With reference to the subject mentioned above, this is to inform you that
I have purchased this machine on 13/03/2011. from 12/03/2012 to 21/03/2018
Under annual maintenance contract (amc) with your company. last amc done
On 21/03/2015 with 3 years contract till 21/03/2018. upto december’2014,
Your company’s service was most grateful but after december’2014 it is
Till very poor service. as for example, last complain was lodged on
23/09/2016 (docket no. –[protected] and your service engineer contacted
Me on 01/10/2016 after repeated complain over toll free telephone no. –
[protected]. every time, i have docketed for any type of complain and
After more than 10 (ten) days over to serve the service from your company.

My second complain is that the above docket no. is booked for replace the
One no. round oil collector. but your service engineer intimate me over
Telephone on 01/10/2016 and 03/10/2016 that the same oil collector is
Chargeable even the machine is under amc. this is not fair deal as the
Reputed company and even when the amc is done, you are liable to serve
This round oil collector pot free of cost.

For your kind information, anywhere not written that party must be pay for
This type of parts under amc contract paper.

I had done the modular kitchen from kutchina (lifeline appliances) on 8.1.16 where they told all the hinges used are made of stainless steel.in my kitchen design there is a corner hinge and we used to open it in the process they showed us. but surprisingly 10-12 days before certainly at the time of open the cabinet door we saw that corner hinge is broken and we informed it to lifeline appliances. they visited my place and told the against broken hinge kutchina will not provide the replacement warranty. now my question is
1) who will proove it that the borken hinge has no manufacturing defect and it
Had broken only due to the wrong maintainence of customer?
2) what actually is under "replacement warranty"?
After spent rs.60000/- to 70000/- almost a customer will broke the hinge due wrong handling or a "stainlesssteel hinge" can be broken by wrong handling? why are you using corner hinge if it has so problem?

I need the replacement warranty otherwise comany have to proove that the hinge has no manufacturing defect will all relevant documents.

For about last 6 months my Kitchen chimney made by Kutchina is out of order. I purchased this from Sunny Traders, Agartala Tripura. I have lodged a complaints and repeatedly contacted with the local dealer but no repair was done. Model name is Kutchina ARC... PCV Old model. Sl. No[protected] and date of installation is 6/7/2009. According to the vendor motor of the machine is out of order.

My Chimney Ser No is[protected] and installation date was 06/07/09. For last six months my machine is not working. I have lodged complaints with sunny traders of Agartala, Tripura but they are telling that you are not proving spare parts and hence they are not able to repair. Whatever may be the truth I am suffering. Chimney does not start. Local agent has told that one circuit is needed to be replaced.

We purchased a water purifier this year in April from one of the kutchina salesman, Dankuni.
Now last week one of the technician visited our home for their first maintenance and they goofed up making a mess of the complete machine after which the machine cannot fill in the water in the reservoir completely. We had called there offices so many times from last Friday but again like hopeless person they were very quick to provide us with a docket no. and a tentative day when can a so called technician visit us for home visit to repair or who knows a second mess..They are so unprofessional that they wont spend time on listening the complete issue and rather provide you a docket # and then hang up on your face. When tried to reach them again they gave us assurance that we are seeing to it right now again the same thing no response from them as if they don't care who we are and they have nothing to do with there customer's problem is.
Lastly i would like a replacement / refund of our money/product and will never ever buy anything from this company.

I am using Kutchina Stanza autoclean model which was purchased from MYYRIAD. I have taken paid service (including motor clean @ Rs. 550/-) from service center of MYYRIAD in June. After 2 months of service we noticed that oil is not getting collected in the tray also oil is dropping.
I complaint the same to the same service center. One technician from the service center visited my chimney and told that last service was not proper and due to which oil is dropping. Now complete motor service is required. He asked for money to do service. I told repeatedly to the service center that I paid the service charges but service was BAD and due to which I am facing problem. The service center is now not taking any interest to resolve this problem free of cost.

I am highly dissatisfied with service quality from Kutchina.

I had entered into an annual maintenance contract with kutchina on 14/01/2014 for three tears on payment of rs, 3600.00 in advance for periodical maintenance of kutchina = vogue kitchen chimney. But despite my several call booking they failed provide the services. I had booked on 01/07/2016 vide docket no.[protected] but despite my several reminders the did not provide the services as yet.
Most funny, the company closed my docket on 02/09/2016 by sending a sms.

I am very much DISSATISFIED with your service. In spite of calling 3 times my servicing was not done. Still my Hob ( oven ) and Chimney is not working properly. I made a payment of Rs.3000 for 3 years AMC on 24th May'16 from Kutchina's Authorised service center ACE Marketing. Now while tried to contact ACE Marketing, they were non contactable. We called last servicing persons mobile no and he said now ACE Marketing is no more their Authorised service center. Their representative Mr. Sanjit Chowdhury collect the amount who picked up my call and told now they will serve from Chinar Park service center but now he is also not taking calls. Came to know that Sanjit Chowdhury still attached with Kutchina and means the money is stolen from me.

I called customer care of Kutchina and they clearly told now this service center is unauthorised by us and its your problem how you will take service from them.

