I have purchased a mattress from one of their autorised dealers in undri, pune. Since my bed size was not the regular one the dealer asked for a couple of days time. Its now more than 15 days and payment made there is no mattress in sight. No response and the dealer too is red faced as after committing and recommitting the committement is not there.

    Your mattress is defect i send you the photos please check it.
    [protected] i brought your company product for peaceful sleep as per your advertisement as well as suggested by retailers.
    But within 1 ya 2 year it's not comfortable than i was talk with your customers service centre they send the service man he said we will call you back but no reply from your side so many time i called up they every time asked me what is your bill number and all bla bla bla...
    I fade up with all redeculas questions from your side even i gave up xerox of bill copy to service man
    Now hope you will show the correct path after reading this latter.
    A waiting for positive reply.
    If you can not take any right for dicision than forward this message to higher authority person.

      I bought a kurlon mattress last year 17/5/2017. Its been almost a month since i have been following up with them regarding sagging issue in my mattress. The product comes with 2 years warranty. I have been asking them to look into the matter but there has been absolutely no response from them.

      Its really disheartening to see such a brand turn a blind eye towards its consumers once their product is sold and no promises or warranties are covered once the product comes faulty. Its just pathetic service and product from kurlon.

      Just not acceptable and need a speedy resolution asap.
      I used scissor to cut the cover of the bed..by mistake i cut the small piece of bed..can you exchange the bed
      V bought a Kurl on Mattress before 6 years which has 10 years warranty.. It's now shapeless, creating hectic body pain... I can feel the Spring from top of bed.. It's not soft anymore.. I think it's gone.

      So now, what can I do with the warranty, , is there any exchange / service / replacement offer available ??

        I have registered a complaint 178592 against kurl on mattresses. It's been more than 2 weeks that i am taking regular follow ups from their representatives but everytime i am getting the same response that all their technicians are occupied in some of the audits or trainings and they will reach us within 3-4 days but none of them have reached us yet. I had a word with pawan (One of the representative) on 15 apr and he told me that technician will visit us max by 17apr. When i called on 18 and 19 apr to know the updated status of my complaint, i got the same update that technician will visit us. Sometimes they even remain unaware whether the technician has visited our place or not and got the update that matter is under approval by the senior management.
        While asking them to let us talk to their senior management, he told us that they can only send them email and not talk to them. I had told them to mark me in cc as well while forwarding the complaint to their senior management but i still did not get any email from their end.
        Is this the way to handle customer complaints by kurl on? Are we as customers just have to call them again and again to get the resolution?
        It's been more than 2 months that i am not able to utilise kurl on mattresses and waiting for the resolution.

          I have purchased one 6' mattress (Kurlon) of 78'x72' size on 3 rd june 2017 from bedding emporium, 236, bipin behari ganguli street, kolkata 700 012 but within a year it has broken at various places and pressed downside near the inside edge after 4' from corners. I am trying to make complain at [protected] since last few days but everytime it says '"all lines are busy, please try after sometime" on approaching dealer, he also says you try continuosely you will get connected someday. Have i left with only job that too with no avail.

            Sir, i have brought a sofa come bed worth 42000/- from kurlon on 28 jul 17. The product is now breaking from its support. I have registered a complaint for the same with kurlon customer care. After a delay of almost 20days, their rep has visited us on 19 mar 18, but till date no update is provided to us. The coplaint ticket no is 4909446. Now neither the customer care is responding nor the technitian who has visited us. I
            We are purchasing a mattes on 6/10/2017 ..but the mattes is damage in one site. And I was complain for this matter on customer care executive...but no any results

              We bought a King size angelica spring mattress about 45 days ago. The issue is that the mattress feels very hard, unlike how spring mattresses feel (we have another angelica queen size mattress and it is different from this one)
              We have had constant back pain. We tough we will adjust but it has been 45 days now and the pain is still there. We had bought another curl-on mattress (angelica queen size) that is much less firm and much more comfortable. The company has either sold a defective piece or the dealer is selling Fake spring mattress. whatever the case we would want a replacement.
              I called their customer care number provided on the warranty card but whoever picks the phone cuts it off immediately.

              Not a good qualities of mattresses.
              Last year in April I have bought two orthopaedic mattresses with warranty of 5 years and now mattresses has been subdued within 1 year of purchase.

