Im R. Kumaraguru from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, I have bought below product and within 15 days, there was huge depth happened at the middle of the matress and I have given complaint on 22.03.17 vide complaint # 2299358.
One of your executive had visited and taken the measurement on 23.03.2017 and later when I checked with customer care, the measurement was incorrect and the executive once again taken the measurement on 25.03.2017.
Later when I check with customer care they informed that the 2nd taken measurement was not updated in their system, pls kindly note its your internal issue and you need to check with the concerned executive for measurement and arrange for replacement.
Due to this delay, now the depth is increased, Im facing severe back pain undergoing medication.
If any huge expenses, definitely i will be sending you a claim notice.
