Worst mistake of placing this order with KurlON online at http://kurlon.com/. They don't have any tracking status, no order status at all. Their customer care via[protected] is so rude namely Hasan, Ajay and Umesh. Those guys literally talk like illiterate people. Their team lead Shruthi is never in office when tried to reach. I have been banging my head with them since placing the order. Their internet team never updates any order status....

My kurlon bed got pressed at many places in the middle and not sleep comfortable. Due to pressed in middle part it is difficult to sleep comfortable over long period.
From branded beding like kurlon it is not expected.

Mattress started sagging within 3 months of purchase. Logged two complaints with the company, but no response so far.
The customer care response is very poor and the technician are not turning up.
I urge them either to replace the mattress or refund the money.

Mattress springs poking in multiple areas and videos completely spoiled... Not in good shape.

Logged complaint no proper response yet from a month. I kept on calling the customer services and local executive multiple times but no proper response from them.
Since the complaint launch date not even once i got a status update or follow up call from kerkon... Which is shame on kurlon product support process.

I had paid for 2 mattresses and 2 mattress protectors at the kurl on shop at bandra.. Linking road branch. I was promised delivery last saturday. But till date the mattresses have not been delivered. I had made full payment. I have disposed off the old beds and am put to great inconvenience because of this non delivery.