                Hi there,

                I bought a mattress. And when i removed the packing i didn't find the warranty card, also mrp is removed, no qr code found and informed the same to the shop owner and he is saying he is not responsible for that. How come your dealers are such rude and cheaters. Is there any possibility to get warranty card?
                While selling the product, he tells the price without adding tax to it. And after making payment and when we ask for bill he told that we need to pay extra tax for that. No proper receipts. No stamping etc.,

                I have purchased 3 bed approx 1 year ago. Now the bed is sub pressed automatically from the middle. You are requested to send your person and repair it

                  Sir i have bought 2 matresses in the month of july but after only 1 month there was sagginess in the matresses .                     I purchased a pair of kurlon furnobed mattresses 75x35x4 from SHOBHA, Mandir Marg, near HDFC bank, old kunjpura road, Karnal on 11.01.2017 with 2 years warranty. The mattresses shape changed and these pressed from different areas and it became restless to sleep on them. I made complaint to company on toll free no.[protected] and complaint nos.4177293 and 4177295 dated 4.11.2017 were given. After so many reminders and visits to seller a person visited my house but neither any reply nor any action to repair or replace the mattresses is given. Seller called visiting person and he said nothing could be done as we cannot replaceor repair till the condition of mattresses is very miserable.                         #Kurlon : How I wish, a company like this would have made good products, recruited some through professional and also managed a good customer service center.
                        Poor product, unprofessional attitude and pathetic customer service is what is left with Kurl On now. Bought a mattress for Rs 8000 in Novemebr 2017, used for a month and suffered severe backache. The retail point selling the mattress acknowledges that no instructions have been given to them from Company side as to the mattress suitable for people with no backache/backache. Called up the Customer Care of Kurl On, Company sends a highy unprofessional site executive, who harldy spends 5 minutes and says nothing can be done. Complained several times to the Customer care and after much requests sends another one, who upon hearing the problems, assures some that company will give a call within a day or two and the matter will be resolved. After inspection, he finds that the mattress is not suitable for me, so assures that it will be replaced and the difference needs to be paid.
                        Nearly 10 days passed but no call comes. I called up the Customer care centre and after keeping several times on hold, a rude caller picks up the feedback given by a rude and unprofessional caller is that they don’t bother to what the client’s reviews and to them the review of the Site person only matters and in my case, no review has been given.
                        I took the Site executive on concall and he agreed to have given a detailed review to the complaint centre. In a few, the line disconnects and I am on hold. When connected the site person makes a huge U turn and says nothing can be done. Both, the site executive and the Customer care person didn’t realzed that I had recorded everything and the U turn will not be of any help.
                        He leaves the Client Servicing Manager’s number #Sukriti! Madam Sukriti, how I wish you were not a lady, I would have posted your number in every possible social flat form as I am sure so many of my kinds must be anting to talk to you about your poor team and service. I left many messages to you (proofs), but you never respond. You don’t pick up calls and yet your profile is Client servicing manager.
                        Hope and will appreciate some responds from you all after all these. Else I consider it to be a bunch of shameless and unethical Un-professionals.

                        I too purchased a Kurlon Ortho mattress about 2 months back thinking it would provide proper support and good sleep. But from the next day itself I have suffered back pain. Initially I thought it might take some time to get adjusted, but the pain didn't go away. For the last one month I haven't been able to sleep well at all. Wake up several times a night due to back pain, and when I get up in the morning my back is totally sore and I feel tired. Never expected this horrible quality mattress from a brand like Kurlon. Have registered a complaint. Not much hope, but lets see

                          I purchased Super Deluxe Kurl-on mattress on 29.04.2015 of size 78*75*5 worth rupees 19000/-. The warranty certificate was given for 03 years. But recently I lodged one complaint for sagging issue of the said mattress with complain no. 4723827. The company arranged for a Technician visit on 07.02.2018 who has recorded sagging issue and also took pictures of my mattress as well as all relevant documents. On inquiry to customer care on 09.02.2018, I came to know that the issue is under check and the details will be given to me within 2 to 3 days. But till today i.e. on 15.02.2018, nobody contacted me regarding the issue. Rather, when I called the customer care, they told that one more technician will come to carry out one more survey of the mattress and the documents. Being a customer, I only know that the company should intimate it's customer all information related to a complaint and they have faith on their technician's report whatever it is. Sending technician one more time to revisit for the same issue may not also solve the purpose at all. This is not at all desirable from such a huge company who is a leading mattress brand. May be this was my last purchase from Kurl-on.
                          This very bad to know my new curl on dream sleep mattress give me pain whenever i go to bad. It's damage in middle please contact me [protected]

                            Hi,

                            I had ordered a kurl on mattress in the year 2015 and eventually the mattress had sagging issues. After several calls and emails (Worthless customer service team) i got a replacement.

