Hi I am Rajesh Ranjan Das, PAN Card: AHPPD9434M, Email: [protected]@gmail.com, last one year i am getting statement from Kotak Mahindra, whereas I don't have any account in this Bank. Regarding this issue I spoke to Customer care, written mail to customer care, personally visited their bank so many times and even submitted a complaint against this bank on RBI portal but still my problem is remain same. Still I am getting statement from Kotak Mahindra. I don't have any option where to go and to whom i should complain. Last time I got a call from person but he never contact me again.     On 18th July 2015 I, Sarvapria.K customer relationship number[protected], account number- [protected], deposited a cheque (cheque number 006764) of Rupees 6, 245 at an ATM of Kotak Mahindra Bank attached to the bank on Outer ring road in J.P Nagar, Bengaluru. The day being a national holiday on the occasion of Eid, I expected it to be deposited by 21th July 2015 because the days in between were Saturday and Sunday. Well, needless to say it did not get deposited, so I waited for another 3 or 4 days. When I had no news of the cheque, I went to the same branch of the bank and enquired and the representative after checking a few times conveniently asked me to contact the customer care center which I did. After filing a complaint at the customer care center, the representative gave me a request number[protected] and asked me to call back in two days. The representatives since then, have been asking for 24 hours time to resolve the problem, and I have called about 4 times already. Request you to take necessary action.

      Hello Sir/Madam, this complaint is regarding my kotak edge corporate salary account. I was previously employed in a private company for the first time in Hyderabad, Telangana. They opened my edge corporate salary account with kotak mahindra bank without informing the terms nd conditions regarding the charges. I left my first job on 30th March 2015. I received my salary till march and my last month salary got credited in the month of April. After that every month i am doing some transactions into that account and i am using it. Last time when i have done a transaction of amount rs. 2300 in my kotak account on 9th august 2015, my account got credited only with rs. 1100. When i called customer care executive regarding this he replied that this amount was deducted because of non maintainance. I did not receive any sms or email regarding this. So i have raised a request regarding this on 10th august 2015 and i am supposed to receive a phone call from corporate salary team with in 3 working days but i received the call on 18th august 2015 in which they informed that i need to maintain a minimum balance of 10000 rs and they cant be able to refund the money. I am providing my crn no. 78519427 and my full name Bongoni Akshatha. Email id: akshu.[protected]@gmail.com. As i am facing severe financial crisis i cant afford this type of dedution of money. Please help me regarding this.

        Dear sir/madam with due respect my concern is that as i was previously employeed in a private company for the first time in gurgaon, haryana. They opened my ace corporate salary account with kotak mahindra bank without informing the terms nd conditions regarding the charges. i left my first job on 15th february 2015 and i was informed that salary account should be automatically convert nd closed within 2 months if no transaction is done between 2 months from the date of resignation. After that i applied for my provident fund on 31 july 2015. on 12 august 2015 i received a email of transfer of 3664 ₹ in my kotak account for pf. when i checked in my account it is showing only 1729₹. i called customer service of kotak bank they told me that they charged for non maintenance of minimum balance. also they told me the minimum balance to be maintained for my account is 50000₹. i have attachec the proof of my kotak bank state ment from 10 march 2015 till 13 august 2015 and screenshot of kotak bank application of my account. Also please find my relieving letter( date of termination of job) and the joining letter too. my kotak CRN is 80970319 account number is [protected] my phone number is [protected] emai is [protected]@gmail.com kindly look into this matter as m living alone far from my parents... cant afford such type of deduction of money. above situation is critical for me. need your help asap regards Mohit Yadav

          I received a kotak credit card [protected] with a limit of just Rs.15000 and that too cancelled by the bank without any reason and none of the staff able to give me a reason. anyways i just used the card once before it got cancelled. it was of Rs.641 and i didnt receive any update on statement and payment related message. later on August 5th i receive an alert of overdue on account. immediately i made the payment. August 2nd was suppose to be my due date which i came to know later. thn these bank has levied around Rs.600 as late payment fee and denying to reverse the charges. i request you to take immediate action and reverse the charges as none of the bank officials are able to help me out. thanks MD NIZAMUDDIN KOTAK CREDIT CARD [protected] MOBILE : +91-[protected]

                Last one year I am getting mail from Kotak Mahindra and I don't have any account with this bank. Regarding this I went to Kotak bank Pune, I called Customer care and even I forwarded that mail to customer care.They replied me on that mail and mentioned that next time we will not get such any mail from their bank.                   yesterday i tried to withdraw 900 rs from ing vysya kotak bank atm near v3s mall laxmi nagar new delhi, but Atm machine shows me message unable to dispense money then on my phone i got 2 messages, 1. cash withdrawal of rs. 900 made ... 2. rs.900 is credited to your a/c... towards reversal of ATM txn no[protected] but when i checked it out on my mobile banking it was still showing -900 and they were no credit record showing, also i took mini-statment again it was showing money deducted and no refund for that failed atm transaction, WHAT KINDA SERVICE IS THIS WHY KOTAK TOOK MY 900 RS, I NEED MY MONEY BACK ITS URGENT. I HAVE BEEN USING MULTIPLE BANKS BUT I HAD NEVER FACED SUCH SERIOUS ISSUE . I NEED MY HARD EARN MONEY BACK ASAP

