Hi,
I opened case#2752908, on 29th june 2017 with kurlon. We have purchased a kurlon "relish" model, king size mattress, within year body was paining and reported the spring pop ups. Kurl engineer came and inspected the product and reported the same. The above case is still not getting updated by them., whenever we call they say that case is not getting updated for replacement and will not be replaced, the case is closed, etc...

Pls help me, after paying so much and as per their policy, they have to replace or repair, our mattress.

    Kurlon, your post sales service is pathetic.
    I have a mattress, not even 6 month old, i can find and feel big stones like materials inside the mattress in a coir mattress.

    Your verification is done last month and your agreed that its a faulty mattress but no result.
    How long do i have to wait for answer.

    Any body can tell me how can i go about this.

      I raised the complaint in april regarding the exchange of my mattress. Now it's september but still no replacement. The whole customer care department including the supervisors ashok and sridhar are hopeless and liars. They are thugs, rude, arrogant. They are from customer care department but the arrogance and the rudeness that they have their tone is unbelievable. They are promising me every week from so many months that i will receive the mattress next week but still i have not received. Initially they sent me a message but i did not accept the mattress as it was not the same that i have at home. But the delivery status was delivered for so many months even after me calling them every week to update the status. They are least bothered about customer complaints. They are "chors and unprofessional". Please take some action. I want justice for my money and time spent on these hopeless people.

        Kurlon matters purchased laster year, Now it become soft one side and we are getting back pain if we sleep with that, Please do the needful. It was very comfort, after 8 months its giving lot of problem to our health, its not complaint from 1 person, who were the family member sleeps, th eresult is the same, (Back pain) We have consulted the doctor, even he had told to change the matters, immediately.

          I had purchased Kurlon Klassic Mattress yesterday at Chennai from J S Furnishing vide bill No: 1182 Dated 28th August'17 for Rs.24704/- which is at Annanagar East, Chennai.The mattress was delivered today and we were shocked to see that there is a thin sharp cut on the mattress and also we find blackish dirty mark on the product code sticker place and which yhe delivery person has removed in front o[censored]s.I had already pointed this to the dealer immediately and as advised by him am raising this complaint for an early resolution by way of fresh piece.The photographs of the same is already sent to the dealer.I look forward for an early resolution.I am also worried that out of 218 complaints online only 3 is resolved.Thanks, Venkat

            Sir, i purchase kurion two spring mattress on 19 march 2016, after three months mattress spoiled due to some manufacturing defect. I complain to deeler m/s g c handloom at alambag lucknow but he make me fool, later i came to know about complain number so i call and lodge my complain at toll free no, later a person came and checked the mattress and told me that he forwarded the complain but there is no surity about.             Kurl-on Mattress Complaints - Defective Kurl-on Mattress

            Sir,

            I had purchased Kurl -on Mattress from G C HANDLOOM, alambagh chauraha, Lucknow.

            At the time of purchase, it was told that in case of defect, it will be changed on the same day.

            The mattress got flattened with 2 months here and there and then we made a compliant at the Dealer shop to get it chnaged.

            As there was no response of the complain made at the Dealer Shop, we kept on running fr it. After one visit, we are told company person has to come and inspect and then only they will change he mattress. And date no 28 August 2017 one person has come from the company and inspected. but he told me there is no garantee that company will change it.

            Kindly Help us as we have made payment and did not get good material.

              I have a very bad experience with kurl never reccomand to any one within 15 days stitches open of mattress n nobody is going to resolve problem it has passed 2 month yet dealer deny its not our responsbility direct complaint on custumer care... Custumer care saying contact to dealer
              Who is going to take care of problem
              Its very very bad product i going to write on social site to nvr go for this product they ll only motive to sell their costlier product once no matter about custumer satisfaction

              The checking has been done and that guy has submitted his reports but now
              Following up since more than a month, the only thing they are saying is it is still open and it will be closed.

                  I had registered a complain (Complain id 2809590) on 15th july, for which technician visited on 16th july. They never came back, and for 1 month, they kept saying the status is open and they will come back. Finally after multiple followups and after a month on 19th aug, they said it was closed on 16th july itself and will not be replaced.
                  1st. Technician took flawed measurement to which i objected, coz he sat on the sides and got a measurement of 1.2, which as per kurlon norms should be 1.5 sagged. When asked to take correct reading, he said he's from another vendor and thats the direction given to them and all convenio mattress face this problem.
                  2nd. Pathetic customer service, no tat and response.
                  3rd. The call center supervisor kept arguing that the process has no tat and they are not wrong and info given to me, was never given for which i kept following up for a month.in last week call, the call center guy told me that there is a problem with this mattress and it will be replaced, which as per them was never shared. When asked to go back to recordings, they didnt say any thing.
                  4th. On asking them to reopen the complain they said they wont.
                  I purchased mattress on 26/8/2016, banglore from purchased day to 3 months it was good but from 4month it was sagging now its situation was worst. Back ache was too much. I approached mattress owner but he is not even caring about our issue . We need urgent replacement of mattress.

                    I purchased a kurl-on mattress from the central in pune, india, 3 months back and it was smelling horrible. After a lot of persuasion, i got it replaced only to get a worse one. The replaced mattress is smelling horrible too and it looks like it was torn and put together again. The service is very bad and i have lost 15, 000 rupees and 3 months over it. Please advice about what to do next.

