field / installation person not yet visited my home on the false pretext that my phone is not reachable.

          Kindly do the needful for the same at the earliest convenient.

            I have made a mistake of buying 32inch tv from bigbazar, kothrud on 30-6-19. The tv has since not worked at all till date (November 2019)!!
            The tv was defective and when i installed airtel dish, i noticed that the tv is not working. I spent rs 2000 on installation and monthly package which is wasted.

            I lodged first complaint no[protected]koryo-0031666 somewhere in end august. Your service tat mentioned is 48 hours. However, after severe followup, the mechanic turned up after couple of weeks post complaint. He figured out that the tv circuit is faulty and told us that it will take 2 weeks to order part from bangalore. Thereafter 2 weeks, he informed that the part has arrived. Unfortunately that time, my father in law was hospitalised in bombay and we were not available for one week. Koryo customer service cell did not have patience (When as a customer, we showed all the patience and bared with your faulty product and redundant service of taking one month to find fault and get spare part) and closed the call on their own saying that when we are back at home, we have to re-lodge complaint. Since they have the information on defect, they will get the part replaced immediately which will happen smoothly without any inconvenience to us.

            Accordingly, i re-lodged complaint in mid october –no - 9j[protected]koryo-0490126. Again no one turned up for 2 weeks. After repeated follow, one mechanic called and told us that he has to restart the process (Ie technician to visit home, again check the tv, again take photos, again order for part from bangalore and again waste 2 months in this process).

            I must have called koryo call centre 2 dozens of times (Each time the call connect takes minimum 10 minutes and all this effort only to get sms of next rescheduling of appointment - no one calls up or turns up for service!!!) this has tasted our patience now!!

              This is to inform that i purchased a ac on dated 07.04.2019 and installation was happened 20.04.2019 at the time of installation service person had damage the copper pipe due to which all the gas was leaked, when we called for technician for service maintaince then only know that copper pipe was damage due to mishandling by the technician.
              So again we raise a complaint to replace the copper pipe two weeks before but still not a single technician come to fix the problem, every day we are calling customer care but they are saying today he will come and this goes to more than 2 weeks but nobody come to repair the ac.
              I am fond of koryo products and service but this time im very much upset about this pathetic service, i need the solution or do the replacement asap...
              Kindly find the attach job sheet of the technician and do the needful asap

                I find a complain around two month ago whose complaint number is [protected].
                Called several times of this complaint but you guys are not giving me any equal updates.
                Many time, i was told that within 12 hours i will call you from the front and tell you what the problem is but due to not getting any of your proper service, now i am so upset, now i will go to the consumer court and now what i have told you all about my time, you will also have to pay the entire amount that has been wasted.
                I gave that washing machine as a gift in my sisters wedding, but due to you guys i had to listen to taunts there too.
                While my sister is pregnant at the moment, she is in great need of the washing machine at this time.
                For 2 month, you guys are only bothering.
                So now i might have to take some legal action.

                  We purchased fridge from big bazaar pattom and it is defective. Water is leaking from the freezer tobtray and from there to the body of the fridge. Therevis no service from the koryo service team, they keep giving the dates and the technicians are not qualified and don't have proper knowledge about the product. I have to raise the complaint in consumer court now. Don't buy any products from koryo.

                    We have purchased a koryo mixer in july month. And we have used it for about 10 times max and it stopped working. We need the refund of the money or please give the option to buy any other brand in same department where we have purchased. We dont want the replacement of same brand. Please do at the earliest.

                        I brought a music system from amazon ie. Koryo kht4212fb before five months it works good sound good all are going fine till a day before. At present it had a small problem. When i a try to power on the system it doesn't work. I tried to connect it in another plug point and also used extension box it shows the same complaint. So kindly do the necessary action for to do service my music system under the company s warranty scheme. I tried to call your toll free number but no one was pick up the phone call.                           The koryo led tv (Kle32dlvh5) which we bought from big bazar dated 13 july 2019 has stop working. The display is not working. Which is in the warranty period. The tv has stop displaying any pitcher and i think there is some problum with the power supply so please check

                            Hi i had purchased split ac 3 years before. From the time i purchased koryo ac some other issue. I had loged complain several time but your technician notable to resolve the issue. Than i have call out side technician it's started working. Last 3 years i had spend more than 7k to 10k for service the ac. Now 1st week of aug i had loged complained your technician came and told me that my ac broad is not working and i have change the broad and he told me that he will confirm the price. For that he has charged rs510/. After several followup till now i have not got any response from your end. Place like chennai without ac last 25days it's very difficult.                               I bought koryo 32 inch tv from guwahati big bazaar in 11 august 2019 nd wthin 2weeks the screen display goes blank wnen i contacted customer care technician comes in 4th day and told main pcb need to change and i asked for replacement he told he cant replace the tv. Instead hr can change the pcb which required another seven days.

                                I have purchased koryo semi-automatic washing machine on 14 aug, 2019
                                The demo was shown by koryo technician on 16 aug, 2019. On 17 aug, 2019 when we started using on the first day itself their was noise from wash tub & water leakage problem. We contacted on 17/08/2019 koryo toll free number and register our complaint (Service ticket no.[protected], next day technician came and he noticed the defect and told us that their is leakage from elbow of wash tub and your machine needs to be replaced with new one. He also told that i will inform to my team leader and arrange for replacement and you will get call from koryo but today 7 days have passed i have not received any call for replacement and i have contacted koryo customer care many times they are only giving me assurance that very soon your problem will be get solved. I request you to immediately arrange for replacement. Asap

                                      I am writing you with a deep regret of buying a product of koryo. Your service levels are way too poor and makes me believe that this is the last ever product i have bought under your brand.

                                      My ac was bought last year and is under warranty. Infact i took extended warranty but i feel any shield given by you people is just a waste of money, since it takes good amount of time to make you guys do the basics

                                      Saturday the technician comes and cleans the ac and finds that the ac needs to be fueled with gas. Till now, its not done – the technician tells me that there is a approval required. Like really??? Any person who is an expert of ac servicing, will know that gas might be required at the time when they service the ac however in a company like yours, an email approval is required – this is the lowest level of customer service i have ever witnessed.

                                      I have now spoken to the technician and he has confirmed that the approval is supposed to come by end of today by 8pm – only to give an approval for gas upfilling. This is really bad service

Only one time service engineer came and told me that gass has liked i am giving information to company. Neither it repaired nor replaced by new one it is under guaranty period. Now call is not receiving on [protected] which was provided to me for further query.
                                        Koryo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
