    Dear Sir,
    I had purchased a kurlon mattress (variety New Angelica) on[protected]. It costed me Rs. 30, 044/- (Thirty thousand forty-four rupees). Mattress size 78x60x6+2. My cash bill no. is 1731.
    Regrettably, by the end of February, 2020 sleeping on the mattress was no more comfortable for the following two reasons:
    1. It started to produce heat thereby could no more sleep in one position for an extended period of time.
    2. It started to dip down causing a lot o[censored]ncomfortableness while sleeping.

    Due to Covid 19 I did not complaint to the shop owner knowing that even if I complain, nothing could work out. Finally, last month I spoke to the shop owner from where I bought the mattress, who told me only company can rectify this. Since last month I am trying to reach you through customer care number. I must have tried more than 50 times but sad to say I am not able to reach you.
    I spoke to the shop keeper again, who said he is also not able to reach you and will try to talk to your manager and get back to me. Meanwhile I thought of writing my grievances on writing to you.
    I have the warranty card which shows the warranty of the bed for 10 years. Please try to solve this problem. I definitely need a comfortable mattress.
    Once you receive this email, please get back to me, I will provide you any further details as you require.

      The coir inside the mattress has been completely compressed (at only one particular area) without any reason and on sitting, I cannot feel the coir.
      This has been purchased on 01.10.2019 at the New Super Mattress Corner (Kancharapara, North 24 Paraganas, Nadia, West Bengal)
      Mattress details- 78"×47"×4" Kurl-on Pure Coir.
      Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible since warranty period is approaching.

        Stitch coming off from Kurlon Foldable mattress

        Summary : i bought the kurlon foldable matters (3 folds matters) on 30-nov-2019 from the kurlon outlead in bangalore. Product was offered with one year warranty after 8 months one of the folds matters stiching came off. I have been following up with kurlon for last one month regarding this issues there is no respones from kurlon and they have close the complaint stating that stiching issues should be raised within 15 days of purchase.         Address: Kurlon retail shop Guwahati (kurlon limited)

        I have made complain after long effort.kurlon customer care number was not reacheable after long effort.Problem has been shared to Guwahati curlon retail shop from where it has taken..He has informed me to register complain first after that he can do from his side. I have sent email also regarding my complaint on 25th July 2020.
        Mattress was purchased & material was received on 25th June with Defective one.polythine or cover was found torn & spot was also found..it was communicated to Guwahati retail shop. Complete lockdown was announced in Guwahati from 28thjune20 to 15th July 20..he has denied to do anything right now due to lockdown.. lockdown has been relaxed from 16th july20.but shop should operate on alternative days & Saturday & Sunday was complete lockdown.. I was trying to register my complain but call was not connected till date..I have visited shop to discuss these things..He has denied to help. He has provided other complain number..I have shared everything regarding this through email..
        Picture of received matress is attached & snapshot of conversation with Guwahati retail shop was also Attached.Delivered material was defective..I have made my best to acknowledge these things...
        Complain was registered & I'd was given to me on 5th August 20.they have assured me resolve my complain..I got a message that shiva brahman(CDT) will be visiting soon & numbr was also provided. Nobody has visited & no information has been conveyed to me regarding my complain status..Laslty I called shiva brahman & asked him regarding his visit..he has informed me that due to corona pandemic visiting is restricted nowadays..your problem has been resolved withing 4 working day...
        I got a message that "your replacement was not approved" .I got a call also..they have informed me that replacement is allowed within 14th days of delivery..
        I would like to know that is this my fault.you have delivered me defective &torn material..I have informed your local bodies.I have conveyed properly to everybody..you have provided me invoice date 22.6.20 & delivered material on 25th .you have provided me invoice on 27th june20 on watsapp..This is unethical unprofessional way of dealing.
        I have lots of work to do..I was not involved 24*7 with kurlon making my complain & status of that..customer used to choose product because of relationship & flexibility in system..
        I was harrassed by kurlon...your unprofessional way of dealing
        with customer was made my days worse..today is Sunday ..I got littile time to convey all these..I was wondering from last 1 month for lodging complain & resolving this..
        This is very weird to mention these things..The way you people have responded, it was disgusting unethical & unprofessional.
        I have attached here defective material received photo, conversation after receiving, complain everything...

              On February 2020 I bought 4 mattresses and 1of them got compressed from the right side. It’s really a bad experience from kurl on it’s in 6 month it’s got compressed please do some solution to it as it’s in warranty right now, now it’s become uneven and giving me back ack please do some solution

                    I have purchased kurlon bed angelica 78*72*6 at shri sanmati enterprises belgaum karnataka on 23 october 2014 which has lifetime warranty. We are staying in bagalkot. The bed is damaged one side and we are unable to sleep and getting back pain. So request you to attend the bed issue as early as possible.

                      The deteriorating condition of your mattress in just 5 years. What's the use of buying such a expensive mattress. Truly dissatisfied with this useless mattress. Foam mattress ka aisa haal hota hai kaya. Iise acha toh 1000 rs. Ke mattress chalte hai. What's the use of buying mattress of 9000 rs.

                        I have placed online order for mattress from Kurl-on website on 3rd July and the order number is Order #K1141 and they mentioned that the product would be delivered with in 14 working days but I haven't received the order and didn't get any updates from Kurl-on. I was not able to reach any customer care number and no one is responding to even my emails.I am worrying whether I will receive the product or not.
                        Same is the case with my Online Order #K1145 dtd 5July2020 for a pillow product. No email response & contact no.
                        Never expected this from a Kurlon brand...it's daylight robbery.

                            We bought a pair of kurl on mattress in the month of march, which according to us have been of very low quality as we bought it with faith in the name of the brand but this time we are very disappointed as we all have started facing back issues, and it’s even difficult to lie down on those mattresses. I’m just 22 and i have got severe back issues. I’m concerned if the pair of mattresses we have received are faulty or of low quality.

                                    2) "technician for product inspection will call you shortly."
                                    3) it's more than 8 days since we received the above text message.
                                    4) when will the technician come over? What do you guys mean by "shortly"?
                                    5) it's becoming a nightmare getting attention for problems that a kurlon customer faces after shelling out rs.43, 500/- for a mattress with a lifelong warranty promise. You guys are pathetic and do not consider a customer to be of any consequence and importance. Is this the lifelong warranty being taken care of by you all?
                                    6) if you continue with this indifferent attitude anymore, we shall put it on the social media that we are running around the original dealer n the customer care of kurlon for nearly 8 months now with zero remedial action

                                      I bought 2 kurl-on everfirm mattresses and 2 pillows from m/s. National rexine cloth house vide their invoice no. 1685 dated 27th oct. 2018 with 2 years warranty.

                                      The mattress have developed pit in the centre and its uncomfortable to sleep on them and resulting in back pain.

                                      Please arrange to replace the defective mattress as soon as possible as these are under warranty period.