                      We Purchased Your product Kurlon classic Mattress (78x60x6) at Dealer Ambica Agencies, Governor pet, Vijayawada.
                      My Id No.2213924, Mattress Corners & sides cutting Manufacturing default.
                      The mattres low weight and its getting compression.
                      Already we have given complaint since April month (4 months). we didnt get any rectification. Please replace the mattres.

                        I raised complaint number - 2437196 with kurl-on regarding mattress sagging on april 25th 2017. Very next day jeeves representative visited my residence and took measurements and informed that sagging is almost 1.8mm and replacement will be processed within few days. For last 3.5 months on following up with kurl-on i was being times and again told that replacement is under approval process and concerned department will do it is some days. I was asked for invoice copies and after 2 months told that their system has an issue due to which replacement department cannot view the invoice so i should email the invoice copy again.in last week of july on asking to escalate this issue one floor supervisor ensured that replacement will be initiated in some days hearing which i was finally relieved. But after waiting for 10+days when i called kurl-on customer care today (I. E. 8th august 2017) they informed me that my complaint has been closed and replacement request rejected because sagging is less than 1.5 mm. I was totally shocked that for last 3 months i was repeatedly told that sagging is more than 1.5mm so mattress will be replaced and today they have closed my request with incorrect/false reason. I was told to have new request raised and site visit done once again to take my issue forward to which i raised objection and asked them to check why the request was closed on false pretext. This is totally unethical and harassment to customers. This needs to be reported/checked and corrected to avoid brand damage.

                          Hi, my name is suresh cv from bangalore. I bought 2 convenio mattress.in that, one mattress is a defective product. The membrane of mattress is yellow and it is hard when compared to another mattress and i got back ache from it. I raised a case to kurlon. Case no is 2806626. The representatives simply delayed this issue for a month and now saying that the replacement/re-imbursement of the product can't be done. Pathetic service. Don't ever buy this product. I need to raise a complaint and raise this issue to the next level. I am also going for consumer court. Disgusting product and service from kurlon. Big money suckers.

                            Some one month ago i purchased your mattress = 60"x 72". It is good. Now i wanted to purchase a ready made bed cover for this bed. When i have seen in amazon and flipkart single bed and double bed covers are available in market. But not for this size.
                            As a matter of fact why are you not marketing bed covers also along with beds? Think. Sir. Think.

                              Hi,
                              We bought kurlon mattresses on 21/06/2017, one month back but the mattresses are not in good condition, facing body pain issue. We log the complaint on 24/07/2017 and the technician visit and said that sagging issue is there and gave confirmation saying that the mattresses will be replaced with in 7 working days,

                              Now customer care team is saying that they received a feedback that mattress are okay. They won't replace for body pain issue.

                              What to do now?
                              I too purchased a Kurlon Ortho mattress about 2 months back thinking it would provide proper support and good sleep. But from the next day itself I have suffered back pain. Initially I thought it might take some time to get adjusted, but the pain didn't go away. For the last one month I haven't been able to sleep well at all. Wake up several times a night due to back pain, and when I get up in the morning my back is totally sore and I feel tired. Never expected this horrible quality mattress from a brand like Kurlon. Have registered a complaint, let's see

                                I purchased a queen size ortho lumbar support mattress a week ago and have been sitting and sleeping on 1 side of the bed. Within just a week the side of the bed i was sitting on got depressed and it is clearly visible as a huge depression in the bed. I was told during the purchase that this would not happen. We are highly unsatisfied as it looks very unpleasant and does not support my back any longer. I would like to exchange it for a new one. Please help me out regarding this.
                                Mattresses purchased from Kurl On sagged from centre after use.

                                inspection of mattresses done on 12-Nov-2016 and complaint number issued (2003390 and 2003394). Till date no action from Kurlon even after many reminders to their helpline.

                                The only answer given in helpline is that we are escalating your complaint to our seniors.

                                  We have purchased kurlon rubberized coir mattress of variety - kurlobond - vide sl no - [protected] date of manufacture - 4.2.2017. Warranty sl no - mp060f804531 - with product code - 78 x72 x5 - as per label pasted on the mattress. Purchased from m/s new punjab handloom, purasaiwakkam, chennai on 19.4.2017. Our cot size is 78x72 inches. We have received mattress with size dimension 78x72. But when we physically measured the length is 75 inches and width being 72 inches. There is a gap of 3 inches in the length side. So our mattress is shorter in length. We request you to kindly inspect the mattress and give replacement with correct length of 78 inches.

                                    The below complaint is closed even though i was having issue in the mattress. I had spoken to the person who said this comes alike. But why should a company manufacture this type of products. I will make huge noise on this and will not recommend the mattress even to my enemies also. It's not even 7 months and it's showing its true color.

                                      We bought kurlon mattresses on one and half month back but the mattresses we bought is not in good condition, some hard boils we found in the mattresses and we log the complaint on may 2nd 2017 and the technician visit and gave confirmation saying that the mattresses is not in good condition and we will replace with in 7 working days, from last 20 days we are calling customer care number but they don't have any proper idea and they are asking 2 days time whenever we call them.

                                      The services is worst than ever, i have seen in my life till now...

                                        I bought mermaid mattress which costed me 23, 500 four year ago. This mattress is made of coir-foam and memory foam at top. After use of four years mattress has lost the shape and firmness whereas kurlon given a guarantee of seven years. After chasing kurlon for two weeks their engineer inspected the mattress and agreed that this needs to replace with differential cost to be paid (Purchase price and current price) but never turned back. Now almost 10 days are passed but there is no input and still waiting... I feel company does not bother about customers and once product is sold there purpose is achieved and do not care about after sales service...
