I bought kurlon mattress dre 250 amount 5700 date 06042017.

After a month stitches tared i go to complaint at purchased store they told product warranty is 2 years but this is not covered under warranty.

This is not satisfied my side worst service all ready i complaint lot of times complaint no is 2625094.

I totally fed-up kurlon product.

I would appreciate if you can supply a better model than this... Latex one as both me and my husband are having back problems due to it
Aslo while purchasing it the dealer assured us to provide customer satisfaction which now he's refusing
It was delivered on 4.5.17 and since then i'm in hospital with my ailing mother in icu
Kindly help us as soon as possible

This is to inform you that we complaint many times about your spring mattress...that we are facing a problem regarding spring at your toll free number and they send thier agent ..he just clicked some pictures and informed there that mattress is okay having only fabric problem...bt actually problem is of spring...n just refused to replace the mattress...now we are sending you a legal notice from consumer court and will also sumit this matter to press...so let all know about your 3rd grade service which you provide to customers...

Im R. Kumaraguru from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, I have bought below product and within 15 days, there was huge depth happened at the middle of the matress and I have given complaint on 22.03.17 vide complaint # 2299358.

One of your executive had visited and taken the measurement on 23.03.2017 and later when I checked with customer care, the measurement was incorrect and the executive once again taken the measurement on 25.03.2017.

Later when I check with customer care they informed that the 2nd taken measurement was not updated in their system, pls kindly note its your internal issue and you need to check with the concerned executive for measurement and arrange for replacement.

Due to this delay, now the depth is increased, Im facing severe back pain undergoing medication.

If any huge expenses, definitely i will be sending you a claim notice.

My name is Shivneet Sharma and I bought a Luxurino Spring mattress by Kurl-on for about 45, 000 rupees but now it seems that it is not worth it because I have come up with an issue regarding it. The mattress is deshaped badly from two sides. It is sagged badly and gone down by about 2 inches from those sides. The mattress is also not comfortable at those sides.
I request you to please take an action regarding this.

My name is Mahipal Mehta with registered mobile number [protected] with the company database. I have an issue regarding the mattress I have at my home. I have called the customer care executives around 25 times and still haven't got the proper response from them. All they say is just your issue is being registered and will be solved as soon as possible but nothing is happening as such from the last 3 to 4 months.
I request you to look into the matter and solve the problem as soon as possible.

The mattress is of very poor quality, within 6 months o[censored]se it has lost the shape, the condition is so bad that its not usable only. I logged a complaint with customer care in February 2017 and after verification on 24th February, I was ensured that the condition is so bad that It requires replacement n I'll get the replacement in few days. But nothing happened, after so many followup calls they are now saying that they can't help me on this, they can't comment when I'll get the replacement, whom I can contact.

Post complaint engineer came for inspection and said this is eligible for replacement however they have now closed the case mentioning it as stitching issue. Stitching is also poor but that's not the main problem i have clarified and accepted by the inspection guy. I called customer care they are not responding properly... My mobile number [protected]

I bought a kurlon matress before 4 years. When i purchased, it was having a loose cover and it was not properly fit on the matress. I asked to the dealer to correct it but he told that it will automatically be adjusted according the the matress after some time but it was same for these much years.
Then i complaint to customer care and some ritesh ghosh came to my home on 14 sept 2016 to check it. He told that somebody will come again to attend the issue and correct it. But nobody came. After waiting for almost 6 months i again called to customer care in the month of apr 2017. Then one person came to repair it. He stitched the sides of matress to make the cover tighter. He did the job but it resulted in making the look and feel of the matress even worse. The hand stitching was such a raw and un-professional type. I am not at all happy with the service of kurlon. I was expecting a better service from curlon.
Then i called again customer care on 12 april 2017 and got a number of a dealer of kolkata but he is not attending the phone even after several dials in last two days.
Dont know how i will get proper solution of my issue or kurlon will keep this issue lingering this way only...

I have complaint for my Kurlon mattress about 70 days ago (in jan 2017), kurlon person came and inspected in the month of Jan 2017. But after that no progress in this complaint. I have contact several time to customer care, they replied "we will forward the problem to concern department and we will contact you soon " . I am very much disappointing to your service. please see the matter.

I have bought a kurl-on Bond 5 inch King Coir Mattress 72*78*5''inch mattress on 19th October 2016 and within 3 months the Coir inside has become a problem as many small needle like material(inside constituent ) is poking out.It's getting worse as the number is increasing each day.

