This is the ever worst sevice centre for ktm available in vytila ernakulam... They have spoiled my meter set initially saying we will loose the conmection until rainy season ends and while re fixing they advise the meter is already spoiled... And my bikes cone set was replaced twice... Also my bike battrh charge was gone, so the mech advised me the battery cells wr spoiled and have to replace the battery... However i was pretty sure that my battery cells were not spoiled since it was a new battery and i took it to the batyery shop and they said all they have to do is to charge the battery and the cells were perfectly alright... Thank god i saved almost 2000rs. And now comes the next scene my front shock oil was leak and had to replace, once it was replaced and wn the bike was delivered they said the shock will be hard for 2 week... And now wn i ride my bike the front set entirely shivers and that makes me feel so dippresed... I took it back almosr 4 times and the mech says there is no problem with your bike... And now i have no idea wot to be done... Well i have all the bills amd details... So lemme approach the consumer court and i will make sure i will upload the review everywhr on the internet to show the poor service provided by ktm vytilla service centre...

    I had ordered for a radiator fan on 01/10/2019 and given my bike at calicut ktm service centre 9 days back. Reportedly there is no stock (Radiator fan) available at present and it caused significant trouble for me.

    I contact on Kerala Kozhikode ktm service
    Center . But no use very bad behaviour & no response of this complied . I 2moth waiting for the radiator fan
    Very bad services & irresponsible services mans are there
    I total confused this ktm buyer

    Here i am from ambala city and i am going for service today and they cant service my bike after 4-5 hours they cant serve my bike and they said that come back next day and my bike dont work properly its my first service and they dont bheave properly and they have not any service man for ktm

      overcharging - fraud

      I got my KTM RC 200 serviced. While the cost of the parts I was told when I visited was different to what it is on the bill. The parts cost are cheaper than quoted and their labour cost has all of a sudden shot up to 3770 Rs. for which the break down is not given.

      The overall cost should not be more than 5-6k while I have been charged 8660Rs.

      Need it to be resolved....

      Its been 2 months since ive left my duke[protected] for service in ktm service centre in pondichery... They say parts are still arriving... They only recieved some parts... This is very inconvinent...
      Every time i call the service centre... They have different answers... Some say parts have arrived... But the manager says its still arriving... Worst service... Customer handling isnt proper

        Last time maine apni bike showroom main lagai thee unhone meri bike m kisi or bike k parts lga diye and bill 50000 shoker change nhi kiye handle t purni dali h usme paint kiya or bakki zis cheez ki zrurt nhi thi vo daal de or baad m mere sapre jo nikale thee also sale or jb maine showroom k manager se parts pucha ki aap n kya kya change kiya than she talk me rudely iam customer not her workers she talks me like this close this showroom otherwise i will do fir or change the staff they are thif kya ktm unko salary nhi deti

          Its basically not a complain, i bought a vehicle from thane, on 26th july 2019. I wanted to understand every vehicle has a service manual, why does ktm duke 200 does not have a service book, neither was i told when i was suppose to do my 1st vehicle service nor did i receive a call from the showroom, how do i know de warranty details, can you help me with this?

            Worst worst service center for ktm in madurai. Staffs are not responsible and not willing to take bike and service in time, always saying cant help you now and come after week. And if i give service they want 3 days to service and give. I cant change my chains sprocket for 2 weeks. They are not accepting any service. Anbarasan, [protected], [protected]@gmail.com. Madurai.

            I had given my KTM RC200 for general service and they have changed lubricants which cost around 2K and Service charge is 2K and they are saying that cost of service is auto populated. They are cheating people to core.

              Last week i went to my nearby ktm service centre for changing chain sprocket and engine oil change after there is a lot of changes that i can feel and a week later my shock absorber got fully damaged and i didn't even ride my bike after that service.. seems like they have changed or replaced my shock absorber.. i didn't expected these kind of gestures.. i have contacted them after this incident they are not giving any proper reasons.. they said it will happen normally or u have crashed into anything like that.. they have changed my original parts for sure and throughout my service experience with that service centre is not good and its not welcoming.

                I am a duke 125 owner in trivandrum (Kerala). I bought on feb 2019. Only first service i get water service. Last 2 service i not get water service. My nearest service center is deedi bajaj karamana. They tolding the washing person is leave. Worst service ever from that servive center.. Wasting customers time. I am a student i have only enough time. I am fully statisfied with duke 125 but not with ktm service... What can i do? This is my nearest service center (20km). The main thing is that service center staffs response was very bad. Only few persons there have no time to deal customers

                  I gave my bike for servicing and some part had been changed but ist of all they are using second hand used parts and this complain os regarding ktm service chinar park yesterday i got the delivery of my bike after its servicing i took my bike and started my way to back home bt within 0.5 kms my bike got break down as because they have change my armeture which i could understand so could uh help me for my refunds cause they charged me all total of 7k but its of no use so what should i do???

                  My bike automatically stopped on the national Highway 34(Airport vip Road) which is just 0.5kms Away from that service center and before delivering the bike a technetion used to take a test ride to look that all is okay or not bt yesterday they didnt check also so what steps should i take against it??

