I purchased a pair of kurlon furnobed mattresses 75x35x4 from SHOBHA, Mandir Marg, near HDFC bank, old kunjpura road, Karnal on 11.01.2017 with 2 years warranty. The mattresses shape changed and these pressed from different areas and it became restless to sleep on them. I made complaint to company on toll free no.[protected] and complaint nos.4177293 and 4177295 dated 4.11.2017 were given. After so many reminders and visits to seller a person visited my house but neither any reply nor any action to repair or replace the mattresses is given. Seller called visiting person and he said nothing could be done as we cannot replaceor repair till the condition of mattresses is very miserable.     I have purched two nos mattress one dcr 250 and another karlo coir both have same size 71x78x4 on 09/05/2017 from your authorised dealer scholar stationer's gar ali, jothat, assam. Both the mattresses are sagging more than1.5". I have lodged complain and your technician visited on 01/02/2018 and submit the report. While i enquired few days ago your good office told me that replacement of dcr 250 mattress is approved and for another mattress waiting for approrval. Pl. Do the needful urgently. My mobile no.       #Kurlon : How I wish, a company like this would have made good products, recruited some through professional and also managed a good customer service center.
      Poor product, unprofessional attitude and pathetic customer service is what is left with Kurl On now. Bought a mattress for Rs 8000 in Novemebr 2017, used for a month and suffered severe backache. The retail point selling the mattress acknowledges that no instructions have been given to them from Company side as to the mattress suitable for people with no backache/backache. Called up the Customer Care of Kurl On, Company sends a highy unprofessional site executive, who harldy spends 5 minutes and says nothing can be done. Complained several times to the Customer care and after much requests sends another one, who upon hearing the problems, assures some that company will give a call within a day or two and the matter will be resolved. After inspection, he finds that the mattress is not suitable for me, so assures that it will be replaced and the difference needs to be paid.
      Nearly 10 days passed but no call comes. I called up the Customer care centre and after keeping several times on hold, a rude caller picks up the feedback given by a rude and unprofessional caller is that they don’t bother to what the client’s reviews and to them the review of the Site person only matters and in my case, no review has been given.
      I took the Site executive on concall and he agreed to have given a detailed review to the complaint centre. In a few, the line disconnects and I am on hold. When connected the site person makes a huge U turn and says nothing can be done. Both, the site executive and the Customer care person didn’t realzed that I had recorded everything and the U turn will not be of any help.
      He leaves the Client Servicing Manager’s number #Sukriti! Madam Sukriti, how I wish you were not a lady, I would have posted your number in every possible social flat form as I am sure so many of my kinds must be anting to talk to you about your poor team and service. I left many messages to you (proofs), but you never respond. You don’t pick up calls and yet your profile is Client servicing manager.
      Hope and will appreciate some responds from you all after all these. Else I consider it to be a bunch of shameless and unethical Un-professionals.

      I too purchased a Kurlon Ortho mattress about 2 months back thinking it would provide proper support and good sleep. But from the next day itself I have suffered back pain. Initially I thought it might take some time to get adjusted, but the pain didn't go away. For the last one month I haven't been able to sleep well at all. Wake up several times a night due to back pain, and when I get up in the morning my back is totally sore and I feel tired. Never expected this horrible quality mattress from a brand like Kurlon. Have registered a complaint. Not much hope, but lets see

        I purchased Super Deluxe Kurl-on mattress on 29.04.2015 of size 78*75*5 worth rupees 19000/-. The warranty certificate was given for 03 years. But recently I lodged one complaint for sagging issue of the said mattress with complain no. 4723827. The company arranged for a Technician visit on 07.02.2018 who has recorded sagging issue and also took pictures of my mattress as well as all relevant documents. On inquiry to customer care on 09.02.2018, I came to know that the issue is under check and the details will be given to me within 2 to 3 days. But till today i.e. on 15.02.2018, nobody contacted me regarding the issue. Rather, when I called the customer care, they told that one more technician will come to carry out one more survey of the mattress and the documents. Being a customer, I only know that the company should intimate it's customer all information related to a complaint and they have faith on their technician's report whatever it is. Sending technician one more time to revisit for the same issue may not also solve the purpose at all. This is not at all desirable from such a huge company who is a leading mattress brand. May be this was my last purchase from Kurl-on.
        This very bad to know my new curl on dream sleep mattress give me pain whenever i go to bad. It's damage in middle please contact me [protected]

          Hi,

          I had ordered a kurl on mattress in the year 2015 and eventually the mattress had sagging issues. After several calls and emails (Worthless customer service team) i got a replacement.

          Now after getting the replacement which is not even 2 years old i am faced with the same sagging issues.

          My complaint no. 4730347 was registered and a technician was sent to inspect the same at my residence on saturday 10th feb. I did not receive any call back from the customer care team on the issue and tried calling them back today.

