I purchased two single foam matresses for my double bed (Costing 14k) the shopkeeper has given two different matresses for the same double bed, whose spngyness is altered. One is quite hard and antoher one got extremely soft, creating a complete discomfort.

I trusted on brand but this is really disappointing. Want you to get it returned as i purchased it in november 2018.

I had ordered kurlon relax single mattress online order no:[protected]. On10/7/19. For amount rs.4512. Payment being made online.
After repeated calls to the call centre, there has been no response regarding despatch of the mattress leave alone delivery.
Absolute irresponsible answers by tutored staff, who are simply buying time and diverting the issue, even 16 days after payment.
Kindly take up the issue with kurlon through your forum for complaint resolution.

Dear team

I purchased a kurlon matress from indore, metro wholesale shop one months ago and now it is not in shape. To be specific it is pressed all from center point and it is looking like 20 years old mattress. Customer purchase this brand due to quality and trust but if this is the quality then what is the trust level?

Although it is in warranty peroid now

Need urgent solution from kurlon matress team else i am bounded to fire a complaint in consumer forum on rapid basis.

I have placed an order for a mattress on[protected] vide pic, but the good is not delivered yet (Viz.[protected] when i contacted their customer care number [protected] they said "we will contact the online dept and update you regarding" thrice, but they are not taking any action they are just repeating the same thing "we will check with the online dept." whole thing looks like a fraud. Kindly take action or advice in this regard as to who to initiate legal proceeding against kurl-on in this regard. Thank you

I bought kurlon bounty mattress from an authorized dealer, atmospheric ou colony shaikpet, hyderabad april 13 2019. After 3 days of observation when i inform this to the dealer, about the inconvenience and back pain increases there was no response from him.. Requested him to replace since the mattress is guarantee of 05 years, coz of wrong wrong mattress suggest and made us purchase my husband had gone through a spinal surgery.. Even ydya when i went personally and asked him to replace it there no response. But no action has been taken after several remainders from me. Hence i bring this situation to your attention as you have good reputation in indian markets. I believe i would get a quick response from you and get it replaced through the local dealer. I have enclosed the copies of cash memo and guarantee card. Thank you in advance.

Sir, recently i come across about a fact of a home in which all the appliances are working (fridges, coolers, tubelights, ceiling fan, INVERTER) but there is NO ELECTRIC CONNECTION in that home.

Home is situated at begumpul new market
Opposite cantonment hospital BESIDES INDIAN POST OFFICE.(delhi road)begumpul, meerut, uttar pradesh.

Sir, . The family which is recently moved in this home on rent on 1st floor of that house. Has got every electricity appliance with them and they also run them on electricity but there is no ELECTRICITY CONNECTION in that home because the owner hasn't PAID all the DUES, for a long time .

I am a customer purchased a new bullet sofa from Home Needs, Koraput.Odisha
Within 2 months 3 seater sofa cushion got deteriorated.I have made complaints to the dealer.He asked to send photo.Photos also sent.Online they registered the complaint but it is more than six months no one came.
I have talked to the Regional marketing head Mr Dora.He assured to do but now he is disconnecting the phone.
This is the worst experience ever I had.
Kurl on service is the worst.
Please replace it soon or else I have to go consumer court for sure.

I have purchased Kurlon Spinekare mattres on 25/10/2016 from PUNAY mattress and furnishing of approx 30k. From the very first year the mattress starts compressing on the either side. Now the current position is that it start threading out on the edges. Now after complaining they visited and said that we have to purchase same company of mattress and they also don't refund the amount and saith that we only get an rebate of 40% but as per Kurlon warranty Tnc the warranty i get is 60% refund and they are forcing to buy the same mattress.
please help me out in solving this problem

I ordered a pillow from kurl-on india online shopping site, kurlon.com with order id no[protected] on 23/04/19 but even till today, the day i register this compliant i. E., 11/05/19 neither did they the ship the product nor did they inform me about they delay. When enquired about the same twice on their chat window (Which is the only option available in the name of customer care), the executives just vanished from the chat window saying that give us some time, we will get back to you, but as it is evident, they didn't get back with any info whatsoever regarding the purchase.

