I am not a person who is complaining in nature, I tried my best to coordinate with Kutchina (Bajoria) but finally i found no other way rather complaining.

Couple of points why I am complaining -
1. They were not ready to start work on the date of work agreement. I took a day off because they said they will be working from 23rd/24th Nov-2016. I called them on...

I purchased a Kutchina ARC chimney in the year end of 2015. While purchasing the product I was being told that 3 servicing will be provided free of cost. However, the free servicings were not free provided at all except the 1st servicing and that too with great difficulty.
This is how we people are being fooled to purchase the product but without after sales service....

Why complaint was not attended ?
only fraud and corrupted company can show such type of indifferent attitude.
why efficient technicians are not appointed by the company to solve such problem?
why the company is waiting for expiry of warranty period?
why the company is trying to prove itself a fraud and corrupted company?
On 15th December, 2016 I registered a complaint for my HOB HB4BECOGO but the said problem...

At first i bought a kitchen chimney. Then i advanced for Rs 20, 000.00 for moduler kitchen, enclosed the money receipt. Within two days i cancelled the modular kitche. the R&D Roy Kitchen queen, Burdwan, Kalna Road, Pirpukur, agent denied me to refund the money after 3 months then i go through the consumer forum the settled i had to be bought the thing of that company the same amount. I hope that the all matter does not noticed...

I have paid 3 years AMC Charges in advance.But every time they do not provide service after booking.In all occasions I am to give reminder for atleast 5 times during a period of 3 months.This time again I booked on 11.01.17 vide docket no.[protected] but no one came till date.I lodge one complain at [protected]@kutchina.com on 27.01.17.After 2nd reminder they apologize for delay but till date they took no initiative to solve my problem.Till...

I have installed a kitchen chimney on July, 16 and I am requesting for service for last two months but not getting which supposed get service within 72 hours after call for service. Personally I have contracted to agent who installed it.I have given details below:

I have a kutchina chimney at my kitchen, i have an amc with vertex marketting concern, authorized kutchina service center. After doing first service, the kitchen is filled up smoke oil when ever kitchen is used for making food, i have telephoned several times to customer care executive (Ph no.[protected] but they are not sending any technicians to attend my chimney....

On 9th Jan 2017, i have lodged a compliant no.[protected]with Kutchina through their Helpline no.provided and was suppose to receive the service from the Co. Itself within 72 hrs. However today on 16th Jan 2017 there is no response from Kutchina. If this is the attitude of the Co.towards the customers then what more can be expected from the franchises.

Panel Damaged (cream colour), Few Channels have rusted (Hettick SS Channels), Some rusts in Handles (Hettick SS Handles) . The Kitchen was purchased from M/S Oliya Appliance, Asansol on 30.01.2012. Complain had been lodged in Toll Free Number (Complain Number MTP/25/1216 dated 05/12/2016). To begin with the gas oven is of very poor quality. The gas burners completely worn off in just a year. The customer service is equally bad. They ran out of spare parts. Although parts are of poor quality, they are massively expensive. And once you are struck with the gas stove, you will have to buy their spare parts, which is recurring expenditure.

Each time there is even minor problem, you are required to pay 375 rupees service...

I have an old Kutchina chimney. I wanted to service it so called up the company and a sales person came and told us that the earlier model (kutchina sleek) is very old and spare parts are not available and there is an exchange offer available so we can have Smartec BK model for 22, 999 and if we exchange the old chimney then we can have it for 20, 999. So we did pay them some advance. But we got little suspicious as we were not...

Marica 3G burner was giving problems...since last 3 days the gariahaat service centre ( [protected] ) was not sending service person...finally when i confronted, Mr Kaushik, service centre executive ( [protected] ) confirmed that he shall be reaching by 1pm or latest within 1.30pm...since that time i have been calling him more than 30 times, but he is not replying over phone, , , , , neither attending calls...now what to do...website is not...

I bought kutchina chimney about a year back. About a fortnight back machine conked off. Service centre personnel took the motor for replacement however it seems they will take another week's time at least before they can replace the motor.in the mean time my house is getting badly damaged. Kutchina provides worst service and they are degrading their name day by day. Also they are really poor in customer handling.
I just had a worst experience with a Kutchina serviceman whom we have booked for gas oven problem. In spite of fixing the issue, he had taken 400 INR as service charge and didn't gave a document for this. He had promised to visit our house the next day to fix this, but when we called him the next day he denied...

Against your invoice No. 666 dated[protected] we have paid Rs.5000/- for AMC. But so far only 3 times Servicing done so far through as per condition maintenance to be done @ four months interval. I purchased a Kutchina Hobs (Model HB-2BZ Excel in March, 2015. I started facing problem with the appliance in early October, 16.
