I hv paid all the amount bt still they have been charging above 2000/- against late fee with service tax where as I hv never been delayed in payment. Every they used call me for payment and when I make call no one is responding from their side. I am in a mentally pressure as they are disturbing every time. Please help me out....

    Hello, Kotak Mahindra bank has cheated me yet again - this started in November 2014- i had a salary account & later on i had switch my salary account to a different bank & the bank converted the account to saving where I need to maintain the balance -which is fine - i wasn’t able to maintain the balance which is still ok as i had paid all the non-maintenance charges - then when i called customer services to check if there is any negative balance in the account as i had to pay Kotak credit card through my Kotak saving account - i was informed that no negative charges as all the non-maintenance charges have already been applied - so i deposited the money in the account to transfer to my credit card- this money was immediately taken by Kotak bank as non-maintenance charges & so Kotak credit card also applied the nonpayment charges, then i called bank & this thing is been going on since then as I am fine to pay my non maintenance charges - So the email exchange continues & i never received any reply from email or when i called bank was informed that will get a call back & never received a call - Then last month i get a call from Kotak credit card dept. ( Mr Vaibhav ) He apologized & that me to pay the principle amount & he will clear My savings account & will clear my credit card & ill be able to use the saving & the credit card as before- Been over a month now that i have paid the Credit card & my savings account is still showing Negative balance & when i called The customer service ( what a service ) they told me that my credit card has been deactivated & they Hung up on me. I am tired of getting disconnected on the millions of calls to customer service & all the fake promise done by bank reps . I feel cheated & Humiliated & Harassed with the multiple collections calls. I kown i am not worng as i was always ready to Pay the charges - but the nusense happened by bad customer service who provided wrong information & the collection team who cheated me . Please assist.       Kotak Mahindra Bank leaks Credit Card details of the customers
      I had earlier got a call from a number Delhi number stating some rewards points had been lapse and we would issue a new card with 8000 reward points.They were smart enough to have all the details of mine and than step by step they confirmed every single detail.As a aware customer we should never disclose or share our pin & opt number to anyone so i followed it.Immediately i called the customer care number a got my card blocked.
      Received a new card just one day back and in the morning just next day a got a call from Delhi number [protected] stating you have changed your card and we have promotional scheme please verify your details with all cvv & otp details.They just told me you will just receiver a pin on ur mobile just confirm that.
      The point is how did the new card details got leaked to the fraudsters in just one day for the new card number.All things are only pointing towards the that kotak mahindra bank leaks the information of the customers and make money.
      Never ever do banking with kotak mahindra bank they misuse your details and earn commission via giving details to fraudsters.
      Be alert be safe...

        Hi Team, I am facing extreme harassment on a disputed case with Kotak Mahindra Bank credit card, they are coming at my residence and calling me and my wife and using abusive language. They have dont know from where hacked my wifes account and took phone numbers from her account and are calling all friends and relatives and asking them to make payments. They are using illegal ways to reach out relatives and friends and using wrong languages which cant be written. They have also threatened me saying tereko dikhata hun main kon hun and agar to mil gaya to teri taang tod denge... I am currently facing some medical condition and so is my wife due to which we are in financial hardship but these guys have crossed all the limits and are using illegitimate ways Harsh Sampat please take action against them
        Receiving calls from Mohit Surei and Neha from [protected] & [protected]
        these guys are ruthless and have harrassed my wife who is medically ill

          Please inform whether it is mandatory to write depositor's name telephone no and also sign the deposit slip while depositing cash in any account when other details such as title and number of the account and denomination details have been filled in. According to Kotak Bank it is compulsory as per Banking Rules. Pl. clarify.

            I've a Kotak Mahindra Credit Card. My relationship number is 46469395. The customer care person has been harassing me and my family for non-payment of Credit card minimum due. I already informed him that due to medical reasons I was not able to pay the bill for this month and will be clearing it on 30-Sep once I receive my salary along with the extra charges. But the customer care person has called me around 50 times within the last 2 days and also been harassing my mother who is a heart patient and bed-ridden. Please let me know who will be responsible if anything happens to my mother? Will the bank take responsibility? He also asked me to handover the credit card to him. Why should a customer care person ask to hand over a card to him? Is it legal?

