I am sorry to inform
1.That your complaint registration service by mobile is not trust worthy as I had failed to lodge after waiting for more than 30minutes and the call disconnected automatically not for once but for several time.
2.I had informed the koryo mechanic with mob no.[protected] which was provided by me bigbazar retail shop while purchasing about the problem, he came and took the mother board of ac for check and repair last week and now he is not responding.
4. THIS IS THE REALITY OF THE KORYO SERVICE AND FOR WHAT WE TAKE OTHERS GOODS (SAMSUNG, LG, WHIRLPOOL, DAIKIN ETC)
5.providing the ac SL no if any help you can do at your end.otherwise please inform, so that I can get me a new one.The details of ac is in attachment.

    I want to return ac as it is not working always there is a problem of working. There are many issues like cooling not properly, compresser and pcb problem gas leakage. I took this ac before 3 and half months. It worked for only 15 days. Continuously problems occuring. I called service engineer more than 5 to 6 times. Installation also not proper. My ac is not working from last 3 months. I want to return this ac. Please do the needful.

      On complaint and post verification on 21jun 19 a replacement of defected part was ordered in the company, while the product is under warranty. (Bought 6 months ago). It was informed this will take 5 days. I am continuously following up in customer care (3 weeks now) but they are not providing a replacement part or replacement.
      Everytime when i try reaching them they ask for more time/they will revert within "x" time but they never come back.
      This is escalated 4 times and their escalation manger "chintan" has also failed in providing a resolution/replacement.

        My previous service request no. 626964 dated 4th april 2017. I had bought
        Kfp 1124 food processor from bigbazar shalimar plaza, eldee, sector 5, indira nagar, lucknow-226016. My kfp 1124 food processor is working but giving burning smell. Please resolve the problem as soon as possible.

        While trying to call the koryo toll free[protected], it says that we are connecting you to service executive but after that one song is continue then after 15 minutes the phone gets silent and after 20-30 seconds the call gets ended.

        I tried lodging a complaint through koryo toll free[protected] but no response.

            I have raised one complaint regarding non functioning of my koryo tv just after installation vide ticket no[protected] on 16/06/2019. My problem is yet to be resolved Which is contrary to your 72 hour redressal policy. The TV needs replacement. The customer care member only once visited the site but afterwards remained silent. Please resolve my case immediately otherwise I will take shelter under court of law.

              Read all the grievances in respect of koryo products. I have the same experience. Purchased one 30 l convection microwave oven from big bazar, salt lake, in the year 2013. Faced problem from the very day of purchase. Once replaced but that too was of same experience. After inspecting 7 to 8 times, the issue resolved. But in june, 2019, the machine stopped working. Service centre observed that the magnetron and transformer required to be replaced. This is the real picture of koryo products within only 5 years.

                Complain id[protected] date - 10th june. Registered for refrigerator problem which is just 2 months old. Till 13th june no visit... I called to call center which gets connected after a waiting of 38 mins... Had a concall with local service team who are busy in rajo (Local festival) and requested me for a visit on 17th and i was agree & got the local person's contact no to co-ordinate locally. Finally visit done on 18th june & technicians asked for 7 days time to get the faulty materials to get installed. Suddenly on 21st june afternoon when i am in office, i got a call from local technician asking about serial no of the refrigerator. Now whose duty is to collect the serial no? Customer or technician? However, when i asked them to call my father & collect the same, i was shocked to get the answer that my father is a old man and how can he help to get the serial no? Is this way to talk to clients? That too for a requirement which is your negligence... Okay... This didn't end here... After 7 days when i called the local representative on 28th, they given me a shocking news i. E. My complaint was cancelled / closed as i have not given the serial no. Now tell me one thing, whose duty to collect the serial no sir? And the local representative was too rude and told that we have to start from the beginning once again i. E. New complaint to lodge... Again technician will visit... Again work order will be given... Again we have to wait for 10/15 days minimum... Now, again i contacted customer care on 29th june, 1st july, 2nd july & as usual got connected after a waiting of 30mins or more. After briefing the whole story every time to a new person & got the same answer at the end i. E. Someone will get back to you soon. Is this the way we handle client complaints? Is this the category of your local partners / representatives. Its 22nd day to lodge the complaint... New product of less than 2 month... Called up more than 5 times to call center... No resolution... A complete harassment looking at the urgency of a refrigerator in a house... Just think once that at your home if refrigerator stops functioning for a day also how do you manage? Here we are suffering for last 22 days and don't know when it will be fixed...

                Not Yet resolved. Thinking I did a big mistake. New refrigerator of just 30days old and no support from koreyo. Pls tell if we can repair locally as we are unable to survive with daily needs.

                    I bought koryo 1.5ton split ac from big bazaar ramdaspeth nagpur it work only one day then it shows e5 on the screen i complaint about it to big bazaar, koryo service center no action will taken by them till now one time they send technician but they come with wrong pcb which is required for it now i requested to big bazaar take your ac and give my refund within a day otherwise i will complaint in consumer court

                      This is a complaint mail with regard to “koryo 1.5T portable AC KPA18AF” product, that was bought on 22/03/2019 by N. Chowdi Reddy, invoiced on the same date with Invoice no: TG[protected] was delivered to Anantapur. The AC functioning is not up to the mark and there is unidentified problem within the product from past a month. We have been calling your customer care with regard to repair of AC. It was a huge disappointment from your side, though from past 3 weeks we have been regularly calling customer care to send a service agent in order to identify the problem and repair the AC, but there is no response we got in return.
                      We did not expect a defective product from a trusted company like you, and additionally a bad service. We want the defective product to be replaced with a new product.

