Kurlon Complaint Number - 754588 dated 17 Nov 2018

I received a defective mattress. Post complaint and multiple followups replacement was done 2 times and I again received a defective mattress both the times and had to return it. CRM for Western Region Ms. Sumati does not respond to emails. After at least half a dozen emails, i received a call on 14th Jan 2019 from Ms Sumati (CRM) stating that she would check my complaint and would get a call from her in 1 hour. It has been 14 days since then and I have not heard a single word from her.

I need to escalate this matter to the highest level at Kurlon Management, else I will be forced to reach out to Consumer Court. Need some serious action on this case

Regarding complaint number 782271. I had purchased the mattress from my home town and then I moved to other district . The mattress got pressed in the middle with in one year of purchase and after approval of complaint the man of service center who came to check the mattress used to say that for exchange I have to go the same district. So what should I do because for me it is not possible to take the mattress from one district to other, when the shop of kurl on mattress are still in this district and the way the men of service center talks is not at all tolerable. So please resolve my problem.

    Still i am not getting my delivery from kurlon maresses company.my order no is[protected].i make several times to the toll free no of kurlon but not still getting delivery what i ordered.i made 105 times call to your customer care but no vain.if you are not able to deliver return back my money.your company says we will deliver in 7 days but now 16 days have gone but no delivery.your company is worst in nature not satisfying customers.please if not delivering my order return back my money.

      Bought kurl on convenio mattress on 15-4-18 and within 8 months the stitches have started coming out. Warranty is 5 yrs.
      Who is going to fix the stitches from kurl on company
      Toll free no of kurl on is namesake and no one picks the calls on saturday n don't even call back
      Have attached video of the stitches worn out
      I need a feedback and arrange someone to get this done

        Sir,

        We have purchase the two mattresses on 27 jan 2018. Now before 1 year of purchase both the mattress have increased their length not fit as per bed length. We have booked the compliant vide complaint number 770029. Now instead of replacing both mattress company is providing different colour one mattress.

        It feel bad purchasing mattress from curl on. I want both the mattress of the same colour.

        Invoice no 1597 dated 27 jan 2018. Resolve my complaint if customer has importance for you

        No calls from sales team.
        15 days have gone since order was placed.Order not received yet.
        Called customer care 50 times, still no update on delivery status.
        Kurlon services are total disgusting. It seems fraud company with pathetic delivery services

          Due to the lack of interest of kurlon cs and sr manager. I am writing this mail to get a resolution instead of false promises.
          On sept 2018 my wife registered compliant to your cs and informed about mattress defects, after 2 days one of your executive came for survey and informed my wife that condition of mattress is very bad and will replaced asap.
          Since there was not revert from your cs. My wife called on toll free and spoke to sumati who replied that replacement is under process and will get new mattress within a week. Two week passed but again there was no reply and so again my wife called sumati. On surprise note she informed that replacement is rejected with no reason.
          My wife tried to reach out sumati several time but she did not pick-up the phone.
          On 16th dec i personally spoke on toll free number with pawan kumar and he informed that replacement is approved and will escalate to his senior and promised to get back on 18th dec.
          I waited again for a week but there was no response from your side and again on 22nd dec 2018 i spoke to pracila and she also promised to replace the mattress and promise to confirm me by 18:30hrs but till date i have not received any call.
          This is very frustrating as a customer to keep chasing your team for product which i have paid money and come up with defects. Instead of helping the customer your team always give false commitment.
          How would a customer feel safe while buying from kurlon???
          I have recorded the conversation and if required i can also share you for your reference.

            I am writing today to complain of the poor service i received from your company. I had purchased your product kurl-on mattress fombed 78x72 4.5inch from your dealer laxmi plywood (Noida up) on date 11/09/2017 in rs.12, 000 + [protected]@14% + [protected]@14% total 15, 360/- with 5 years of guaranty.

            After using it just for an year mattress got sagged from one side. I logged official complaint (Complaint id: 763069) on 5th dec 2018. After some time one technician from the company visited our home and confirmed that mattress got pressed and require replacement, and we will initiate replacement for the same within 7 working days.