          To my surprise the customer care team states that we will not replace the mattress as the original invoice date has been crossed. Being a non satisfied customer i asked for the supervisor (Name given is anand) who refused to give hs last name was very rude and not at all helpful.

          My question to mr sudhakar pai is that is this the way we get traeted as customers?

          If you have given me a replacement and has the issues again, is that my fault?

            I had bought a kurlon foam bed king size in october 2017, the stitching on the beading came off within a couple of months and on complaint they representative said the warranty for stitching is only 15 days and so i should resolve the issue myself. Don't know what kind of quality check these guys do. Never buy a kurlon mattress, if the company itself is not confident about their stitching then why risk buying one.

              I have reported sagging and worn out pocket spring in the kurl-on mattress that i have been using for an year now. The springs in the brand new mattress poked my back for which i’m undergoing an expensive treatment for my spine pain caused by this mattress. Very uncomfortable. No back support. I wake up like a disabled person with extreme pain everyday morning. There’s absolutely no response from the dealer and the customer care. The divisional manager too refused to provide me a solution for the defective mattress even after continuously following up with them. Now they’re ignoring my call and no answer. Worst customer service i have ever come across my life. No after sale support. Very cheap quality product and worst customer service. I feel cheated.

                Please find attached a snap of your advertisement mentioning KURLON MATTRESS IS ANTI BEDBUG . Then how come you are not entertaining and taking any action for solving this BIG BUG PROBLEM.
                You are yet to reply my mail and take suitable action for resolving this issue.
                I once again request You to solve the issue IMMEDIATELY.
                AND kindly do not delay or ignore.
                Or force us to escalate the issue elsewhere.

                  Please be noted that we purchased the subject bed mattress in the year 2017 feb, wherein after having used we found that it is gradually going down and down. While sleeping and sitting we feel the back problem and now we feel it is the spring one. Whereas we booked at the time of purchase the springless one. This was purchased at pandiyan stores, paper mills road, chennai.

                  We request you to replace the mattress at the earliest with springless one to avoid further back ache problems.

                    Hi i had registered a complaint under the id number 4617289. Highly & extremely disappointed with the response of customer care. I bought the mattress about 3 years back but due to constant back pain and discomfort i was unhappy with the product. The nagging pain in the back caused by the mattress lead me to undergo an mri scan where cervical spondylosis along with disc prolapse was diagnosed. I had to stop using the mattress immediately. We reported the complaint with the local dealer from whom we had purchased the mattress, maa shakhumbari in greater noida jagat farms. After periodic follow ups with the retailer for over a year, we were directed to the kurlon company servicing. Post filing a complaint on 21st january for immediate attendance, our complaint was finally responded to on 27th january once the technician visited our residence. He realized the discomfort being caused my the mattress as the mattress was dipping at various points and was not steady. The technician realized there was a grave issue, hence assured us with quick response and immediate action. After having followed up ever since for a revert, i was informed by your customer care executives that there will be no action taken on the case further. As loyal customers, we are extremely disappointed with the bitter experience. We urge you to look into the matter at the earliest. Will be thankful.

                        I had complained about kurlon matress at 9/1/2018.by phone, ur representive respond and send ur technician, taken full details, measurement.
                        send his report to his senior.at 13/1/2018, received a call that ur replacement of matress is apporved, nd u will get it within 3-4 days.but still not received my product, last week again i talked with customer care about my query, but still
                        result zero, like this type of service i will never suggest any one to purchase it.

                        Quality of kutton mattresses purchased by us is not good
                        4635603, was my complaint person came at our home checked quality of mattress which is damaged but no response also submitted my bills. If not listen to our complaint we have to go for consumer forum.

                          Need to exchange mattress not workin properly as expected. The mattress which was purchased kurl on angelica causing health issues like back pain. Hence the springs are also not working as expected becoming rigid on one side o[censored]sage.. Which is causing health issues again.. I want to exchange this mattress to foam mattress where i am not getting proper response from kurl on.. Kindly resolve this issue..

                            I bought a kurl on foam mattress of double bed of size 5*6 feet of height 4 inch. I bought it in april 2017 from vardhaman furnishing and mattresses in bodakdev, ahmedabad. I am very disappointed as the mattress turned soft within 4 months o[censored]sage, it has become bouncy. Then i made a complaint to the dealer from whom i tok tge mattress. After complaining he came to just see the mattress after 1 and half month. Which was very rude. We tell customer is the king of the market but here the scenario is very different. Firstly he made excuses and extended and wasted time of ours. Whrn we tolx to make a complaint further to company then he told that it was not his headache.
                            We know kurl on has a good name in market but if this kind of things happen then i assure you that the graph of your sucess will drastically drop down.
                            So i request you to get back to me as soon as possible and solve my problem
                            And after all this i will definitely tell other 50 people not to trust on name of kurl on. And you know what that 50 can do.
                            So resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                              I bought 3 (Size - 72*35*4, qty - 2 and size - 72*48*4, qty-1) kurl-on mattresses on 12.02.2015 from the handloom emporium, vikas marg, shakarpur, delhi-92. After 7 month or so on, the mattress size-72*48*4 among them depressed in centre. Due to unawareness, i have not been complained before. So, please direct ur care person at my location to examine the mattresses and solve the problem.
                              Now the mattresses became un even and not suitable for use.
                              Biggest brand kurl-on company why manufacturing such worst product. My request is pl exchange the bed immediately.

