I have purchased the mattress through snap deal. From day one i am facing sever back pain if i sleep on the mattress. I have changed the orientation as suggested in the manual but no use. I have checked with other family members and they also make complaints. I feel it is manufacturing fault and the supplier might have supplied duplicate one. Please replace with new one.
There are two holes in the mattressis at the one side

    Hi,

    I bought two mattresses from the trader ‘manchanda furniture’ at panchkuian road.
    The size mentioned on the mattresses are 72*29*5, but the actual size differs from the size mentioned by your company. The actual measurements are 70*29*5.

    I bought these mattresses on 22nd october, 2017 and i have been constantly calling your customer care to replace my mattresses.
    The complaint number for both the mattresses are as follows - 3984076 & 3984080 under the name of ravi gupta.

    Your company sent a technician, saddam hussain to my house and even he agreed that the measurements differ from the size printed on the mattresses by the company.

    I have atleast called 20 times to your customer care and no action has been taken.
    I would like to replace my mattresses as soon as possible and if your company fail to do so i will be forced to go to the consumer court.
    I am mentally exhausted due to the ignorance of your customer care. I am afraid, i will never purchase anything from kurlon and will suggest the same to my friends and family.

    Please find attached the invoice for further clearance.

    Bought a kurlon mattress L- 6.5 feet, B- 5 feet from united traders, kohima in the month of September, 2017 and the mattress has sagged so badly, kindly initiate a replacement.

      I purchased 78X36 size mattress (Temcy) on 26/11/2016 from Meenakshi Trading Co, 3, Hamidia Road, Bhopal ( Auth Dealer of Kurl-on but after 4 months it started getting sagging and after 10 months it almost got down about 3 inches and started giving me back pain.
      I lodged complaint no- 3346646 on 28/09/17, and technician visited my home on 30/09/17 and observed that there is too much of sagging of mattress and he took photographs of damaged mattress and told that mattress is down by more than 2 inches and will be replaced. He took photographs of Bill and warranty card .
      I contacted toll free number on 11/10/17 and it was informed that mattress is damaged and will be replaced within 15 days.
      I again contacted on 08/11/17 and I was informed that as Bill photograph was not clear and so my complaint is rejected. Photograph was taken by Company Technician and so was deficiency on part of company but I was penalized.
      I was informed that the same product have 2 years warranty but Company product got failed in 4 months . this clear deficeincy in service and if mattress is not replace within 7 days, I will file complaint before District Consumer Forum under section 12 for damages as well.

        I bought Kurl-on Kurlo Bond 5-inch Queen Size mattress in April 2017. The cost of the mattress is 14k. Mattress stitching completely removed within 4 months of purchasing the product.

        The quality of the mattress is very bad.

        I have registered complaint with their customer care(Compliant No[protected] to replace my mattress and I have been continuously following up the compliant but there is no positive response from the customer care.

        They are giving 5 years warranty on this mattress when we buy the product but they didn't stand their policy .

          I am sumit sahgal from bhopal, i booked a kurl on mattress from omtex furnishers, ashima mall bhopal worth rs 38000 approx on 18th october. From the date of booking he (Mr. Mukesh shende) told me that order will delivered after approx one week from the date of booking. But still on 1st of november there is no information about same. Also talked with mr. Pradeep ([protected]) approx 4-5 days before he told me that your order will delivered to you on tuesday or wednesday max to max but today he told me same thing that it will take more time. I am a loyalty user of curl on since last 8-9 years but after this incident i decided to not purchase booked mattress and will going to buy any other brand.
          I have bought dream sleep spring mattress in 2016 but one of them is depressed
          Kindly look forward to it

          My two pair of mattresses are not equally shaped.

            I rasmi ranjan das purchased a mattress from your dealer 20-22 days back and i observed my mattress getting compressed for which i inquired the dealer he provided me with the customer care number. With regret i state that i was disatisfied with the visit because my problem wasn't addressed in any way and i was helpless for which i forcefully had to go for consumer court.
            I'm sorry to say but this act of yours was highly disappointing.
            I await for further urgent actions. I've attached the purchase bill and warranty card of the product having further details.

