We are senior citizens and after our hard earned money we decided to buy this products.
We found its quality substandard and we found protector was not fitting and within fortnight the mattresses developed deep ockets.
We lodged the complaints to the dealer and customercare and sent photos and videos although that never gives proper judgment about the issues.
The complaint No is 2300362 and we have recd some mails menting its under review .Also we recd a phone call from Banglore saying since he is Gujarati and we too he was told to speak to us.Despite explaing him till date no steps are taken and there are no responses to any of our emails now.

Not a single person from Kurlon visited and or even taken these products for servcing leav apart we have asked for total refund because of such poor quality.

These people must be taken to task and put behind bars since this must be treated as criminal case.

I am purchasing a Kurlon Mattress Pure Coir worth Rs. 8, 000.00 on 18.02.2020 from Wood & Wood Craft, Piska More, Ranchi.
My mattress is press down and very uncomfortable to sleep.

My sleeping mattress is buried in the middle.

A mattress named Angelica was purchased on[protected]. For about a month sleeping on it was comfortable. However, after that sleeping on it was not comfortable for the following two reasons:
1. The mattress started to produce heat and as a result it was not possible to sleep on it in the same posture for a longer time in one stretch. Every half an hour or so, had to turn and toss, thus sleeping on it was not comfortable.
2. It started to cave in on both the sides were we sleep, middle part being stiff.
Therefore I request you to do the needful.

I had purchased a mermaid mattress shelling out 40k in 2016. Now, in 2020, I have some stitches from the edges of the mattress given out, for around 3ft in Length. Here starts my struggle. I raise a complaint and no response untill 30 days. After 30 days, I am being told that the mattress cannot be repaired but will be given a replacement, by paying an amount of 25k(which they say is a rebated amount for an equivalent new mattress). Ridiculously day light loot. .for the sake of small stitches, which could otherwise not cost more than a thousand bucks, why you want me to spend 25k. What else one would call this, if not a day light loot..

I brought kurlon spring mattress 6=6-1/4 few months if good side stitching is automatically opened plz solve this problem..

I have purchased the mattress online but absolutely no information on when I am i likely to receive my order.The company has not bothered to contact me. The order was placed on 17th Dec, 2020.The details are pasted below.

Sagging issue is coming in the mattress

I have purchased 5 inch kurlo bond mattresses (one pair) in the year 2018 and after using them my wife has been suffered with back pain and severe ribbs pain. It is too hard to use them and get a sound sleep on these mattresses. The warranty for these mattresses are upto 7 years. As these are very much uncomfortable, is there any procedure to replace, return or buy back in the company or we have to bear these uncomfortable, harmful mattresses. I am living in Agra (Uttar Pradesh)
and I had purchased from Kurl-on Dealer of AGRA.

I have purchased one Kurlon mattress model “PURE COIR STAR 8” size: 75X60X5 at Chennai at SARAVANA STORES which is a reputed store in Chennai vide invoice No: PR/1920/315382 on 29.02.2020.

Within a span of 4 months after purchase there is a heavy sagging at middle of the mattress to a depth of more than 2 inches. I am unable to use the mattress due to heavy sagging and also I got back pain by sleeping in sagging mattress. I never expected such type of defect in reputed Kurlon brand. I could not take the defect immediately with you due to Covid-19 problem.

Kindly replace the mattress with defect less piece in which the same problem could not be repeated. A copy of invoice/bill and mattress photo are attached here with.


It is also mentioned that I tried several times to contact customer care number[protected] to make a complaint which is not working. My address and contact details are furnished below.

I have purchased a mattress on 24th October 3020 and within 2 months, it has started tearing from top. Disgusting and such a bad experience.

I lodged a complaint stating that the quality of bed has deteriorated badly within 3 years of purchase. Kurl on asked me to send the pictures of the bed to a whatsapp number and I sent the pictures and videos too.

To my surprise, they closed my ticket within few minutes after the receipt of images. No reason/justification has been conveyed to me till date. I have been trying to reach their customer care and no luck at all even after waiting for 10 minutes.

When I call this toll free number, it says my number is blocked for non-payment. Lol.. Can't stop laughing though..

I didn't expect such an unethical practice from Kurl on and I had a worst customer experience.

2. Price can change.
3. Had my worse experience as a customer.
4. Paid almost 70, 000.00 with so many faults.
5. Had to listen and being threatened at his shop, instead being polite & understanding the customers voice.
6. It’s a non value add shop.
7. Better to pay online or other dealers shops around Guntakal.
8. Make your money valuable instead spending money with ignorantly ignores customers.

Ruining the name of Kurl-on.

I have buy a Kurlon 'Fresh' Mattress from a local dealer. At the time of purchase the dealer gives us a Warranty Card of 7 year warranty. In this card it is mentioned that if the mattress will depress more that 1.5 inch then it will be covered under warranty. After 10 months i found that the mattress is depressing badly more than 1.5 inch. On dated 21.03.2020 I try to call on the complain nuber given on the Waranty card but the number is not responding immediately i contact the dealer is have call to the company representative and after talk he gives me a email no. to send complain but no response i will again contact the dealer and he talk to the company and then my complain has been lodged. I have sent all the photo of the mattress, bill and warranty card but after 3 months no response from the company. I feel that kurlon is now the biggest charter and fraud company in India. I would like to inform all the readers to dont buy any product of Kurlon. Try other companies which is more better than curlon.
