Now i realized i made a big mistake buying a kutchina chimney on top of that i took a amc and if i call customer care for service they always say that our representative will be reaching you with in a couple of days but today is day 15th but they never showed up even the customer care told me that my complaint number will be send to my registered mobile number but still now i never got any kind of sms of complaint number on my mobile yet, i am fed up of calling them but same answer every time our representative wiil be coming in couple of days, so what is the use of paying money for amc?

I am susona majumder. My mother ballari kundu has bought chimney from kutchina.
We want to lodge a complaint against :
1. Technician - swapan dutta
2. Front desk - sharmishtha dutta

Reason: when the technician came to install the chimney, he was asking for the pipe. But at the time of delivery we did not receive any pipe and we were not even awared of the fact that pipe comes as extra not inside the box. Anyways when we told this, the technician started behaving in an odd way... He starte telling "why have u signed the form then... Go and search... It might have kept somewhere... Search properly... Call ur daughter in the office... Ask her about the pipe"... We kept on telling that we dont know.. Inspite of that he started searching under our dianing table, our cupboard.. Who gave this odacity to search our house and behaving in this way to the senior citizens, our mom and dad.. As they were only there. After that we came to know that the mistake is from kutchina's end... They forgot to give the pipe at the time of delivery... Now when we complain this to the front desk executive, of beliaghata branch... She was just trying to justify the technician... Not even listening to what we are saying... As if we were lying... I told her that the way the technician behaved it was as if we were deliberately hiding the pipe... And why the technician is searching our house... She did not belive, on contrary she started telling "why have u then signed the form that day... I understood everything"... Is this the behavior, a client should receive from kutchina... If this is so, then i must say that i am very much unfortunate, that i became ur customer

I have all the telephonic conversation recorded in my phone (In bengali)... So that i can produce at the time required

Hope u will investigate, and take serious action against this two ill behaved employees of kutchina

Complain on slow running of chimney fans has been placed on 20/02/2018 over phone to madhyamgram service centre.

Service personnel reported on 25/02/2018, after checking, taken along the fan motors with promise of repairing and refitting with 5 days.

But even after 1 month 8 days (Till today 02/04/2018), the fan motors are not brought back and refitted.

Even mail to [protected]@kutchina.com sent on 267/03/2018 remained unanswered.

Help is sought to expedite the matter, otherwise, the customer would be forced to place consumer complained to consumer protection forum, if the required service is not done within 07/04/2018.
In the complaint, the cost for cleaning and re-painting of the kitchen walls and roof will be charged from kutchna management.

Sir, it is very sorrowfully information to u that i had purchased an arc model vide code no.[protected] on 03.02.17 from s&p kitchen and home appliances pvt ltd/konnagar/hooghly and which was installed on 02.04.17. Several times i tried to inform vide telephone no. [protected] for solving my problems viz. Installation as well as time to time servicing of my chimney, but no any cooperation received from their side resulting a very much problem facing day by day. It is not at all and must be take suitable steps against them and also print effective action to solve my problems otherwise i will go to customer forum for submitting my problems of negligence towaeds a bonafied cusromer.

My name is deep mani das. My phone no is [protected]. I have purchase a watter purifier ro on 01/09/2017. As per service guideline there are three free service. My first service was at 4th month. So i called service centre. But till date no response from your side. I called for service more than 10times. So if your company doesnt able to provide service then why you people make us fool. Hopeless service.

I had purchased the water purifier on 28/04/2017. The product stopped working for 4 to 5 times within 1 year. On one occasion mother board had failed, then water jam, then candle problem.
The product was tecnical issue i guess as it stopped for 4 times. The company should redemm the money for the defective product. As after one year the service person would start charging, which is unreasonable, as the product never worked properly for 4 months in one stretch..

I have an amc with kutchina chimney. My name, address and phone number are registered with kutchina. I called them for my annual service but the technician who came refused service on the grounds that we could not find the amc document.in this digital age it is not expected that i should keep a paper ready. The fact that i have an amc with kutchina chimney must be there in the company's records since my name and other details are in the company's records. So i find it objectionable that i was denied service in spite of having an amc.

Asked for first service. The service personal ([protected]) contacts and says that we will have to provide kerosene for cleaning. Since we did not have kerosene he asked us to pay for the kerosene. Nowhere in the amc this is mentioned that we'll have to provide kerosene or pay for it for cleaning. When we went to register complaint with the customer care the representative shibram das refused to accept the complaint saying that the complaint cannot be registered and refused to provide a complaint number.

According to sales executive Mr Chandan Kumar of Bajoria Entertainment he sold the captioned product in EMI saying that the last EMI of Rs 5280 will be disconted by Rs 2000 as he has taken excess amount against the product actual price.

I have modular kitchen in my home and due to some problem i had booked a complain on 10/01/2018 and my complain number is mpr/01/0118. Today that is 11/2/2018, that is one month has passed no one has attended the break down nor anyone called us. It is a horrible state of affairs. We had requested kutchina to look into the problem as early as possible while booking the complain, as this will lead to breakage of the other hinge which is till now in working condition. But till date they have not taken any steps to rectify the problem.