                                My complain no is 4346353

                                It is regarding mattress which I bought 3 months back - DRC 250 and already replaced once!

                                Problem is both the times it is getting sagged more than 1.5 inches.

                                The customer care executive conversation was very much impolite and I have recording of the same. I would like the refund but company policy says they can only replace it. How many times I have to replace the same product. I'm not happy at all with Kurlon and I am also logging complain to consumer care for mental harassment and physical disability as my wife and myself is facing back pain problem due to this useless product.

                                Kindly look into the matter and revert.
                                I purchase Kurlon relax 72*36 2 Pcs from bharat trading co. hamidia road bhopal on 03/07/2017 with receip[t no 1195 with one year warranty .The purchase item not satisfactory please replace the same .

                                  On 31st october, i went to kurukshetra university for submitting my all semester dmc for getting 8th semester scaled dmc. I submitted my all documents and they told me that my application number is 9280. They said me that after one month you will get your 8th semester scaled dmc from your college. You don't need to come university for your dmc. You will get scaled dmc directly from your college. But now two months has passed but i didn't get my 8th semester scaled dmc. Please tell kurukshetra university that i need this urgent.
                                  Sir/medam I purchased one pair Mattress from Authorised dealer in Proddatur, Andhra pradesh, Date of purchase 02/01/2017, both Mattress Sagged in middle, we are not comfortable in this beds plzzz change or repair our Mattress as a arlear, Orginal bill attached with hear.

                                    I have purchased this kurl-on mattress, four days ago. (Date of purchase:[protected]; model no. - relax 72*36*4) since then, i'm facing acute back pain every morning after sleeping through the night on this mattress. Not to mention the mattress is also too hard for a comfortable sleep. I want to return this model and purchase another one. Kindly look into this matter.

                                    I purchased one kurl-on champion mattress on 29/09/2017 from MAJISTIC FURNITURE, THIRUVERUMBUR, TRICHY-13 and from that day I am using on coir side but now I feeling unevenly sagging at different locations of mattress due to which I feeling back pain heavily.kindly exchange this mattress with new one.

                                    I too purchased a Kurlon Ortho mattress about 2 months back thinking it would provide proper support and good sleep. But from the next day itself I have suffered back pain. Initially I thought it might take some time to get adjusted, but the pain didn't go away. For the last one month I haven't been able to sleep well at all. Wake up several times a night due to back pain, and when I get up in the morning my back is totally sore and I feel tired. Never expected this horrible quality mattress from a brand like Kurlon. Have registered a complaint. Not much hope, but lets see

                                      I am from patiala and i bought a set of kurl on mattress from m/s khanna handloom, patiala on 09.11.2013 and i was given a 5 year warranty card duly stamped by the store. The problem was that the mattress sagged in less than a year. I contacted the store and i was told that an official from the company will visit and check the issue. The first casual attitude your company displayed was the official visited after so many reminders and on top of that he took the issue in a really casual sense. He did not have the manners to talk to the customer and he was not at all helpful and we were told that he was unable to help in any way and could not do anything. As he was your company's representative, it shows that the whole company is unprofessional and just want to sell product and don't want to give any customer service. I have spoken to all my friends and will make sure they never get trapped in the fake glamour your company portrays to the public. Also you have priced the products as if they are made out of some rare material but now i feel they are not even worth a single penny.
                                      I want to give a simple suggestion to your company that just sale numbers shouldn't be the criterion you should thrive upon, instead customer satisfaction is what is required. I just want to tell that you have lost many customers because of this casual and unprofessional attitude of yours. Also, i would spread this loot of your company selling sub standard products on various social platforms. I feel you should change your company tag line to "india's largest looting mattress company".
                                      Moreover, i also know what you people will do after you read this mail. Either you will send it to junk or send one more (Un) professional to my house and he will come and say that he wont be able to do anything because of some clause in the company policy.

                                      Pathetic quality of mattress dream sleep. We have bought 2 of the product and the stiches are in pathetic state.nor the dealer nor the kurlon are taking care for it.
                                      The customer service team also shod off their hands off it. The products are not even an year old and they talk abt 5 to years guarantee.

                                        I have purchased kurlon drc 250 mattress in june, 2017 and a lot of sagging is observed in all aound the mattress. The mattress is having warranty for 2 years. I approached to retailer from where it was purchased and they replied to make complain with customer care. Mattress is in very bad shape & facing a lot many difficulties in sleeping.
                                        Kindly look in to the matter & take necessary action for replacement of the same.