            13 days passed, so i thought to inquire status on customer care. I got to know that my complaint got closed with reason “no quality issue in product”. Since then technician is not picking up my call. I am most annoyed that i wasted so much of money and time : (

                I bought 2 mattresses (New ortho) in the month of april 2018. One of the mattress has sagged. I had made a complaint (No 363327) regarding the same and one person had come and inspected the mattress. He advised us to wait for a few days and he will send the feedback to the company. However, more than a month elapsed and nothing happened. When i further enquired from the call centre no, i was told that my complaint has been turned down!!
                What kind of after sales service is this?? How can a mattress sag within 6 months of its purchase???
                I did not expect this from a reputed company as yours.
                Pls arrange to replace/repair the mattress as it is well within its 3 years warranty.

                  We had purchased dreamsleep model of kurl on mattress on 15/06/2017 for our guest room, whenever we sleep on it we fell extreme body pain so we registered our complaint to company's customer care toll free no. About this matter. After repeat reminders, company sent their expert to check the mattress. We shown him mattress, invoice and its warranty card, after inspection he was also agreed about its fault and assured me to replace these within 3-4 days working days and asked me to pay 20% of its cost as per warranty terms but after 7 days their team gave me call (Mobile no.[protected]) and told me to pay 80% of its cost to replace it. I have also sent them photo of warranty card on stated mobile to see their warranty terms but no action is taken by them.

                    We had purchased mattress on 15/06/2017 (registered mobile no. Is [protected]) for our guest room, but whenever we use it we found body pain every time so we registered our complaint to their customer care number. After repeat reminder, they sent their expert for inspection, he observed the problem and found it reject-able or replaceable and saw invoice and warranty card after assuring from documents he assured us to replace these mattress with in 3 working days but till today, after 30 days they are willing to do and asking for 80% payment of its cost in-spite of 20% (refer to warranty card)

                      I have purchased 02 nos kurlon spring mettress from your out let sai bhavani group (Indian naval canteen service) at vishakhapatnam vide bill no: 956 dated 05 dec 2013. Copy of bill and guaranty card enclosed for your ready reference. Since this product is covering with 5 years guaranty.in between i have faced lot of problem in this product and i asked dealer sai bhavani group for assistance, they suggest to contact to kurlon authorised call center.

                      2. I launched a complained 220881 and 220886 dated 30 may 18. After that i had made nos of calls with the call center as reminder but no one has given me a responsive answer and not deployed a suitable technician to attend the complain.

                      3. They took 2-3 months approx to attend the complain. It shows irresponsibility of the company. Condition of the mattress is not comfortable to sleep. We feel huge body pain when sleep over night. Defects we noticed are as follows:-

                      A) both the sides of mattress almost gone and intended greater than 1-1/2 inches.
                      B) coils may be broken or bends to the side.
                      C) some springs becomes loosen from the center.
                      D) which is totally excessively lumpy feel and uncomfortable to sleep.
                      E) condition of the fabric is good.

                      4. It is requested that a suitable repair/replacement or exchange facility may be provided at the earliest.

                        I am have bed sagging issue from the day 1 brought bed. I did complained twice.
                        Post on inspection no one tell us what's sagging meassure and we never get reply from kurl on post visit remarks.
                        I have became victim of back pain due to this defected bed. We haven't used bed regularly from last 1 year.

                        When i raised complaint 2nd time (Number: (299869)
                        They approved and said now you are in 3rd year of warranty and we will give only 4k as discount on other bed purchase. I paid 14.5 for bed.

                        As bed is in in same state from years why the sagging issues is approved now and not before?
                        I would ask for full refund of my money paid and you can take out the bed.

                        I need full refund at least plus responsibility of our medical condition and pay penalty for same too. (I have hospital scans for backpain)

                          Hi, i am nri recently visited india for a 2 weeks vacation, i have placed an order for a wedge pillow (My order id[protected] as i am suffering from severe gerd i am unable to sleep on normal pillow, i have visited almost all shops in trivandrum none of them had a wedge pillow, i went to kurl on show room and they said they do not have the item but advised to buy from kurl on website.