I have purchased kulon coir mattress, model no:drc250, size :78*72*4 on april 2018. I had happly use this matters around one year and found comfort sleep with no back pain. After the one year, here i have found that hardness of matters has reduce and found softsoftness of matters. So that we have feel back pain after wake up. After consult with doctor, it is observed that back pain occures due to sleep on soft matters. We are husband and wife use this matters. Our age is 25 and 30. Both we have feel back pain continueous after wake up from bed. We have brought this matters on faith on kulon brand. So kindly request reslove problem as soon as possible.

I had purchased a kurl on mattress in month of july 2017. Said mattress is manufactured in jun 2017. It is king size mattress and a rubberised coir mattered. Sl no. Of mattress is 9736 and with price tag of rs 6686. From april 2019 it is found that lumps are generating in mattress and getting uncomfortable in sleeping. My name is hemant parmar. I had purchased kurlon mattress from your shop at shivranjani cross road, satellite ahmedabad gujarat (Gurukrupa enterprise). Bill number is 650, dated[protected].

At that time, they had shown me a list of guaranteed gift, from it i had chosen tiffin box & they had promised to deliver the gift at my home within 15 to 20 days, but the thing was not delivered even after 60 days!!!

When i called that person on his mobile number [protected] on 3rd april, he replied me that "will check & confirm" but did not received any status, after that i again called him after 2 days & he confirmed that he had checked in company & gift will be delivered after 15 days.

I waited for 15 more days, still gift not received, after that i have been taking repeated follow up but he simply replied "will check & revert"!!!

I am really disappointed & feeling cheated with such poor service of kurlon!!! And most irresponsible cheater employee/ agency holder.

If i did not received any status of my gift in 2-3 days, finally i will have to go to the consumer court to complain against kurlon...

I placed Online Order placed on 2nd April 2019 It is still not delivered after 16 days. Customer care keeps saying for last 5-6 days that mattress will be delivered in 2 days, but no delivery so far - Order number[protected]. Most days no ones picks up the customer care number. I am also unable lodge a complaint online because I keep getting errors that the form is not fille d completely.

I had purchased kurlon mattresses 5 inch kurlo-bond from your authorised dealer. After using for 15 days, myself and my wife both got back pain and muscle pains.

Previously we are using this type mattresses for last 15 years and there is no problem. But after replacing with new mattresses from you, we are facing above problem.

Hence, request you to inspect and replace with new one.

I booked two items online with kurlon india vide order no[protected] on 26.2.19 with delivery terms i. E. Within 14 days. Now it's more than a month and my ordered items are yet to be delivered. I made numerous calls & emails to call centre without any proper reply or fixed date of delivery. Kurlon should be advised to provide me the exact date of delivery and arrange to deliver the items at the earliest.

I had purchase two numbers KURL-ON mattress on 07th Jan 2019 from company dealer M/s Naveen Foam Centre, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Tax invoice number is 474.

I received fully defective mattress and these mattress is one year old mattress.

I did multiple time calls on company call centre number [protected] and after multiple time discussion they register complain. Complain Number is 793900 and 793901.

KURL-ON Company executive Mr. Ramesh has visited my home with another staff for mattresses inspection. They found mattress is defective in quality and as per Ramesh “The same type of complain has also come from another customers. Company will change both mattresses within three days’ time.
Today date 21st Feb’ 2019 my both complain has been rejected by company without any reason or justification. I call back to Mr. Ramesh but they had also not given reason for rejection.

I have backbone problem. Doctor advised me for use hard mattress but unfortunately due to above problem, I am not able to use mattress as advice by doctor. This is affecting my health every day. I have too much pain. I cannot purchase another mattress now. KURL-ON Company is completely responsible for my poor health. Delay for issue resolution is affecting my health every day.

Tax Invoice Copy, Guarantee Card copy, both mattress photo and both mattress tag copy attached for reference.
Kindly look the matter and ask company to return back both mattress and return my money back as earliest, so I will purchase another mattress.

I don't know what's the problem with the mattress but this mattress is not comfortable and very mad for sleep.. There is not even a single night i have slept properly from when i brought it.. I have no stress or anxiety issue.. I am a normal.. I consoled and ask to give a try to my family member their respond is also the same it's very bad and very uncomfortable... Please replace it or take it back.. Its still new as bought.. Very bad in quality.. [protected]

I had purchased a memory foam pillow from pune (Dorabjee mall store nibm, pune)
I had purchased it just a week before and not even used for a day.

The density of the pillow is too high that it does not take the shape of neck while sleeping and hence the neck and whole body pains after using it.
Can you please help to exchange it.
