I have been trying to change the chain sprocket from 1 month dated 07/Dec/2020 and I keep getting a reply "Sir 2 weeks" and after 2 weeks the same reply! and another reason they are stating is COVID sir. chain sprocket is completely gone and I'm not able to ride!! I'm fed up and I am not only changing the chain sprocket but the whole bike and I'll buy splendor which has far better service.

As per my knowledge ktm is one of the best companies in regards to motobikes... However the quality and the realibility of the bikes have dropped drastically in the last few months ...

I have bought a brand new 2020 model of the ktm duke which was release less that 6 moths ago. As customers we pay alot of money to use a bike of a foreign origin to ensure the reliability and the quality of the vehicle.

However my experience withe the my own vehicle is undersatifactory .

The quality of the new equipment it's absolutely rubbish and the reliability it's zero barely havign used the bike for just over a month already issues have been seen in regards to the bike starting. I just woke up one day and the bike just didn't start.

This is exactly what a consumer does now want how unreliable this kind.

There was no help form orange assist which is a part of the reputed company the technician employed are 3rd party people who don't even kno what's wrong with the vehicle.

This type of service is unacceptable really after paying almost 2.5 lakhs for a bike when the bike dosent even work properly for 2 month.

How is this even possible ???
I feel I have been provided with a faulty bike after paying so much money.

This is absolutely rubbish and ktm really needs to take care of this of leave the market.

Having a ktm after paying 2.5 lakh feels like not even having a bike.

Very dissatisfied this need to reach the people of concern
If anyone from ktm is reading this you guys just provided me a worthless piece of [censored] in stead of a bike.

I am mauryakiran.Rk. I just got my new rc200 at selanaickenpatty salem on 25/11/2020. Just driven 500kms but got battery issue and also still not yet rc document.I contacted showroom but they said me to bring the battery alone saying that they have no place to park bike there.I gave the battery to the place they told, but i got no response from the service centre and either the battery shop for more than 5 days.Whenever i contact the service centre they dint respond properly and keep on delaying for battery, rc document and even the number plate.
I haven't faced such worst response for any of my previous bikes.My bike is being idle without battery for 10 days. I feel so exhausted after running from my home to service centre and battery shop. Does this small problem takes more than a week to resolve?

Sir my self kamal lochan sahu from odisha, keonjhar.Sir i had gone to purchase a ktm bike i.E ktm duke 200 at keonjhar ktm showroom .And i booked a bike by giving five thousand rupees ..After that i called another ktm showroom and the first ktm showroom cheat me about 7 thousands extra. When i said her manager the refuse to gave my money returned.Kindly sir help me..

Not available in service center. Last 1 month followup and visit adajan service center but not respons properly.
I request you solve this problem.
Please Do the needful.

Extremely poor service staff with improper tools and bay. The staff misbehaved regarding the customer being there with his bike. The staff has no idea hot to talk adequately. The KTM bay as usual is out of service the bike was stationed at Bajaj bay. All my experiences with Dewaan Auto were extremely poor because of the service provided by them. You wont imagine bike being delivered without proper put back and oils after service. My bike has been delivered to me in this condition. The GM is extremely disrespectful towards customers.

Bike was taken in september within 10days it has been started battery discharging issue. They were postponing everytime with very planned reasonss. Ruthless behavior of ktm was their till now my problem was not cleared. Shame on your service.

9:12:2020 I purchase KTM Duke 390 bs6 in West Bengal bankura. KTM showroom given to me bike evening time and that time I am excited and I not check my bike properly because too much late but my bike petrol tank right side viser are scratch and next day I am going to showroom show the scratch they are told me we are not change the part.
But delivery time I capture some pictures and clearly scratch r are visible I uploaded pictures .so what I can do KTM India?? .

We approached KTM dindigul for purchase of new KTM RC 200 . We asked for white with orange colour RC 200 variant in Dindigul and madurai showrooms. But they told me the above colour variant is currently unavailable at all showrooms. So kindly reply us for our query of the vehicle colour is running in market or obsolete in market. I have given my vehicle KTM Rc 125 on November 4th 2020 at kolathur KTM khivraj showroom Chennai, till now they didn't repaired my bike, this is my worst experience I ever had in my service, even no proper response from this khivraj showroom, the trust which I kept in this brand is now not worth... Please take this complaint as serious action
I'm being without bike for a month

The upcoming duke 125, Body is same as bs6 duke 200, why so?, we need some changes on the new product, There is no point to launch duke 125 with same bs6 duke 200 body because we the customers and also the consumers need changes.

Engine work is not complete in last 3 months because parts are not available

I purchased the ktm Duke 200 bike two months ago but unfortunately my bike has not been satisfactory because the gear of the bike is not working properly. The gearshift is simply refusing to budge from the position it is in and it is only making noise.and also facing problem with racing ..its not working properly..first services is already done but I am not satisfied with that service because after servicing I face same racing problem with high speed Above 60km/h above this speed bike racing is not working properly so kindly see my issues and resolve as soon as possible..

Not any service provided till 20 days . Nobody corperate, not KTM showroom corperate with my problem and also not service center corperate with my problem and you also not . I need my bike . But till days before my bike is in service center . I need my bike . Do something instantly . Otherwise I will complain in Policestation or court ...

I complaint 2..3 times the same.my front Tyre wearing off one side .and the Tyre is ok.the bike having the problem and the ktm service people says and we will do further assistance.then next day I got a message that Dear Sir/Madam, with reference to request number: ISR-791600, we understand that the concern has been resolved to your satisfaction. Assuring best service at all times. Thank You.I don't know what kind of assistance is this.And the service engineer ERNAKULAM misbehaving so I can't call him.please do further assistance.

Will I be able to claim warranty for my back tyre as it is bulging one side and faced lots of problem from the day 1 till now and the reason for purchasing your product is only for the brand and the quality but still now I am not satisfied

1) Security bank cheque has been misplaced by staff
2) Misbehavior of staff to customer
3) Vehicle No issue
4) Handed wrong insurance
5) Unsatisfactory bike service
6) Closed my complaint against service without solving my problem
7) Unnecessary charges are applied in service bill

Had booked duke 250 for an amount of ₹10, 000. Then cancelled the booking due to seat height and was issues a partial refund of ₹5, 000.

Wanted a test drive before booking, the salesman said that that is not possible. Also, shared false information of bike price being hiked by ₹30, 000 more and asked me to book the bike ASAP because the price is being hiked.