                        We purchased koryo portable air conditioner before 2 months, the first 2 days it worked properly and after it started consuming the whole power supply of house which is abnormal.As it is of 1.2 tons it is not working normally.please note this complaint.we already have other 2 a/cs which are of 1.5 tons and they both work properly simultaneously but koryo doesn't work even started alone thus there is no problem of power supply.

                          I am Debjyoti Debnath from Sambalpur Odisha, having purchased a Koryo AC from Big Bazaar on 7 April 2019 and got it delivered on 30 April 2019 and installation on 21st May 2019. The day it was installed the next day it stopped working and we have to tolerate the heat since then. We registered a complaint on 25th May 2019 after requesting big bazaar to follow up.

                          After repeated request the technician came on 29th May 2019 and failed to repair the AC due to lack of knowledge and said PCB and sensors are not working. However the technician said he will replace the AC or the spare parts he has not turned up since then which is very annoying and causing serious issues for us.

                          Kindly look into the matter and do the needful so that the quality of big bazaar service can be maintained.

                              Hi,

                              I purchased a koryo ac 1.5 ton last year bearing invoice no. Mh[protected], buyer order no.[protected] dated 29.05.2018 and since two months it is getting internal noise for which we are unable to sleep properly and when i raised a ticket[protected], i got a call from one moin akhtar with mobile [protected] and he is not talking properly with the customer and stating that he will not do the service since i shifted the house which is in same locality with other technician. I even raised a ticket to koryo when i shifted the house but the technician was asking 2000 rupee for shifting, so i called my neighbour who is also ac technician and he just charged 500 rupees and installed ac four months ago. Since my ac is under warranty and i raised a ticket last two weeks ago, i want the free service in my ac where sound appears. I request the concerned authorities to send the technician and resolve my issue.

                                  This is Sourav Banerjee of 74 Nim Chand Moitra Street, Kolkata-700035 purchased 2 (Two numbers of AC's on February'2017, and done Extended Warranty for another 2 (two) years in the mean while my 1 (one) year free maintenance is over for both the AC's and falls under Extended Warranty (E.W) coverage. But while I call your customer care they told E.W is maintained by the AIG which is third party and I should not get any assistance until I confirmed by the AIG (3rd Party Confirmation). My question is now arises to whom I paid? for the AC's either Koryo or AIG? Good now I bokked call through Service Ticket No.[protected] dated 16.05.2019 and service scheduled on 17.05.2019 and your concerned person called my Named Jahirul Islam Mullick ( [protected]) on 17.05.2019 and told he'll come to my place on next day i.e. 18.05.2019 at early morning / through out the day and I taken leave, but no one came and called me for unavailability and got mail that Serve cancelled on 18.05.2019. Then I directly contacted Koryo Customer Service and they told again I'v to get confirmation through AIG but no one picking my call that I conveyed to your service team (Voice Record attached) and they directly told they can't provide service. Then via Big Bazaar Sealdaha E-zone member I lodged a service booking Ticket No.[protected] of 19.05.2019 and Ticket No.[protected] of 20.05.2019 again I got called from your concerned person called my Named Jahirul Islam Mullick ( [protected] / [protected]) and over phone confirmed date on 21.05.2019 and he assured me that he'll come on 23.05.2019 morning again I took leave and he is too much unprofessional that can't pick my call directly and received by his family member to tell me that he is not available in home.

                                  So, now tell me either shall I get the service or not my AC's is not at all cooling at even 18 degree and now my area temperature is around 41 degree centigrade. What an unethical support from your company and I can give you a prove that every year I provide at-least 5/6 customers for AC's for Koryo at Sealdaha Big Bazaar, but I'll never provide any contacts hence I should oppose people to purchase Koryo the 3rd Class service provides.

                                  If you required I can give the name and bill's of my referred customers at Sealdaha Big Bazaar I'v all with me.

                                  My bill and E.W card are attached herewith. please take necessary action otherwise I'll move to Consumer forum as being Government Employee of Election Commission it's rally shame on you Koryo for the service are we people are beggars?

                                    This side advocate vivek kumar dubey, from lucknow. I had purchased 1 ac in 2017.. Right now that is out of warranty.in the beginning of april ac stated making noise. I called at service center toll free number they depute executive he told me that 1 bearing of your ac is damaged and need to replace... This to inform you that bearing is out of market second part i start searching new motor... That is also not available at your service center and also in market... Can you people suggest me what should i need to do now... Should i trust on such kind of companies... Should i brought new ac just for a bearing... This is not your responsibility to make proper spares management... Or should i file a complaint against koryo as i am suffering from last one month but no resolution done... This is really pathetic. Please do something if you people can do else i know my right and limits.

                                        We have recently purchased 1.5 ton koryo a c from big bazaar roughly about 2 weeks ago. Over the last two weeks the fan speed was in auto and the cooling of the room was instant... But since 2 days we have been facing the problem that the room was not getting cooled like it had been over the past week. So i please request you to send over a worker to look into the issue.
