We purchased a water purifier this year in April from one of the kutchina salesman, Dankuni.
Now last week one of the technician visited our home for their first maintenance and they goofed up making a mess of the complete machine after which the machine cannot fill in the water in the reservoir completely. We had called there offices so many times from last Friday but again like hopeless person they were very quick to provide us...

I am using Kutchina Stanza autoclean model which was purchased from MYYRIAD. I have taken paid service (including motor clean @ Rs. 550/-) from service center of MYYRIAD in June. After 2 months of service we noticed that oil is not getting collected in the tray also oil is dropping.

I had bought a chimney and the 4 burner cooktop for my house. The cooktop has had issues since day one. One of the burner was missing to start with and it was squarely blamed on me that I must have lost it. The whole box and everything was kept as it is but the company was not ready to believe me. Ltd is making fraudulent/misleading promises to the customers (Like me) in the name of annual maintenance contract (Amc), which promises to provide 2 years of free servicing; but just after the payment they started to ignore all the servicing calls and complaints.
