Koryo — Koryo geyser pathetic after-sales service | |||||
I had bought Korya water geyser KWHZF15Y. The product is under warranty. One of the major parts of the geyser has not been function. I had registered complaint no. 546851 with Koryo customer care 38 days back. Despite repeated assurances of calling back and that the problem will be solved, there has been zero effort from Koryo in replacing the part. Koryo has a pathetic after-sales service, I will never recommend Koryo or any other Future group brand to any one. Was this information helpful? | |||||