Post complaint :2236677 engineer(Vaibhav) came for inspection and said this is eligible for replacement however they have now closed the case mentioning it as stitching issue.Stitching is also poor but that's not the main problem I have clarified and accepted by the inspection guy. I called customer care several times but have not got a satisfactory response.

As this product is under warranty(5 years i.e till 2021), I am looking up to consumer team to help me in getting a replacement.

I have bought a kurl-on new classic 72*75 6''inch mattress for 21, 700/- on 4th September 2015 from Punjab Handloom, Chennai and within 6 months the edges became expanded/bend, got bumps in middle and torn one side completely.

Post multiple complaints engineer(Akbar) came for inspection and said this is eligible for replacement however there is no turn around.I called customer care almost 8 times, spoke to various persons and every time I hear different solution like waiting for replacement from Chennai factory(Suresh), angry answers saying no support(Feroz Khan) and finally incident 1340382 closed without any update.

Again I raised a complaint and this time engineer didnt even came to my home and after 15 days I got a message saying issue has been resolved.

I dropped various mails to, south manager ravi.[protected]@kurlon.org but never got any proper response.

I feel cheated by the India's largest mattress company who left me with a torn & bent mattress bought for 21, 700 which is neither replaced nor repaired.

As this product is under warranty(5 years i.e till 2020), I am pleasing consumer team to help me in getting a replacement.

I had purchased PS Matress from home centre thane and got delivery on 24 jan 17. It was received in damaged condition so i complained to thgeir customer care centre. Their rep came and took pictures and was follown[censored]p with them continuously. After two weeks they told me they cannot do anything and have to contact KURL ON directly. They was two weeks of mine unnecessarily.

I then contacted Kurl On customer care. Their rep cameand took pictures. I kept calling them and nothing happened. After more than 10 days they said again rep will come to take picture. I told them one already came. They said no, again we have to take. Ok. Again rep came and took pic.

Now since i am only calling every alternate day. Everytime i call i get different updates. No one calls back.

Here i am waiting from 24 jan waitng for my mattes having paid in full.

People at the call centre are rude including their supervisors and dont have any clue what they talk.

I have no other option but to go to consumer protection for help.

I will not recommend Kurl On to anyone. If you are lucky to get good stuff you are blessed. But if you get damaged piece, you are stuck for good. Your problem will not be resolved

When i asked to speak to customer care manager, no one wants to give me his/her contact details. That means i am at the mercy of those call agents.

I hope this messgae reaches the higher ups at Kurl On how bad their service is and resolve problems of genuine customers like me.

We have bought mattresses of the size 75*36 from CSD canteen, but the size of both the mattresses are wrong. One is 75*37 and other one is 76*37.

I have logged a complaint on 15 Jan 2017. Case number 2119386 but no proper reply or replacement yet.

Are you guys sleeping at kurl on?

I would be going to consumer court soon as I have not got the replacement and I am waiting like a fool. I am calling your call centre and no use.

I am using kurlon klassic plus mattress, after using for few months i could notice moisture accumulated under the mattress which put marks on my bed and the mattress. The outer cover of the mattress also got torn. I fail to understand what went wrong. I turned the mattress upside down and even side ways but the problem remained the same.
The texture of the mattress is getting shabby and deteriorating.
Need some assistance.

I brought the kurlon mattress on 25 November 2016 of size 3x6 feets and 4 inch thick but after few days it side border cover cloth comes out due to not proper stitch so kindly look into the matter to repair the mattress which in the warranty Thaking you,

Dear sir/ma'am, This is the complaint that we rised against kurlon wholesale supplier valli and co, salem, tamil nadu. Sir/Ma'am, Actually till now we received the mattress with compterized printed MRP over the mattress. But this time we received hand written MRP over the mattress. We were unable to sale this mattress.customers started asking why you changed the MRP yourself. We were unable sale it.if you need will ready to attach the photos for your reference.

I have purchased spring mattress in 2013 in home center Hyderabad. But the mattress size is 2inches small. We r giving complaint then my mattress is changed but same giving 2 inches small size. So that we r using the mattress. Now my problem is mattress spring. In 2 places mattress spring is damaged. So how can overcome this problem. U r providing servicing r not? Plz tell me. Im suffering so much.

We have ordered kurl on goldline mattress size of 72 x 60 inch size . But we received smaller in size which is 2" smaller than printed size.
We also not received warranty card with it . dealer bhojani furniture from vasna-guptanagar, ahmedabad Gujarat supplied the same. He first ask for full advance payment also not give us bill for the same.
We trust this dealer but he cheat us . also not getting response from kurl on company. Never buy anything from kurl on
