This letter is to bring it in your knowledge that the undersigned had purchased a mattress from a dealer of kurl-on in jodhpur, rajasthan on january 6th, 2017. Now, in only in about six months, the mattress had got a depression of about 1.5 inches in the middle. I contacted the company for complain, just in a couple of days a person from the company visited my place, which i found was a good thing. On his first look he was convinced that the mattress had some defect due to such deep depression.
To be noted: my mattress had a very small two holes which was only on the cover and very far away from the depression, also both the holes were only about half centimeter diameter. After a couple of working days, i contacted your company and i am being told that due to the holes, it is considered as mishandling of product and replacement is cancelled. I know that it's mentioned from before, but the aim of adding that clause is in cases where the depression is because of that mishandling. The whole mattress is in great condition. I am a student and can not afford to buy mattress every six months. I chose kurl-on for a five year college life with some trust on the company and previous good experience. Kindly look into the above matter and take necessary action as soon as possible.
