Complaint you are facing _One side is buried in the middle...

If anyone is liking kurl-on mattress don't book it within their official site booking because they don't have a good website to deal with customer needs. They are still in a decade back of building eportal. Buy directly from amazon/flipkart or through retail shops to avoid stress. Here is my reason on why?

Mattress is pressed with in a month....

I had purchased a pair of kurl on diamond mattress in last year nov.2020. After 2months o[censored]sage it got wet and fungused smells bad. Even I have complained to company authorized dealer to whom I had purchased. They had just given me a company customer care mob no. I have tried to contact many times but it doesn't mot respond.

The matress I have purchased is not right, it is very soft, whereas I want hard which is not too hard....

Dream star mattress is defective . It's cloth is not properly attached with mattress, cloth is not holding mattress, mattress sagging photo attached...

Matress goes down from the center...what r doing ..8 month has beed passed..still no response from urs...

I have bought two nos of Kurlon mattress in 2016 and same was replaced after few months . Now it has dipressed beyond use.

Mattress shape changed and bend from both the sides, the dealer from where we purchased this now the shop is not there.
we are calling continuedly to customer care but no response from them also

I am complaining because the mattress is bend in the center portion, and it’s not comfortable to sleep...

The mattress is not comfortable as it was promised by the distributor - Bhandup west,

Had raised compliant before this lockdown period which remained unsolved and after visiting to the distributor, he advised to drop an email and get the resolution.

Kindly assist for the exchange as it was promised while buying that the mattress will not get shrinked but it did within less than 3yrs o[censored]sage....

Hello sir/madam, we are from gudur(M) Nellore dst. Complaint id is 2089626. The matrice have pits that is with poor quality. We gave this complaint before 7months but up to now we didn't get any response from you .The matrice replacement was not done but we recieved message as it was done. I make a call for kurlon customers care and said
More than Seven times about this . But we didn't get any response from you . We are totally unsatisfied...

I have purchased 3 set of kurl on mattress of72" *36"but at home I have checked that on my double bed 72"*35" will be fit so that we have not opened there packing and not used them and requested dealer to change my mattress bed he had refused and suggested that I should cut that mattresses kindly look into the matter...

I have purchased a Kurlon Mattress Pure Coir worth Rs. 7, 599.00 on 30.10.2020 from Laduram Hanuman Box, Traffic Square, College road, Baripada, Dist-Mayurbhanj.
My mattress is press down, uneven and very uncomfortable to sleep.
Size of mattress is 75" x 72" x 4"
So please replace my mattress urgently or refund my money & solve my problem.
