Dear sir/madam,
I am a retd. University professor and emeritus professor aged 68 yrs. My wife aged 67 yrs has repeatedly requested your kutchina service centres and customer complaint section to send a technician to clean our chimney which is under prepaid 3 yr amc. Do you take cognizance of complaint only when the complaint is made to consumer redressal tribunal? Your staff are highly irresponsible and bluffers who only provide lip service and tell that a technician will soon contact you and such lies whenever contacted. I'll now surely bring the matter to the notice of the consumer redressal court to punish such fraudulent companies who collect money with promise to provide a painless service only to fleece the unsuspecting customers, unless i find a technician right at my house (B-2/325, kalyani) within the next two days, i'll be compelled to take appropriate action against you to give you a lesson that not all customers can take false promises for your sympathy to customer's cause eternally and it is a legal offence not to provide the services after taking money in advance to provide proper services without any cause at all.
Thanking you and for carrying this stern message to your support team of kuchina technicians. You are simply causing worries and pains to an aged couple, a charge which will also cause you pains in the tribunal if i have to act now in this direction.

I have bought kutchina chimney (Stanza) two years ago, company gave me one free service instead of three. Since last six months it has stopped working. I
Have complained to [protected] and [protected] of agartala. Problem hearing one of them replied it is a circuit problem, now it is not available in agartala, when it will come we will contact with you, but after six months none has come to solve the problem, other gave me another mob no [protected]

My name is Diptyajit chakraborty, I am using a Hobb of Kutchina. I have bought it in December 2015 but since 16 days it not working properly as the utensils are getting black when the Hobb is spreading Flame.
I have registered a complaint by phone on customer care and they provided the docket number[protected] on 12th may and confirmed that your issue will be resolved within 1 week but not a single person has come my home to solve the issue and from that date I am unable to use the Hobb. I don't know which kind are service Kutchina is providing to the customer but if my problem will not resolve within this week then I definitely raise a complaint on Consumer Forum against the worst service providing by Kutchina.
At the time of selling the your representative are talking about the name and fame of Kutchina and it's brand valve and the time of providing the service to the customer I can seen the efficiency of Kutchina to harassing the customer and not providing any service to customers. I am using many companies product and they are providing the service but among the Kutchina's service is the poorest.

Please resolve my issue within this otherwise take back your product from my home.

I had purchased kutchina chimney vogue ss through interior person (Santu roy) and he had made a payment to kutchina dealer person amit saha of (Lokenath kitchen decor - [protected]/[protected]) who says that they are the dealer of kutchina. Now it is more than 15 days and iam surprise that they are denying to pay the bills and warrenty cards. I want to cancel my order and need the money refunded else arrange me all the documents related to the chimney.

The biggest blunder i have made is to opt for kutchina autoclean chimney and kutchina cooktop. For the last 2 weeks i have been following up to get the same serviced (Paid service that too) but the service person in bangalore mr. Omkar has been highly unresponsive. Kutchina have had major issues with after sales service for the last 5-6 years. The service persons have changed several times. Last saturday i have made over a dozen calls to mr. Omkar but he has not responded to my calls. Now that i have spent money on these appliances i need to get them serviced.
The cooktop is 4 burner glass top one where the biggest burner has major problems for which i have not been able to use it for the last 2 weeks.
This is serious safety concern which is falling on deaf ears.

Pl see the enclosed pictures which is self explanatory about the quality of material used for the body of kutchina vogue ss. I had purchased the unit in mid 2012 and within 4 years the whole body started to rust. In my unit in the whole body the rust had spread and it’s very disappointing that with such a reputed brand like kutchina such incident occurred.

My unit is always under amc through kitchenx and current c/code :712 no 2006 dated 28.06.2015 valid till 02.06.2018

Hence you will take this complaint very strictly and arrange for the replacement at the earliest.

