The below complaint is closed even though i was having issue in the mattress. I had spoken to the person who said this comes alike. But why should a company manufacture this type of products. I will make huge noise on this and will not recommend the mattress even to my enemies also. It's not even 7 months and it's showing its true color.

    Hi,
    We bought kurlon mattresses on one and half month back but the mattresses we bought is not in good condition, some hard boils we found in the mattresses and we log the complaint on may 2nd 2017 and the technician visit and gave confirmation saying that the mattresses is not in good condition and we will replace with in 7 working days, from last 20 days we are calling customer care number but they don't have any proper idea and they are asking 2 days time whenever we call them.
    Complaint number :2462228.

    The services is worst than ever, i have seen in my life till now...

    Kindly let me know the status...

      I bought mermaid mattress which costed me 23, 500 four year ago. This mattress is made of coir-foam and memory foam at top. After use of four years mattress has lost the shape and firmness whereas kurlon given a guarantee of seven years. After chasing kurlon for two weeks their engineer inspected the mattress and agreed that this needs to replace with differential cost to be paid (Purchase price and current price) but never turned back. Now almost 10 days are passed but there is no input and still waiting... I feel company does not bother about customers and once product is sold there purpose is achieved and do not care about after sales service...

        You have sent a defective piece which is torn
        I request you to kindly replace and send me a fresh piece
        I would appreciate if you can supply a better model than this... Latex one as both me and my husband are having back problems due to it
        Aslo while purchasing it the dealer assured us to provide customer satisfaction which now he's refusing
        It was delivered on 4.5.17 and since then i'm in hospital with my ailing mother in icu
        Kindly help us as soon as possible

          My name is Mahipal Mehta with registered mobile number [protected] with the company database. I have an issue regarding the mattress I have at my home. I have called the customer care executives around 25 times and still haven't got the proper response from them. All they say is just your issue is being registered and will be solved as soon as possible but nothing is happening as such from the last 3 to 4 months.
          I request you to look into the matter and solve the problem as soon as possible.

            The mattress is of very poor quality, within 6 months o[censored]se it has lost the shape, the condition is so bad that its not usable only. I logged a complaint with customer care in February 2017 and after verification on 24th February, I was ensured that the condition is so bad that It requires replacement n I'll get the replacement in few days. But nothing happened, after so many followup calls they are now saying that they can't help me on this, they can't comment when I'll get the replacement, whom I can contact.

              I bought a kurlon matress before 4 years. When i purchased, it was having a loose cover and it was not properly fit on the matress. I asked to the dealer to correct it but he told that it will automatically be adjusted according the the matress after some time but it was same for these much years.
              Then i complaint to customer care and some ritesh ghosh came to my home on 14 sept 2016 to check it. He told that somebody will come again to attend the issue and correct it. But nobody came. After waiting for almost 6 months i again called to customer care in the month of apr 2017. Then one person came to repair it. He stitched the sides of matress to make the cover tighter. He did the job but it resulted in making the look and feel of the matress even worse. The hand stitching was such a raw and un-professional type. I am not at all happy with the service of kurlon. I was expecting a better service from curlon.
              Then i called again customer care on 12 april 2017 and got a number of a dealer of kolkata but he is not attending the phone even after several dials in last two days.
              Dont know how i will get proper solution of my issue or kurlon will keep this issue lingering this way only...

                I have complaint for my Kurlon mattress about 70 days ago (in jan 2017), kurlon person came and inspected in the month of Jan 2017. But after that no progress in this complaint. I have contact several time to customer care, they replied "we will forward the problem to concern department and we will contact you soon " . I am very much disappointing to your service. please see the matter.

                  I had purchased PS Matress from home centre thane and got delivery on 24 jan 17. It was received in damaged condition so i complained to thgeir customer care centre. Their rep came and took pictures and was follown[censored]p with them continuously. After two weeks they told me they cannot do anything and have to contact KURL ON directly. They was two weeks of mine unnecessarily.

                  I then contacted Kurl On customer care. Their rep cameand took pictures. I kept calling them and nothing happened. After more than 10 days they said again rep will come to take picture. I told them one already came. They said no, again we have to take. Ok. Again rep came and took pic.

                  Now since i am only calling every alternate day. Everytime i call i get different updates. No one calls back.

                  Here i am waiting from 24 jan waitng for my mattes having paid in full.

                  People at the call centre are rude including their supervisors and dont have any clue what they talk.

                  I have no other option but to go to consumer protection for help.

                  I will not recommend Kurl On to anyone. If you are lucky to get good stuff you are blessed. But if you get damaged piece, you are stuck for good. Your problem will not be resolved

                  When i asked to speak to customer care manager, no one wants to give me his/her contact details. That means i am at the mercy of those call agents.

                  I hope this messgae reaches the higher ups at Kurl On how bad their service is and resolve problems of genuine customers like me.