              Dear sir, My name is Zeeshan Md Rashid CRN No: 88100067 Now the days i am facing a major problem with your banking service and it was my worst experience. I have my past salary account in your bank, before one or two week i got a message from your side that my salary account (mention above) is out of money and i am going to charge for minimum balance, so i contact your customer service and they told me to close the account by handover the cheque and the debit card to the bank. so i visit the Kotak bank branch which is in pimpri-chinchwad area, and i am surprised by hearing them, they told me to go to the F.C road branch(Pune) and then i reached that branch and again the same story they told me. they told me that my account is a core Kotak account so i have to go to the Bhandarkar Rd. Branch (I heard about core banking but core kotak account...what is it???) then today i reached the Bhandarkar Rd. branch and i told him to close my account but they didn't... they told me that they can close my account after completing 6 month of account opening date which means they only close the account after the fine started. And they also told me that they can't close my account i have to go to the home branch to for closing purpose... I am really fed up of your service this is the worst service that i ever experience in my entire life...you all people sucks a lot. Now i decided that i do not go any where for closing my account you want to charge me... please do so i am not going to pay a single rupees and i and going to share my experience in all the social site. thank you for fooling us

                I have tried to make a transaction with kotak bank debit card on 7th September 2015 but Atm machine got hanged and not responding at that time. but after some time i got the message that 6000 has deducted from my bank account. I was totally shocked . I registered a complain regarding this at the same moment. But till now they guys are not providing any solution even I am not getting any relevant information about my concern. Whenever I called to customer care of Kotak mahinadra bank, they told me to wait.

                We would like to inform you that the transaction has been successfully authorized by the system and is claimed by the acquiring bank.

                However, we have raised chargeback with acquiring bank which will take 7 working days to settle as per RBI Guidelines. The account will get credited on the 7th working Day provided the funds are not claimed back by the other Bank.

                  Hi, Myself Gaurav N Bhattar, was having personal loan of Rs 5, 00, 000 with HDFC Bank at 16.5% from January, 2014 for which I used to pay EMI of Rs 12, 293. Then I got call from Sakshi Madam on behalf of Kotak Bank in January 2015 offering for this loan transfer at 13.5%. I agreed with that, but then while submitting document and signing of agreement, I found nothing about rate, term and amount was mentioned, on my enquiry I was ensured, that “sir you submit the document, then based on your creditability that will be decided, we have already checked it, it will be 13.5% only”, I doubted and asked for written assurance, which they send my via mail. I accepted loan transfer and closed ongoing loan with HDFC Bank by paying pre-closure charges of around 4% on outstanding amount. But then unfortunately harassment experience started with me from Kotak Bank. I was provided with loan (Account no SPLN:[protected] of Rs 4, 56, 237 for 5 Years at the rate of 15.06%, instead of Rs 4, 50, 000 for 4 years at the rate of 13.5% I got shocking experience on complaining, when they shown me agreement with 15.06% interest rate signed by me, I don’t need to mention that was forged. Now this became serious matter (at least from my side) as Bank dint seemed to be worried about this at all. On complaining again and again, finally Mr. Qamarali Ansari appointed meeting of mine with Sakshi Madam and Roshan (Collection boy), but visit was very disappointing as no one met over there. After few days once again meeting was appointed and to me surprise I was given very ridiculous reply from Mr. Qumarali Ansari that Sakshi Madam has given many clients wrong commitments and now she has left the job. So, who is responsible for that? Doesn’t Bank should accept this and reconsider the matter? Or should client face it, because of Bank’s employee’s wrong commitment. I kept on sending mail and complaining but no one seemed to be serious, then I decided to stop PDC. Now they took matter into consideration and assured me that they are looking into the matter. On their assurance I agreed to keep making EMI payment, but this time by cash instead of PDC. Then even they dint found to be serious to collect payment, my due date was 10th of every month, I kept them calling on each 7th or 8th to collect payment before 10th, but they used to send executive to collect payment by 17th-18th. I found very disappointing to get such service from such reputed and growing bank. I even mailed this issue on Kotak services address but no action was taken apart from charging me late payment charges for this. Till now they have charged me around Rs 7, 000 for which I complained also and they agreed to waive off 50% of it, now you can find out if they agree to waive of 50% that means they are aware that mistake has been from there side, but still they are asking me to pay balance 50%, without any fault of mine. There is a simple calculation, My Liability with HDFC Bank was Rs 12, 293 * 47 Months = 5, 77, 770 I also paid Rs 17, 000 for prepayment closure charges. So, net liability with HDFC Bank was =5, 77, 770-17, 000 = Rs 5, 60, 770 But, now with Kotak Bank my liability becomes = Rs 10, 793 * 60 Months = 6, 47, 580 Apart from that I have been also charged around Rs 5, 000 for insurance and other formalities. So, net liability with Kotak Bank becomes= 6, 47, 580 + 5000 = Rs 6, 52, 580 Its being around 8-9 months I am discussing with Bank, now with frustration and disappointment I am forced to write this mail at this level. Kindly look into the matter, Wrong Commitment is being made, Sign is being forged and customer is being harassed very shamelessly.