                            Now after getting the replacement which is not even 2 years old i am faced with the same sagging issues.

                            My complaint no. 4730347 was registered and a technician was sent to inspect the same at my residence on saturday 10th feb. I did not receive any call back from the customer care team on the issue and tried calling them back today.

                            To my surprise the customer care team states that we will not replace the mattress as the original invoice date has been crossed. Being a non satisfied customer i asked for the supervisor (Name given is anand) who refused to give hs last name was very rude and not at all helpful.

                            My question to mr sudhakar pai is that is this the way we get traeted as customers?

                            If you have given me a replacement and has the issues again, is that my fault?

                              I had bought a kurlon foam bed king size in october 2017, the stitching on the beading came off within a couple of months and on complaint they representative said the warranty for stitching is only 15 days and so i should resolve the issue myself. Don't know what kind of quality check these guys do. Never buy a kurlon mattress, if the company itself is not confident about their stitching then why risk buying one.

                                I have reported sagging and worn out pocket spring in the kurl-on mattress that i have been using for an year now. The springs in the brand new mattress poked my back for which i’m undergoing an expensive treatment for my spine pain caused by this mattress. Very uncomfortable. No back support. I wake up like a disabled person with extreme pain everyday morning. There’s absolutely no response from the dealer and the customer care. The divisional manager too refused to provide me a solution for the defective mattress even after continuously following up with them. Now they’re ignoring my call and no answer. Worst customer service i have ever come across my life. No after sale support. Very cheap quality product and worst customer service. I feel cheated.

                                  Please be noted that we purchased the subject bed mattress in the year 2017 feb, wherein after having used we found that it is gradually going down and down. While sleeping and sitting we feel the back problem and now we feel it is the spring one. Whereas we booked at the time of purchase the springless one. This was purchased at pandiyan stores, paper mills road, chennai.

                                  We request you to replace the mattress at the earliest with springless one to avoid further back ache problems.

                                    Hi i had registered a complaint under the id number 4617289. Highly & extremely disappointed with the response of customer care. I bought the mattress about 3 years back but due to constant back pain and discomfort i was unhappy with the product. The nagging pain in the back caused by the mattress lead me to undergo an mri scan where cervical spondylosis along with disc prolapse was diagnosed. I had to stop using the mattress immediately. We reported the complaint with the local dealer from whom we had purchased the mattress, maa shakhumbari in greater noida jagat farms. After periodic follow ups with the retailer for over a year, we were directed to the kurlon company servicing. Post filing a complaint on 21st january for immediate attendance, our complaint was finally responded to on 27th january once the technician visited our residence. He realized the discomfort being caused my the mattress as the mattress was dipping at various points and was not steady. The technician realized there was a grave issue, hence assured us with quick response and immediate action. After having followed up ever since for a revert, i was informed by your customer care executives that there will be no action taken on the case further. As loyal customers, we are extremely disappointed with the bitter experience. We urge you to look into the matter at the earliest. Will be thankful.

                                      Hi i had registered a complaint under the ID number 4617289. Highly & extremely disappointed with the response of customer care. I bought the mattress about 3 years back but due to constant back pain and discomfort I was unhappy with the product. The nagging pain in the back caused by the mattress lead me to undergo an MRI scan where cervical spondylosis along with disc prolapse was diagnosed. I had to stop using the mattress immediately. We reported the complaint with the local dealer from whom we had purchased the mattress, Maa Shakhumbari in Greater Noida Jagat Farms. After periodic follow ups with the retailer for over a year, we were directed to the Kurlon company servicing. Post filing a complaint on 21st January for immediate attendance, our complaint was finally responded to on 27th January once the technician visited our residence. He realized the discomfort being caused my the mattress as the mattress was dipping at various points and was NOT steady. The technician realized there was a grave issue, hence assured us with quick response and immediate action. After having followed up ever since for a revert, I was informed by your customer care executives that there will be NO action taken on the case further. As loyal customers, we are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the BITTER EXPERIENCE. We urge you to look into the matter at the earliest. Will be thankful. regards