I am a user of kutchina vogue chimney. One sri sudip singha visited my house with a identity card of kutchina and approached to have amc of the chimney. Accordingly i agreed for amc from[protected] @ rs.1000/- and 1st servicing done on the same day.
It is a matter of regret that 2nd servicing is due on[protected] but inspite of repeated call over telephone he did not attend for servicing. Every time he assured to attend but did not attend. Such type of negativity of a authorised service provider will also invite negetive impression of consumer of kuthcina. Now i shall think twice for any kutchina product.
If the matter is not resolved either by providing service or refunding the money i have no other alternative but to complain in the consumer forum.

This is dr. Bhaskar bagchi from chandannagar, hooghly. I am using kuchina sleek model. Date of purchase is 20.08.2012. The machine is not under any sort of annual maintenance contract.

Recently one motor of the chimney is not working and due to this reason i had visited s & p kitchen and home appliances pvt. Ltd, chandannagar on 31.01.2018, from whom i had bought the said chimney. But, unfortunately i had a bitter and horrible experience out there. The person who was there in the office asked me talk over telephone with a person who introduced himself as service manager of the same concern at kon nagar office. That service manager was outrageous and too rude to me and asked clarification from me that why the machine is not under amc. Then he asked me to bring the faulty motor to kon nagar office where they will repair it and they will not come to my home to open the motor.

This behaviour is totally unexpected from your officials as kuchina bears a goodwill in the market for its product services. Hope that you will take over the issue and act accordingly.

My complain no[protected] regarding machine no,[protected] dt 15.01.2018 still pending inspite of 2 calls and 2 mails. Service is pending and machine is noising. Local device engineer is not cooperating in the matter whereas at the time of installation engineer told after some time it will automatically sold but after one service problem is still available.

I belongs to amc under chimney serviceing. Each & every time i booked my serviceing by calling customer care but no other technician can solve the problems. If i would be try to communicate with technician then technician can not receive my call & shows any kind of excuse. I am unhappy & i did not take my decision what can i do? Services centre say's we are try to call with call centre.

I purchased a chimney from kutchina direct outlet having model no. C[protected] from s &p kitchen & home appliances pvt ltd, 7/a/2 indiragandhi road, konnagore pin :712 235. At the time of installation i have not been given company supplied pvc outlet pipe.in spite of repeated request in mobile no.[protected] of sri amiyo nag, no action have been taken.in last week i have complaint to kutchina complain in this sight but no action have yet been taken. If it is not redressed this time i will go to consumer forum.

At the time of supply of chimney no outlet pipe (Pvc pipe) given by company is given to me. After repeated request in the phone no. [protected] no action have been taken. This phone no. Is repeatedly contacted to me at the time of purchasing of chimney.

With due respect i would like to say that i am a consumer of kutchina kitchen ltd. This consumer name was mr. Biswajit roy and machine code no is[protected] and amc no is 053441. The docket no is [protected]

Technician of kutchina company who's name was bishnu das, when the last service was done in my house on 17/10/2017, then i make an annual maintenance contract for three years and which price money more about 7, 139 rupees. I pay these rupees (7, 139/-) through bank cheque. This cheque no is 053441 and the bank name is sbi bank.

A few days ago my home machine have being problems. That's why last week's 9th december, i call the customer service toll free number. This no is[protected]. The customer service center have been said that technicians will be able to visit my home within three days but from 9th to 15th any technician will not be able to visit to my home.

Yesterday i called the barrackpur service center in charge mr. Aritha, who's no is [protected]. I ask him mr. Aritha sir that why technicians can not go to my home. He replied me that technicians are very in three days. That's they can't go to your home. I told him that i do not believe in any of the employees of the company. If technician will come to my, at first the company has to show evidence and the company has to give written application. He told me that this is not possible.

That's why i decided that i salender these my amc and company will be return the money of 7, 139/- to me.

I am definite sure that kutchina company/ bajoria appliance pvt. Ltd is a very very fraud and cheat.

Today either you can return my money of 7, 139/- rs or i send my complaint to the consumer forum or police station for fraud case.

Last year, i have installed modular kitchen from kuchina with near to 2 lakhs cost and at the time of booking, the amc for coming 5yrs are free.

I called their toll free no and logged a ticket for some issue but 20days passed, no one called me or not attended. Even i called twice their toll free no to know the current status but the way of response was too bad.

Also called their corporate office and updated them about the issue and logged ticket and requested them to look into it.

But after some days, when i call again they told to contact toll free no.

I am really disappointed that why i choose kuchina for modular kitchen.

I am looking fast resolution/ack as per my logged ticket.

Kutchina left burner got damaged after 2yrs o[censored]se. For repair we need to pay rs1500. We have heard about kutchina burner getting damaged from many of our friends and relatives, for some within 2 months, some 1 year. Buying a product of rs16000, if it gets damaged so soon, then its a total waste of money and time. And if this has been faced by so many people then kutchina should change the burner material used. No one wants to pay more to repair a product periodically after initially investing so much.

I call book 1st time servicing may be 1.2.17, but any 1 service man do not attend me. So i reminder 2nd...
