I had ordered a dream sleep mattresses 72x48x6 on the 24th Sep online from Kurlon and paid immediately. However the next day on checking the invoice, I noticed it showed 75x48x6. I sent a msg to customer support on 26th sep on the kurlon web site. On 29th sep I called a c/ support no [protected] and informed them. I was asked to send a msg to ordersonline on 29th Sep, after that again a reminder on 3rd and 9th Oct, but still no response. However on the 9th Oct evening, they delivered a mattress 75x48x6. Which was not required and does not serve my purpose. Hence I called the Bangalore customer service on [protected] on 15th Oct gave them all the details. I called again on 21st, they asked me to send pictures of the mattress on watsapp no [protected] accordingly I sent it. Again on the 26th and 29th Oct, I sent reminders on their watsapp.
I called again on the 27th Oct to find out the status, but was given false promises that they will call, but till now I have not heard from them.
Would highly appreciate if this issue could be sorted out as soon as possible.

Updated by Arlgerry Regret to state that till today, my complaint has not been looked into.
Any number of calls and mails from me are of no use.
Really dont ustand how a reputed company like Kurlon does not respond, though they claim to have a wide set up of customer service personnel.
Would appreciate if they could resolve the issue at the earliest.
