Please replace the matress as it developed compression in middle and oneside

We bought this Kurlon Champion Coir Mattress around 6 months ago. There was this sweet irritating smell coming from the mattress.
Now even after airing out this mattress for 6 months the smell has still not gone. Please let us know if normally coir mattresses have this type of smell permanently ?

We orederd the 28x70 inch kurl on matress from om agencies, shop no.30 sidharth arcade, opp. Mtdc, railway station road, aurangabad-431005. Mob no-[protected]. But the mattress we got the size of 28x60 inch by the same agency.. That why i'm lodging a compaint against above mentioned om agencies.. Plz replace my mattress with proper ordered size..

I have purchased a mattress on 17th december 2020 from ghosh furniture narengi guwahati, mattress is damage by middle portion is down and sides are coming out by original space so i want to replace it as soon as possible, please change it.

We bought the kurlo mattress 6 months ago and in few months saw some sagging visible in both the mattresses. It also lead to our soar back in the morning. Me and wife are both 60 years over it hard for us to keep doing the mattresses upside down to distribute the weight evenly. We have bought kurlo mattress before and our previous mattresses have never had such issue before. Also the coil in the mattress is hard enough that we can still feel the coil even after the sheet is on therefore we would like our mattresses replaced as we are not happy with our buy this time.

Mattress got expanded from original size

Mattresses got expanded n at the time of seating n sleeping on the bed in between mattres gap is created n we r not able to sleep n shape n size of mattress is changed n enlarged

I bought kurlon mattress 10 months back
For 9600 and it got pressed up i want to get it replaced

In chilakaluripet, andhra pradesh we brought kurlon matress with 2 years guarantee. Which is worst and we asked to replace or look into the complaint but they are not at are looking into it. We came to know that they are using your brand and selling cheap matress. Please look into it. Karimulla furniture

I purchased kurlon sofa set of bullet 3 seater, 2 seater and 1 seater.
2 seater is on good condition, but
1 seater and 3 seater have some problem with their leather.
Leather has been broken on many parts
And 3 seater has also shrinking problem.
It gets down after sitting.

I complaint this 2 month before to the shopkeeper they told me i have to talk to u.
That's why i m requesting u.

Have a look into this matter.
Hope u will fix it.

I bought kurlon mattress 2 years back
for 28000 and it got pressed up i want to get it replaced

I purchased 2 freshmattress7 (2*35*4.5) kurl-on from your dealer bhagat furniture, 570/4 near govt. Girls school, jacobpura 122016, haryana (Gurugram), vide bill no. Bf-04208 dated december 11, 2019.

However, i had received one mattress depressed completely at one side
Which made the bad uneven resulting unfit to use (Sleep). So i called the dealer and he said it can not be replaces from his side and asked me to wait for few months and then raise a complaint on kurl-on customer care.

I have also raised a complaint (Ref number1426535) in feb 2020 and yet there has not been action taken care and trying calling your zone surveyor (Shivam bhardwaj) but not getting any experience.

The entire experience of purchasing kurlon was too bad and a fading our trust in the company.
I would highly appreciate, if you could taken action on this immediately and get the mattress replaced.

I have purchased a kurlon coir mattress 78*72*4 on 1/11/2018 from furniture mall invoice no-277 with 2 year guarantee. But after 1 year o[censored]se mattress started pressing everywhere & we feel uncomfortable during sleep. I complaint through phone also but after that no action has been taken by the company. So please have a look in it and replace it as soon as possible.

Seller showed me one mattress and prepared bill for thicker one which is highly painful mattress. 2 hours after delivery we went to pay the bill and talk about exchange as it looked bulky and extremely heavy. The seller didn’t agree. Their argument was that plastic was removed. His staff informed him that it came off while transportation and still lying near my residence but no use. I called the kurl on company which sent a tech and was informed later that it won’t exchange. I’m stuck with the mattress.

The defective matress either to be replaced or repaired immediately. Also sent the complaint through kurl on email on
30/1/2020. But no action has been initiated as on date by kurl on team as of now.

I bought a kurlon matress from their showroom located in rspuram, coimbatore. The matress is very bad. Its affected by fungus. When i sleep i get itching in my arms and back. I have made a customer complaint and complaint number is 1411150. The sales guy came and said it will be replaced, but it has been more than a week but no word since then. Very very bad company...

I purchased kurl. On memory foam. Matress spine therapy one from kurl on dealer banjara hills. Navdurga enterprise.. I was assured that it is good for spine etc. But when i used for two three days and my spine had severe pain and not able to get sleep. I gave this information to the concerned person but till now there is no action taken. I have paid a huge amount and i expect the product as explained. But iam really disappointed and as senior citizens i and my husband feel thst we have been cheated. I request you to take action and do the needful

I have purchased a mattress on 9th may 2019 and just after 2 months its got pressed from all side and from middle, regarding this i have also lodged complaint having complain id as 1282639 but i havent got any resolution of it. 15 days earlier i have contacted your patna east manager but his reply was absured he dont even know how to talk with the customer. I request you to kindly look into this matter on urgent basis. Or provide me the details of your higher authority.

I have purchased kurlon spring bed and i am facing back pain on any night i sleep. I did make other in my family sleep and same is the issue.

Technician has visited and found no defect but since this is affecting my health, i immediately need a replacement.
The store i purchased had informed me that there will be no issue with these beds.

I mau need immediate replacement as i am not using this anymore as it is affecting my health.

Please escalate this or i have have to file a complaint outside on this.
