I purchased koryo toaster a few months before and after using it suddenly stopped functioning.
I gave it to big bazaar venice greater noida on 18th april and they told me that it will be repaired in 2-3 days. After one week i called them and they are saying it was not taken for repair yet. Disgusting service.
Even after a week it is not repaired.

I purchased koryo ac from samabalpur big bazar, they delivered the ac after regular follow up, now they are telling they need 3 days to install the ac very bad service, please don't buy koryo ac. I had purchased 1.5 T split a.c. from Big Bazar, Dwarka Nagar, Vishakhapattanam on 18.3.18.Items were delivered in next two working days. But installation was not being done till the date. As per system, big bazar had to inform your local branch for installation which they had done as per their telephonic talk. I purchased as 1.5 ton koryo window ac from ezone, saligrammam branch, chennai. Hardly 5 months and 7 complaints registered with no service back up. I was cheated on the product. I had given complaint for koryo split ac service on 15th may 2017. But till date they did not resolve the issue after they had passed to complaint to there sub vendor jeevish. When we call him and ask if the spares have come since you told 3 days to receive parts. Now he says that i have to contact koryo service center and they will infrom us.

The ac has not been working since we started using it. We have booked multiple services however the engineers are unable to resolve the issue. Also there has been no engineer visits for the last 2 services i had booked, one on 20th may and another on 24th may. I have emailed at the customer care email isld multiple times but have received no help whatsoever....

I bought this Koryo microwave model no.KMC2122IAM on 21st January 2017 from Big bazaar Bhopal. But the light is not at all visible from outside leading to boil over of liquids and overheat of other things leading to wastage of products. When we complaint about this the customer care representative abruptly said "The light isn't there in this model" which was highly unexpected from them.