                          Nightmare strated at that moment, i placed order and order went through and it said "you will be receving a confirmation email with details of your order and a link to track its progress", but never recieved such an email. To confirm i have contacted customer care and executive confirmed yes they have recieved order and will be delivered soon. From there onwards i had made 12 calls to customer care which was all basically waste of my time.

                          Their customer care execs are poorly trained, very bad in communication and has no basic knowledge of troubleshooting or resolving any problems. Some even hung up pretending its network issue. To make it short, item was never delivered and i never got a call or email back from kurl on. I decided to write this complaint for others to see.

                          My advice, kurl on products are good, but buy from their show rooms and distributors only, don't even think about buying from their website.

                          My special thanks to following listed kurl on customer support team:

                          Shruthi - was very polite, wanted to support but no clue how to track and expedite the order..

                          Pawan kumar - if you get this person on call just hang up and save your time, he will not help. He promised to call or email and update me the status but never did.

                          Shaiju or siju - works at thier cochin ware house, made a fake promise to courier the shipment and share with me tracking number which never did.

                          I lost 2000 rupees and slept on normal pilllow which made my gerd worst, thanks to dr. Rakesh of prs hospital, i feel better now.
                          Still havent heard from kurl kn team

                            Complaint is closed by authorities. Mattress is torn with 5 months
                            Called Toll free number
                            They are saying your complaint is Closed.
                            I want the valid reason for closing the complaint.
                            They didn't replied me and directly closed the complaint.
                            What action should be taken on these type of people.
                            I also senses the email to them but no reply from them.
                            I had put a complaint on customer care of kurlon about kurlon mattresses complain no. is 299142. I already called two times but till now no technician has come. The problem is mattress get uprooted after use of one year. So please attend the complaint as soon as possible.

                              I have purchased DRC 250 mattress from kurl on and got problem as it's get pressed after 2 months. I have complained and it's replaced. Now i got a new DRC 250 mattress with attached bill. Around after 4 months i got the same problem and then i complained again(Complaint No. 268264). I didn't get any update after a month then i have taken update from customer care and he provided me numbers of Navneet Enterprises([protected]), I called him and he given me another number and says he is handling this named Pankaj([protected], [protected]). I called him(Pankaj) and given attached bill of second time replaced mattress, Now he is saying you have to send me first purchased bill that i have already given when first time mattress was changed. Now he is not changing my mattress even though i have given second time replaced bill. Please do the needful and replace it ASAP as it took almost 2 months.

                                Kurl - On — No Order status email and updates from Kurlon company


                                I have placed order to kurlon from online website. As per the website, "Thank You for your purchase at E-Kurlon! Your Order Number is :[protected] dated 07.10.2018. .You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your order and a link to track its progress. " There are no updates from company.While contacting on customer care no. it is saying wrong no.No updates so far, and i am worried about delivery now. There is no order tracking system in the website.Kindly help.

                                  We have bought kurl on mattress before 7...8 months... We did complaint regarding uncomfort and bigger size... But no one took action. The dealer from where we got they said give us 3months we will exchange but no... They didn't gave us a col even. On the moment we bought new mattress for our room of sleep well and so nicely the company gave us response. We hate your company and will never recommend anyone to go for kurl on. At least you should hear once... Money is not everything... But the respect is! Do change my mattress or i will took a strict action... Mind it...

                                    I have purchased a Kurlon Mattress on 6th September, 2018 . Since then the matress is releasing some very bad smell which is spreading in whole room and to our body, clothes everything . Need immeadiate action on the same .

                                      I have purchased 2 mattress online from kurlon website and there it was offered free gift, product was delivered promptly but gift (Suitcase) was not delivered

                                      The call centre guys are so relaxed that they are just buying time and daily say that tomorrow you will receive but their tomorrow never comes

                                      Dear kurlon it is a humble request if you cannot stick what you are offering then don't show unwanted gimmick's of free gifts for just selling your products, this is totally a fradulent process

                                        I had purchased two kurl-on mattress of 78×60×6"kl with bill number 5581dated 30/11/2015 with 5 years warranty.
                                        It was promised that any damage arising during warranty period will be covered by the company. I is shrunken in the middle and become loose. The fabric inside has lost it's toughness.
                                        Kindly arrange it's replacement.