              I have bought kurlon mattress from their authorised vendor under invoice no.30188 dt. 29.10.16 m/s vulcan enterprises mumbai. The product came with a replacement guarantee of 5 years. I have complained about the mattress getting saggy after only 10 month’s use in september 2017. The company took a second complaint and 2 months to attend the issue. The representative tried all tricks in his book to some how convince us not to insist for replacement. When we did not budge, he said he will lodge a formal complaint with kurlon and revert. On following up with him today, i am told that as i have not submitted the zeros copy of the invoice, my complaint cannot be taken forward. When he had visited my place for inspection, the original invoice copy was shown to him. He could have asked for the xerox there itself. After much argument, we have emailed the invoice copy to the representative mr. Ramesh who is from a third party service provider on behalf of kurlon. I am very upset at the treatment meted out to me as a customer of one of india’s better recogniz d brands like kurlon.

                We have purchased the product but in few months o[censored]se we found the product to be sagging and not retaining its shape.
                The sagging is a causing backache and body pain issues and we are not able to sleep well as claimed by the company.
                We have already raised the concern on the toll free number but have failed to get appropriate response from the company.
                We sought to resolve the issue at the earliest and seek replacement of product and reimbursement of medical bills caused by the issue.
                I have purchased a magnum model (6075) size bed, first he told gift was 2pillos and double cot bedsheet with two pillows covers after purchasing the product he gave only two pillows
                So kindly let me know what is the gift products with the bed
                I purchased from SRI AMBICA FURNITURES, BHAVANI NAGAR MALKAJGIRI HYDERABAD TELANGANA
                I too purchased a Kurlon Ortho mattress about 2 months back thinking it would provide proper support and good sleep. But from the next day itself I have suffered back pain. Initially I thought it might take some time to get adjusted, but the pain didn't go away. For the last one month I haven't been able to sleep well at all. Wake up several times a night due to back pain, and when I get up in the morning my back is totally sore and I feel tired. Never expected this horrible quality mattress from a brand like Kurlon. Have registered a complaint, let's see

                  I purchased two mattress in april 5x6 and 6x6, only in august i saw sagging on both mattresses... Both sagged 1.5 inch or so and as per replacement policy they were to replace the mattress if they have sagged 1.5 inch depression.

                  I am following up for last two months from august 22nd to ontober 16th.. Almost two months and not the team saying that dipression in mattress is just near 1.5 so we can not pass it and needs to be reinspected.

                  Which is totally unexpexted... Is this the quality?
                  Should i measure the dippression each month to cover this one year?

                    I did a complaint on 19-sep-2017 about mattress sagging, technician is visited very next day and told that it is to be replaced. No status after that. When i called on 25-sep-2017, reply was we are looking into it, come back within 5 workingdays. The same answer is today when i called. They also denied to share mailid's for escalations.                       I have been chasing the customer care executive, but every everytime they say.. 'please give us 2 days'. It's been only answer i receive whenever i call them. I am fed up tracing the executive from past one year.

                      On requesting to connect me to the top management of kurl-on the customer service guys are highly incompetent to do that.

                      I just fail to understand that you don't have a mechanism in place to get in touch with the top authorities to replace the mattress.

                      Why does the company place false claims of replacement when for marketing when they cannot do so.

                      I am surely going to approach the consumer court, if i don't receive any valid repsonse

                          I bought one black kurl-on wardrobe from sunitha furniture, kannur worth rs:11, 390 on 03/09/2016. I opted it, because it is of a good and famous brands in india. But, now, our wardrobe is getting infected with fungus frequently and i need one amicable solution for the same at the earliest. We find it really difficult to maintain it clean and keep our clothes in it. Waiting for a favourable reply.

                              Mattress became flat within three months. Mattress variety - drc 250. Size - 78, 72, 4. Date of purchase - 30/6/17. Cash memo no - 1785. I want it replaced by a new one. This 4"inch mattress has become 2" in the centre. It very difficult to sleep because of the crater in the centre. It has given me back ache and spams. I could have bought a cheaper one rather buying a kurl on mattress.

                                Complaint no:2801638 / 3042980 i purchased a kurlon mattress with in a month it started sagging in middle and edges registered a complaint from customer care they came for visit and said that there is defect in the bed we will replace it with new one, twice in a week i will be in touch with customer care when does the replacement happens, they will be reading the same script every time that the replacement team went for break you need to call after couple of days. Nothing happened till day and its been months passed away nothing happened. Its worst in quality but also the service i don't think so the company is paying the salaries for employees on regular basis.

