Bought a kurlon mattress on 12/1/2021 from your dealer in Chennai (Bharatham Stores) but within two days the thread on the top of the mattress started coming out tried many times to make a complaint thro mobile but not able to make it.

I purchased kurl on mattress last yr. After few times i used it started opening from the edges and damaging the stitiches from the corners.
I already rasied a complaint but it was denied saying that it cannot be replaced due to warranty terms.

I kindly request you to either get it repaired or replaced as soon as possible.

I have bought luxurino mattress from one of your dealers. From past approximately about 15-18 months the mattress has started tearing off and we were facing discomfort in sleeping as well. I have been trying to reach your customer service since February 2020 but did not get proper service. The agent I charged in our locality made undue and unnecessary excuses and almost after 10/11 months se messages me that he has left the company and asked me to stop messaging him.We have started having back pains now and the mattress has completely torn. Please revert with proper solution or replacement of the mattress.I am unable to upload the video which has already been sent to your customercare executive.

Hence I am not able to sleep comfortably on the Mattress. I have attached the Invoice for your reference. Also attached the pics of the Mattress for your perusal. We are greatly disappointed with the Product we purchased. I trust, The company will give a solution for the trouble we are facing.

I have just bought the mattress of kurl on named kurlocoir from a reputed shop named CHANDAN at chandannagar on 14th Feb 2021. It's not just one month the upper layer of the mattress displace also the stitch of the mattress is not proper. It has been 2 days that i contacted the shop to replace the new bought mattress bt they are not at all entertained us. Is that the way to treat a customer? It's my 3rd purchase of kurlon mattress and I am so much disappointed.

They did not show any kind of concern regarding my problem.. I had a full faith on this company.. But they r ridiculous.. They r the most fake company I v ever seen.. It's been almost 2wks I v registered my complaint but till date there is no such development of my complaint.. Hopeless mattress company.. I suggest not to buy mattresses from this such a bullshit company named kurlon.. Their customer service ph no. is all the time congested.. Did not give any reply to may mail as well.. They delivered damaged product.. And when one try to registered a complaint they just ignore them..

It's been 15days I have given complaint to you and there is no response from Kurlon and if search for complaint status it says complaint ID is invalid.
When will you respond for our complaint?
