This is to inform that I have purchased bed consisting of 6*3size recently, from narayana furniture governor pet vijayawada AP.
In utilisation it is found that the bed has shallow on middle of it, which inconvenience caused me in disturbance of my sleeping also experienced the back pain attained. Therefore I request to deploy our officials for inspection and exchange....

I already raise my complain few months ago and my compliant id is 1956553.No any response received form company side or seller side.I think this is my worst experience with kurlon.I purchase da best quality sofa with high price but it damaged withing few months.

Try to resolve my issues as early as possible....

Gives severe back pain and too soft to sit on it...cannot use for a full night sleep without getting back pain...

Bought Kurlon mattress on 30/06/19 which had 2 yrs guarantee. Mattress started sagging within 1 yrs resulting in back ache due to irregular surface. I tried to contact the customer care help line ([protected]) but calls won’t connect. I am attaching the Bill number & Mattress details.
Pls help me to replace the same at the earliest.

It is to inform you that I have registered my complain on dt 19.09.2020 due to suppress of my matress. This matress purchased by me for the month of Feb-20. I think that this is very good company also the product. But after 6months when suppressed after complained date I am always speak to your customer care executive to discuss about my complaint. As a result after 28 days replacement not approved.
