I registered complaint about 20 days ago, before last received I received message your request for replacement not approved complaint closed

I was disappointed after seeing this, I have purchased mattress before one month, after few days it was found manufacturing defect.

Purchased 1 kurlon mattress on last yr July, within a year the shape changed. Not able to use properly. Kindly help.

It is to inform you that I have registered my complain on dt 19.09.2020 due to suppress of my matress. This matress purchased by me for the month of Feb-20. I think that this is very good company also the product. But after 6months when suppressed after complained date I am always speak to your customer care executive to discuss about my complaint. As a result after 28 days replacement not approved.
So please consider my complaint and do the needful at the earliest because the matress is not in good condition for use.

Mattress is bulging at middle when not in use. While using, it is sagging alot.
Please replace this mattress ASAP

I had complained to the customer care service that my Kurlon mattress spring is broken and submitted the documents, invoice and photograph of mattress. The complaint was registered with complaints no 1985068.
After a month they sent a message that our executive will contact you and the mattress will be replaced. No details were furnished about the executive. No executive has called so far and I cannot contact him. I have sent a mail again to customer care but no response.

Hi I have purchased a Kurlo Bond Plus mattress from a store in Hyderabad 5 days back I want to know that how to register for its warranty

Mattress is under 2 years warranty but went bad within 6 months. Contacted Kurlon and they said it could be a possible manufacturing defect. They informed that the mattress could be replaced. I have been constantly following up but could not get a proper response. I have emailed them and also sent documents on Whatsapp as requested but they are not responding. I have been calling since 07/08/2020 and every time they say that the complaint has been looked into. I have attached the complaint mail that was sent to them along with the purchase receipt. Could you kindly help me out to get this resolved.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that as per the attached file I have purchased KURLON MATTRESS, in the year 2016, since the mid year 2018 onwards the mattress has developed Lumpy and has become uneven, as a result we are getting body pains and unable to sleep properly, I am furnishing my residential address for inspection and necessary action.

Dear Kurlon Customer Service Team,

I was trying continuously from year beginning but there were no replies neither phone calls nor emails.

I have a warranty claim for my bed which is 10 years and I would like to replace it per details warranty instructions. Could any one from Kurlon team do the needful on the same to proceed further....

1) Wet mattress delivered. Totally wet on both sides for about a foot(12 inches) length on one end of the mattress. Looks like the mattress was stored in wet conditions on that side.

2) Tear on mattress (red choir mattress), as shown on pictures below.

Kindly replace both the mattresses or refund amount.