                    CRN NO :[protected] Name of Account Holder :- Anuradha Rampuria Date of Incident :- 28th August, 2015 There has been an unauthorised Debit of Rs 1711.94 from my account on 28th Aug, 2015. The matter has been escalated to the customer service center and the relationship manager of the bank. Also complaint with Cyber Cell, Haryana Police launched with the copy of the same being submitted to the Gurgaon Branch. The matter was assured to be resolved within 48 hrs then 7 days and now no response from the side of the bank. Can I receive an email communication from the bank that the matter is under investigation and will be resolved by ... date and the amount o[censored]nauthorised debit will be credited by ...date.

                        Previously, I had a VW Polo that I sold off in the month of August (first week to be precise) to Mr Altaf Naik. His financing broker was ADDIS MARKETING. He informed me that ADDIS MARKETING would pay off my dues to KMPL, and the remaining amount would be given to me. Upon handing over payment checks to both us, Addis Marketing employee Mr Ramkumar Dhuriy secretly handed over a NOC request letter to KMPL without my knowledge. Someone from Addis Marketing forged my signature and Mr Ramkumar Dhuriy handed over this letter in person to KMPL.

                        Mr Santosh Jagtap was the person whom the letter was handed over to at KMPL. Couple of weeks later, I asked KMPL why I had not received my NOC after receiving confirmation of payments being cleared by them. That is when they informed me that they had received this NOC letter. Shocked beyond belief, I directly went to the bank, and spoke to Mr Jagtap and questioned him "why wasn't verification done before handing over the NOC to Mr Ramkumar Dhuriy?" His response was"We get over 100 customers daily, we cannot verify signatures of each and every customer"
                        I escalated this matter to the grievance department, and still have not received any concrete answer for their blunder.

                        It is Kotaks duty to verify signatures and with the concerned person, before handing over any confidential document to a 3rd person. Today they have released a NOC document without my consent and verification, tomorrow they may release other documents or information upon a forged document.

                        As none of the Kotaks representatives have any answer upon contacting them on several occasions via email and phone calls, I was left with no option but to file a FIR against KOTAK as well as ADDIS MARKETING.

                        It's thoroughly shameful and disgusting that even their grievance department does not show concern for this issue.

                          I have opened NRE /NRO Account a couple of year ago, I have not been able to operate this account from outside India despite several attempts to get it working. Finally I switched to my tried & trusted Banker. Now after 2 years, Kotak Bank has charged almost 7KINR towards Non- Maintenance charges, they are sending weekly, monthly reminders to my e-mail almost to the point of passive agressive harassment. Other banks not deducting & even if they are deducting they tell you in advance that account has fallen below minimum. This is against RBI Policy regarding such charges where a) cannot be charged & b) cannot be applied retrospectively.