                    Sir i am disappointed toward service center and showroom also my bike have issue through when i was purchased it the issue does not solve and they have no knowledge about it they don't know what is problem on it and its take about 3 month that i am suffering about it after all my bike was automatic off on highway they gives me old bike and services like hell
                    Problem are:

                      After every service I am not able to exceed 100kms even on 6th gear as there is a sound coming from the radiator or the engine//I have addressed this issue to KTM Kivaraj Motors Service Center Indiranagar Bangalore //Mr Manjunath from this center fixed this issue after my 1st service//However after the 2nd service this problem has occurred also the is a problem when ever i hit the breaks together the bike cone or the front starts wobbling. I am not satisfied with the service at all as I have these problems in less than 6 months. My Email address is [protected]@gmail.com and i expect a response ASAP

                      With request we are purchase KTM 125 at 18/04/2019 and time of sales distributor promise to give helmet and other accessorises but till date we do not receive.

                        Hello ktm, this mail is regarding coolant disappearing in new duke 200... I purchased the bike on 31st august 2019, its just 12 days old and only ridden 400 km, and the coolant is diappearing there is no leakage and engine oil is also fine, i have topped up the coolant through authorised service station and again it is disappearing. The service centre guys told me that its new bike so it happened, but coolant should not be disappearing.. Please look in to the matter.. As iam very tensed about it.

                          My ktm has now been in the workshop for 6 weeks. Dealers are saying they are waiting for a gasket from ktm!! Gearbox failed after only 600 miles. How can it take so long to repair a gearbox on a brand new bike? I’m really getting frustrated with ktm. Originally i was told it would take about a week to repair. I’m getting to the point where i’m thinking of swapping it for a yamaha for reliability. I use my bike to commute to and throw work and that was the reason i chose ktm. Unfortunately it’s been the worst experience ever. Why couldn’t ktm just send a new gearbox? Totally unexceptable!!!

                          When I came to change my chain & chain sprocket the rare wheel brake is properly working . But when the work done is & they call me for pick up of my bike the said that the rare wheel caliper of break is broken . So please take action for that disgusting action of KTM KOLHAPUR . And please take a reaction about the showroom as soon as possible .

                            I have gave my motorcycle to repair on 6th sept 2019 with the above mentioned issue. Mechanic who have checked it stated that the coolent is mixing with the engine oil, they have delivered the vehicle to me on 11th sept 2019 stating everything has been fixed.
                            But today i am still facing the same issue, there is no proper response from the manager and issue haven't been addressed till now.

                            My bike is submitted on 25 Augest 2019 to the KTM Services center Talegaon Dabhade branch for Socopsar change and other normal issues.
                            as per team head Rohit promises bike will ready in next 4 Days .
                            but till today ( 19 September 2019 ) my bike is not repaired..
                            now they giving the useless reasons.
                            I given my bike to ktm service centre Hosi arpur 1 month &15 days ago ____ but my bike is not well _&its a wranted bike _ Problem in bike to engine head leaking and bike will not good plz _i requested u to reapair my bike quikly plz ___My bike still standing in ktm service centre hoshiarpur___plz reapiar it

                              I got a ktm 125cc as they was rated high. Not even having the bike for two week gear box broke down was told a week then I would get it bake 5 weeks later the shop is still waiting for parts from ktm this is a joke on ktms part as I chase the shop the. The shop has to chase ktm but not getting any where. Wouldn’t recommend. To anyone witch is a shame.

                              My rc390 has run 15000kms now it has an issue of loose headbearing of handlebars, handle bar feels so loose along with that suspension too feels not proper when I show that problem to ktm Mangalor3, karnataka. They say its all right but the bike has issues and they don't give any respond to it, they just keep on m eer neglecting.

                                Company has been selling faulty pieces to the customers and has been lazy and unsupportive in any situation, be it while buying the bike or while getting the problem fixed (issue never got fixed)
                                Company has provided no such detail to what is causing the bike to keep breaking down in middle of the road.
                                I bought my bike 4 months ago and has been driven 1300 kms.

                                  I bought my bike 4 months ago and it has only been driven 1300 kms.
                                  Lazy service, would recommend selling KTM and buying a bike with kick-start( that's what KTM needs, I guess)

                                  Sir, i have given my bike for servicing in bhilai and satisfied but when they delivered the bike to me, sticker on the petrol tank was damaged from which bike looks got affected. so i want it to change. because this is not the way to deliver the bike to customer.

                                    Vehicle broke down at a junction on the 23rd august 2019. 4 year old ktm 690 enduro with 4, 600 miles.
                                    Serviced at 305 miles, 2300 miles and 4, 345 miles.
                                    Local motorcycle workshop recoverd bike from roadside. On inspection it was found the camchain had snapped.
                                    Contacted suppler ktm dealer p& h motorcycles, but they are unwilling to assist.
                                    I have instructed the local motorcycle workshop to repair the bike as it is my main form of transport and i need it to go to work.
                                    I will provide a full report and photographs of the damage.
                                    Please confirm that ktm will at least cover the cost of replacement parts to repair the bike.

                                      As per the topic i'm the owner of ktm duke 200 bought from ktm kolar in 2017 may... I hav changed my monoshocks in december 2018 because of oil leakage in it and within 6 months i got the same problem when i visited the service center the service adviser named mr prabhukumar is saying some unwanted stories and he's not giving proper information about it... I need the respond of changing my shocks as soon as possible..