                    Dear All, Beware o[censored]sing Kotak Credit card, I had very bad experience with Kotak CC while applying they told no annual fee then only I applied, after year gone they have charged annual fee that time I reach to customer care they said your card is with annual fee of Rs 500 if you not using 15000 in a year. I said I am not ware of that please reversal my annual fee for this time I will use my card of rs 15000 in a year to avoid annual fee. They accepted and reversal my annual fee but unfortunately before that statement is generated with late fee for that annual fee and then my annual fee is got reversed but they have not reversed late fee for that annual fee. I checked with customer care they said we will revers only annual fee not late fee I asked what is the point not revers the late fee, they saying all non sense then I said I will not pay, please cancel my card. They are not listening, Now they generating statement with that late fee amount and putting late fee for the same amount every month and now they calling and blackmailing if you not pay we will put you CIBIL and Reduce your Cibil score. Very poor customer service.

                    I am getting call from your bank to pay pay, but they are not ready to listening. i need complete reversal to continue with cards. i dont to hear again same story from your team. Because i have paid all the amount which i swiped.

                    I am totally frustrated because i dont have any dues in any of my accounts for the past ten year..but you have reduced my CIBIL score by generating the statement again again.

                      Hi, My Name is Mohit Mehra, here i am registering the complaint against Kotak Mahindra i know its a big bank but i know media can help me regarding this complaint My Kotak credit card no.77325236 and my card is blocked Actually i am a valuable customer of kotak sinse 1.5year and my payment will regular to credit card but due to my mom was expire so i am not able to pay money for 1 month but i told everyone that i have some financial issue so i ll pay within 1 month and they are agree and executives told me that pay 1400 and 2000 and no intrest on card and i ll pay that but after 1 month i ll pay full amount of 16714 to credit card now they blocked my card.i told each and everything to kotak but they think we are studpid.whatever kotak exeutive told me i ll do that they told me 1400 i ll pay they told me pay 2000 i ll pay that and i know and kotak know that this is not my fault. after that i ll complaint to Nodal officer of Kotak the Name is Mohini she told me give me the proofs that you have paid the money 1400 and 2000 and i ll send the proofs also then i think my problem will be resolved when i send the proofs to Nodal Officer then she send me the mail that we have forwarded your request to the concerned department for further investigation but after that the problem not resolved and she change the statement that no one told you that your card will activate please its a request please activate my card and i am suffering this last 1 month. I have informed everything to Nodal and. Kotak even know about my family problems and i have proofs also that i did whatever kotak executive asked me to. I always make the payment on time. Now this should not happen to me. I didn't even do the settlement i have paid everything with interest. I have the recording as the proof and i am enclosing the same for your reference wherein i asked the person has clearly stated that i would pay that amount no interest will be charged on to it. I am sending another recording wherein the kotak Customer care executive said clearly that i always make the payment before time. i am sending you the attach files of mails actualy there is a problem i was unable to attach the audo please send me the mail so i can attach the audio in which you will confirm that i am not wrong Kindly do the needful by thinking about me also that it is not my fault at all.                           HIii, One Unauthorized transaction has been done through Kotak Bank Credit Card and amount is Rs.4000 (Approx.). My Credit Card No.# [protected] and Service Request No:1 [protected]. As per kotak team, This is secure transaction and OTP also has been generated but actual that i did not get any OTP when this transaction has been done and also i did not get any Email or SMS regarding this transaction. I always received Email as well as SMS when any transaction has been done through my credit card but i did not received any information when this transaction has been done. As per statement this transaction has been done on 17th June 2015. Kotak bank also don't want to provide IP address otherwise i can find a particular machine thought IP address. I paid July month credit card statement complete bill except this transaction amount. Now i would like to request you please solve this matter because i don't want to pay Rs.4000 (Approx.) without any reason. Kotak Bank also can consider and do way off this bill amount.                           I have a Kotak Credit card chip based. 5 unauthorized transaction happened at 12:38 am when I was sleeping. I came to know in the morning when saw the SMSs. The merchant name mentioned was for one transaction was GOOGLE *SERVICE and for rest 4 was GOOGLE*NetmarbelGAMES. Altogether 13000/- Rs (Approx) has been gone. I have informed KOTAK customer executive and send mail with Dispute Form.

                          Should I do FIR for this? Anybody can guide me.

                                    My complain for CONTRACT NO. : NCDEX/R /15790 Trade Date : 10/12/2014 in my Account HOOL6 with kotak commodities services . i am having an commodity account named annamma khatri client code Hool6 . Due to wrong information about the lot size of Guarseed given by the dealer i had got a loss of 19400/- rs which should be 1940/- rs . The dealer told me the lot size is 1 mt or 1 point = 10 rs but the actual size was 10 mt or 1 point = 100 rs . The dealer even didn't call me when the price was 30 rs up .after the complain to the service center of kotak they assured me to refund the amount but till eight months there is no response by the company.

                                      2 Years gone when I started my account kotak mahindra bank and my Monthly Transaction Above 1lacks then I asked to increase my debit card limit then they said apply for platinum debit card I feel a form then after few months they reply me I am not Eligible eligible For platinum debits card I say ok not a issue pls Close My all account and form manager off bank refused then gone to close my mutual funds account they all so refused then I refused to pay your credit card payment I am ready to pay but if bank is ready to sovel my Problem It's my request. Plus worrny to kotak mahindra bank all I will take Legal Action
