Bought a kurlon mattress on 12/1/2021 from your dealer in Chennai (Bharatham Stores) but within two days the thread on the top of the mattress started coming out tried many times to make a complaint thro mobile but not able to make it....

I purchased kurl on mattress last yr. After few times i used it started opening from the edges and damaging the stitiches from the corners.
I already rasied a complaint but it was denied saying that it cannot be replaced due to warranty terms.

I kindly request you to either get it repaired or replaced as soon as possible.

Mattress is not totally flat . it's got hole in the middle of mattress.it is suppressed in the middle part of mattress....

This is to bring to your kind notice that I purchased the Mattress especially "Kurlon Spine Therapy" from New York Cotton Corporation on 11.09.2020, the corners and sides of the Mattress got damage within 5 months of period.
