I purchased 2 freshmattress7 (2*35*4.5)
kurl-on from your dealer bhagat furniture, 570/4 near govt. Girls school, jacobpura 122016, haryana (Gurugram), vide bill no. Bf-04208 dated december 11, 2019.
However, i had received one mattress depressed completely at one side
Which made the bad uneven resulting unfit to use (Sleep). So i called the dealer and he said it can not be replaces from his side and asked me to wait for few months and then raise a complaint on
kurl-on customer care.
I have also raised a complaint (Ref number1426535) in feb 2020 and yet there has not been action taken care and trying calling your zone surveyor (Shivam bhardwaj) but not getting any experience.
The entire experience of purchasing kurlon was too bad and a fading our trust in the company.
I would highly appreciate, if you could taken action on this immediately and get the mattress replaced.