                                  We are not comfortable with kurlon mattress. Because when i feel me a our mattress give me a severe back and neck pain. I visited to dealer of my mattress and call customer care number after one day representative is come and check the mattress and full report and receipt forward to company. After two or three day i call customer care number representative says your mattress detail with me. Your mattress replace with in ten working day. But after ten day no response in site of company so call once again, representative asked me sorry for delay your mattress reach with in two or three working days. Days passed away but mattress are not come so we call once again.in that time representative says your mattress are not given you because gaurenty period over. As per my dealers says two yrs. Replacement gaurenty and five yrs warranty. What can i do it, please help me thank you. S. S raza

                                    This letter is to bring it in your knowledge that the undersigned had purchased a mattress from a dealer of kurl-on in jodhpur, rajasthan on january 6th, 2017. Now, in only in about six months, the mattress had got a depression of about 1.5 inches in the middle. I contacted the company for complain, just in a couple of days a person from the company visited my place, which i found was a good thing. On his first look he was convinced that the mattress had some defect due to such deep depression.
                                    To be noted: my mattress had a very small two holes which was only on the cover and very far away from the depression, also both the holes were only about half centimeter diameter. After a couple of working days, i contacted your company and i am being told that due to the holes, it is considered as mishandling of product and replacement is cancelled. I know that it's mentioned from before, but the aim of adding that clause is in cases where the depression is because of that mishandling. The whole mattress is in great condition. I am a student and can not afford to buy mattress every six months. I chose kurl-on for a five year college life with some trust on the company and previous good experience. Kindly look into the above matter and take necessary action as soon as possible.

                                    We have purchased KURL - ON Matrix sizes - 78 x 60x 4 inches DRC 250 from modern bedding stores, 266, diamond Harbour Road, Behala Kolkata, on dated 16/10/2016 and it has 2 years warranty. Now the middle part of the matrix has pressed and sides of the same look like bending and it is not in usable condition. Please let me know the solution.

                                      I have purchased kurl-on mattress model champion 78' x 60' x 4' from j. B textiles, police bazar, shillong 793001 on[protected] with 1 year warranty wide receipt no 24495 with an amount of rs 9400.00. After 4 months the mattress was detected problem and a complain was registered with case no 2329814. Mr raju kumar an engineer from kurl-on attended home visit on 12/04/2017 and i was informed that the mattress will be replace with new mattress because it is absolutely not in condition for use. After many followup till date no replacement has been done. Even i have received a call from kurl-on guwahati branch that the replacement will be done and i was asked to follow up with the shop owner of j. B textiles. But on inquiring from j. B textiles, i have been ask to submit a confirmation letter for replacement from kurl-on company. Again on advice of j. B textiles i have requested for the email for replacement order but kurl-on has not issued any such order till date. It being 10 months i have been fooled and cheated by both the parties kurl-on and j. B textiles. Therefore i have decided to take an legal action on them. Please advice.

                                        I raised an complaint (Id[protected] to kurl on on 02/09/2017 for sagging of my mattress purchased on 17/09/2016 from mumbai malad location.
                                        On 08/09/2017 some one named ramesh came to inspect and done finally and he confirmed it is sagged and will be replaced in 15 days. He asked for bill xerox that i gave to him and he asked for warranty period i told 1 year because it came with 1 year warranty when i purchased (1 year warranty was clearly mentioned on front side plastic label). He left my place and after couple of hours he replied back and said this matters has only 6 months warranty. Ohhh come on really!!! "any thing costing around 6k and will have only 6 months warranty"

                                        I told him it was clearly mentioned on mattress that it has 1 year warranty but as i have removed plastic cover few month ago due to inconvenience caused while sleeping i didn't have it to show right now. But my kurl confirmed it has one year warranty.

                                        I could bought local mattress costing not more than 3000 with 6 months warranty the reason why i purchased this mattress was 1 year warranty and brand name.
                                        Now they are changing the warranty silently and whenever customer calling they are telling new period but they are forgetting that warranty will be applicable what was available at time of purchased.. Kurl on behaving like cheater now silently your changing warranty period.

                                        I think they must realise that kurl on business going in wrong direction and this will not help in long term.

                                        Before asking me for warranty period kurl on need to check first apna regular model manufactured around mid of last year 2016 has one year warranty or not.

                                        As far as i know original bill should be sufficient to claim for warranty and if there is any change in policy from company side then company should go through their record to find warranty according to customer billing purchased date.

                                        We paid for good sleeping but got back pain due to sagging now i am regretting why i purchased from kurl.

                                        I am keep on talking with them but no final response till now. Its has been already 10 days past.