                            The amount transferred by Kotak has been received yesterday, but still no one has confirmed yet to me about the rate of interest, duration and EMI. I have appied just for 3year and they have made this for four year without any communication with me. Not able to understand which kind of processes this bank is following. need to cancel this loan, please suggest

                              Kotak Mahindra Bank is the worst when it comes to customer experience. The staff is so ill behaved and arrogant. Also the company is unethical in its practices. They charge you more than any other bank and pay very little heed to your complaints. Once you get trapped with them, you have no way out. Unlike other banks they don't care at all about your complaint. After pursuing with them for sometime, you get so pissed off with their behaviour that you decide to drop the matter to save yourself further harassment. But in the process the company gets away with your hard earned money and sub standard service. Avoid any connection with any Kotak group venture.

                                  Couple of days ago I made a transaction and it was unsuccessful, but amount got deducted from account. I logged the complaint to the customer care and they are saying it will take seven days to return of your amount. My concern is why a customer need to wait for such a long time to get his own money back without any reason. In just one day they also closed the complaint without resolving it. I asked them to reopen the complaint or resolve the issue first, but they didn't. Customer Care executives behaviour are pathetic, they disconnect the call while customer is talking and keep saying sorry, but actually they don't mean it. I asked them to log the complaint regarding that too, but I doubt they taken. One of my complaint no is: 1-[protected] hope it's enough to fetch all the details. hoping to get a response by tomorrow itself, if these guys have any professional ethics. And today i received an email and call saying "transaction has been successfully authorized by the system and is claimed by the acquiring bank. We have raised chargeback with acquiring bank which will take 7 working days to settle as per RBI Guidelines." Here is my revert on that:: Well, it doesn't make any sense you are saying that "the transaction has been successfully authorized by the system and is claimed by the acquiring bank. We have raised chargeback with acquiring bank which will take 7 working days to settle as per RBI Guidelines." I attached the ATM receipt which clearly shows that "transaction timed out", how come ING Vysya bank can claim that transaction. If they are doing so it's clearly your responsibilities. Because Kotek is being merge with ING, and if you said they are working indivisually, kindly remove all the banners remove all the ADs stop advertising thet ING is now Kotak till the time merger didn't take place 100 %. I am fine and could wait for as much long as it required, but I want 6% interest on my amount no matter how long you keep it in your pocket. It's money, which is not in my pocket nor in my account neither I can utilize it. So if you taken my money from my account to your pocket, without any reason, you have to pay me interest on that. Take 7 days another 7 days or 70 days, I am happy if i'll get the interest, or else i want my money back right now without any delay. And please if anyone is going to call me after this, that should be someone responsible or sensible, please I don't want the call from a kid knows nothing and keep repeating the same thing again and again like a radio. And after telling me this nonsense statement, they again closed my complaint. WTF guys it's not resolved yet and I told you earlier too keep it open till it not get resolved.

                                    Couple of days ago I made a transaction and it was unsuccessful, but amount got deducted from account. I logged the complaint to the customer care and they are saying it will take seven days to return of your amount. My concern is why a customer need to wait for such a long time to get his own money back without any reason. In just one day they also closed the complaint without resolving it. I asked them to reopen the complaint or resolve the issue first, but they didn't. Customer Care executives behaviour are pathetic, they disconnect the call while customer is talking and keep saying sorry, but actually they don't mean it. I asked them to log the complaint regarding that too, but I doubt they taken. One of my complaint no is: 1-[protected] hope it's enough to fetch all the details. hoping to get a response by tomorrow itself, if these guys have any professional ethics.
                                    Well, it doesn't make any sense you are saying that "the transaction has been successfully authorized by the system and is claimed by the acquiring bank. We have raised chargeback with acquiring bank which will take 7 working days to settle as per RBI Guidelines." I attached the ATM receipt which clearly shows that "transaction timed out", how come ING Vysya bank can claim that transaction. If they are doing so it's clearly your responsibilities. Because Kotek is being merge with ING, and if you said they are working indivisually, kindly remove all the banners remove all the ADs stop advertising thet ING is now Kotak till the time merger didn't take place 100 %.
                                    I am fine and could wait for as much long as it required, but I want 6% interest on my amount no matter how long you keep it in your pocket.