Now as a consumer I paid to Kutchina, it is absolutely none of business how they are running their business. In May ACE Marketing was authorised center but now all of a sudden came to know its unauthorised center. It is obvious that Kutchina know that ACE Marketing will not provide any service. Its clearly a cheating case by Kutchina. Kutchina can not deny their responsibility and cant take my heard earned money.

I had bought a chimney and the 4 burner cooktop for my house. The cooktop has had issues since day one. One of the burner was missing to start with and it was squarely blamed on me that I must have lost it. The whole box and everything was kept as it is but the company was not ready to believe me. I paid for the burner since I had to get it running.

After 1 month one of the knobs got stuck and would not turn off. ( A big hazard and safety issue). It was corrected by directly contacting the service person (worker) because their helpline numbers always goes unanswered.

Now almost 3 months after buying, one of the burner has stopped working and as usual there is no way to get through to any helpline listed by them. Its like sell the product take the money and forget it.

Pathetic product and Pathetic after sales support.

I am writing this complaint in great dismay, that what kind of customer tollfree works on a time bound basis. I want to request for a service for my kutchina chimney which I am trying to log a service request but it says that we have to log it between a specific time in which I am not available. I have also left several voice SMS for a call back which I have never got. Please escalate otherwise I will go to Consumer Forum for the maatter.

Sir i bought a water purifier model-purica excel before a month on 12.07.2016. The mrp price not mentioned anywhere by company neither in product box nor in companies website. Further purifier was not certified by nsf wqa nor certified by isi mark. The sales manager fixed deal in rs.19000/- and took rs.1000 as an advance in favor of company name just before a day of product delievry. Next day they delivered & installed product and took a cheque amounting to rs. 19000/- (Axis bank cheque no.417442) instead of 18000. They called me back that i given them extra 1000 rs. But they not returned the same amount till date even after several request. Also the product is very poor not worth the price.

I change the filter candles every year but this year not supply candles your agent esser marketing 1191, jessore rd. Kol. - 28. At that moment i told that a candles need to be replaced and he say it was not available with him he will replaced it within few working days. But its now more then few month passed neither he visited nor he has given any response to my phone calls.

I am using your kutchina water purifier prime model. On last 11/07/2016 one representative name mr. Ajit mudiar from bajoria appliances pvt ltd, basistha road, h/no-6. Rukmini nagar, guwahati, assam visited for servicing my purifier on my request. At that moment he told that a candle need to be replaced and as it was not available with him he will replaced it within two working days. But its now more then one month passed neither he visited...

Complaint was launched on 24.06.2016 regarding chimney not working bearing no:[protected] after that 2-3 times reminder was given on co's call center bearing no: [protected] & [protected] regarding resolving the same but no action was taken finally yesterday, representative call me up (Mr prakash pawar) mob. No:[protected] & told me that he will attend the complaint & resolve it but to my surprise he got annoyed saying that this is not a service issue, this machine is not working you should have inform earlier. You people live so far off & for your stupidity i will again have to come back & as there were only ;ladies at home, he became more aggressive & started using abusing language & when one of the family member started to call security, he absconded shouting foul words.
We want strict action against him or else we will have to take legal action against him.

I had purchased one stanza model of kutchina chimney from duliajan, assam. It stopped working before warranty ends. I complained to the seller. After almost 7/8 days of hardship i got the service. Now it again stopped working and i complained to customer care network on july 29th. They provided me a docket no:[protected]/07/2016. But no response from any service provider till date. Only a few e. Mails are coming to me. Now the paintings of my kitchen is gradually damaging due to smoke. I am searching there policy to take back my chimney. But no response. Now i have no alternative to purchase a better product, throwing it to my scrap materials go-down and to file a case to consumer forum.

I had lodged a complaint vide docket no[protected] Two tecnicians attended the fault.It was a cronic problem, frequently exaust pipe is getting chocked due to birds nest.Few months back same problem occured.I requested to replace the end panel( carol) with a suitable protective manner or modify the existing item.But same problem has occured.I requested the service tecnicial to take remedial action.In case, i asked if yourlevel is low i can raise the level of Kutchina official to take proper remedial action. my utter surprise, one of the technician started abbusing me what do you mean by lower level to me.In hot argument he has uttered that i am sparing you because of your age otherwise i would have shown you my colour, nobody dare to talk like this in new town.I was forced to leave my place to that technician.And they have left the place keeping all the items of chimney in dismentalled condition.
I am an ex General Manager of Airports Auhoriy of India and very old customer of Kutchina .I strongly lodge complaint to the technician who attended the complaint.Also i request not to send this type of service technician in future to my place.I am enclosing the photograph of the present dimentalled condition of chimney

We are using a kutchina chimney model smartec. we have amc from 23/12/13 to 23/12/16. we had paid rs 3, 600. the last servicing was done on 3/04/15. after that no one has come for servicing. we have contacted many times. we have paid via cheque no 233747 hdfc bank.

We urgently require servicing. kindly look into it.

I order a chimney Bajoria Appliances Pvt Ltd on[protected] through the marketing representative by named Mr. Amir with an amount of Rs. 2000/- cash and the rest payment was paid through A/C payee cheque in installment basis. But till now the chimney was not delivered to me. I took up the matter with Sr. Marketing Executive but till they are unable to reslove the issues
