      If anyone is liking kurl-on mattress don't book it within their official site booking because they don't have a good website to deal with customer needs. They are still in a decade back of building eportal. Buy directly from amazon/flipkart or through retail shops to avoid stress. Here is my reason on why?

      Recently I made a payment and booked coir mattresses online from the official website of kurl-on and I was awaiting for getting the status of the delivery. I've dropped email to their customer care and there is no response received. There is no strong platform built in their website to track the order status. After 3 days suddenly my amount was revered and there is no email or any saying about why they have reversed it.

      I love the product I've been using it for many years, good quality but need more improvement on facilitating customer on doing online shopping.

            I had purchased a pair of kurl on diamond mattress in last year nov.2020. After 2months o[censored]sage it got wet and fungused smells bad. Even I have complained to company authorized dealer to whom I had purchased. They had just given me a company customer care mob no. I have tried to contact many times but it doesn't mot respond.

                              I wish to complain about Kurlobond 76*72 size HSN / SAC code 94042190 that I purchased on 17th Jan’2020 from Kurl-on Home, Vakratunda Comforts, Shop No. G2, Brahma Vantage High, opp. Bavdhan Police station, Bavdhan, Pune, Maharashtra- 411 021

                              I am complaining because the mattress is bend in the center portion, and it’s not comfortable to sleep because when you sleep on that the back pain problem is started. To resolve this problem I would like you to share my residence address and for your information the tax invoice copy is also attach.
                              When I first learned of this problem, I contacted to Mr. Gaurav solge on 28th December’2020 on call at your company.

                                The mattress is not comfortable as it was promised by the distributor - Bhandup west,

                                Had raised compliant before this lockdown period which remained unsolved and after visiting to the distributor, he advised to drop an email and get the resolution.

                                Kindly assist for the exchange as it was promised while buying that the mattress will not get shrinked but it did within less than 3yrs o[censored]sage.

                                  Hello sir/madam, we are from gudur(M) Nellore dst. Complaint id is 2089626. The matrice have pits that is with poor quality. We gave this complaint before 7months but up to now we didn't get any response from you .The matrice replacement was not done but we recieved message as it was done. I make a call for kurlon customers care and said
                                  More than Seven times about this . But we didn't get any response from you . We are totally unsatisfied with your services. It shows that your company was neglecting the customers complaints . Your are not giving value to the customer

                                      My mattress is press down, uneven and very uncomfortable to sleep.
                                      Size of mattress is 75" x 72" x 4"
                                      So please replace my mattress urgently or refund my money & solve my problem.