I am writing this as i am literally frustrated with your service. I have selected & paid for modular kitchen & chimney in january & i had to literally follow up with your retailer to get it completed by april when the material was ready within days. The whole amount was paid before the actual start of the work, however your retailer does not have that much of sense about delivery as i had to keep calling them from london almost every week to get the work completed. However the work is still not complete & i am still waiting for the waste bin bag. Every time your retailer tells me that it is out of stock & we will call you soon but it never really happens. I still wait for their call. Finally they said me why don't i log a complaint for this.
As a customer do you think i don't have any work & i need to follow up with your retailer & you all the time & chase you even after paying the full amount in advance. Is this the way you treat your customers & fool them. Don't you know the meaning of the word eta? If you don't have that much of business ethics & if you don't know on time delivery then please inform customers at the beginning itself. There are 100s of vendors available in the market who knows these stuffs & can give delivery.
Can i get this sorted out asap rather then further follow up with you? I do have important activities to take care rather than running behind kutchina. Also make your retailer understand all these meanings & how to treat customers. Please understand by giving delivery you are not doing a favour to customers. Customer has paid you for the service.

I entered an annual maintain contract vide sl. No. 397 dated 08.07.13 with kuchina, through sriram's appliances, bankimpally, madhyamgram, kolkata-700129, for 03 years amc for my kuchina kichen chimney model 'stanza' with a condition that the co. Will provide 4 free services per year (For 1 year amc the number of free service is 03 per year). The amount paid is rs. 3, 600/- under money receipt no. 859 dated 08.07.13.
But it is sad to mention here that after about 1and 1/2 years of satisfactory servicing, the servicing center persons started behaving differently. First of all no servicing persons were vising of their own. I have to call them several times wasting my time and energy for the servicing done at the expiry of scheduled period (I. E. Every 03 months). Continued in the next complain as the space is insufficient.

I have launched a complain regarding my Kutchina RO(Purica DLX)being unfunctional for the last 12 days at the Dibrugarh branch, Assam but could not get the proper help.Moreover, the technicians in this branch are unresponsive.

Then I called the customer service 3 days back and still no results or response has been made.My docket no. is[protected].

Kindly take immediate action regarding this.

I have 2 kuchina hobs one is 3 burner and another is 2 burner. These were crashed during cooking. We have lodged complaint vide no.[protected] dated 28.4.16 through registered mobile no. [protected]. We have made at least 12 phone call so far to their toll free no. but no action has been taken by this co.
Now a days when Govt. is taking special care to prevent fire accident and public is more concerned about safety in Kitchen, how a so called leading gas appliance manufacturer can ignore such a serious complaint. They are charging more than 10 times of standard gas oven without providing any guarantee of safety and maintenance.

The matter should be taken legally for safety / security of general public.

Despite my lodging service request machine has not been attended for servicing since january 2016. Last service was due in jan-16. And now another service is due in may-16. Despite my three request on 6/5/16, 10/05/16, 12/5/16 machine has not been attended till today i. E. 13/05/16. This is deficiency in service at local service center level. I think even they have not lodged the complaint in proper way. Please look into the matter

I've called several times for servicing for our chimney but they didn't come. I've already signed the AMC and paid the whole amount for 2 year of servicing but for the past 2 months I'm constantly calling to get a servicing for the chimney and they are not responding at all. Whenever I call they say they have no men to work right now. We are suffering for this matter. If they are not coming then what have I payed for?

I Arghya Kar, a resident of Sahebpara Sonarpur kolkata 150 ordered a full modular kitchen from Lifeline Appliances an authorised representative of the Kutchina Bajoria Home Makers Pvt Ltd. The product was installed on my residence on 22nd May 2013. After using it for two years we noticed that saw dust like particles falling from the interior part of the unit. It is increasing day by day. I informed the matter to the representative of the company but no redressal of the problem has yet been made. The product is not at all fit for use. I request the company to take immediate necessary steps to solve my issue at the earliest. I have sent some pics as attachment for your consideration.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased 1no. SCOTT model (KUTCHINAchimney) from BAJORIA APPLIANCES PVT LTD, Kalyani on Dec'15. Your sales executive's name is Mr. Suman Das([protected]).

We have called your service department more than 1 months before for free service as well as to provide solution to protect the disturbance from birds at outlet hose pipe.

Your service personal came and he told to my wife that the bird protection can not be fixed as the hose is very poor quality and not as per Kutchina's standard. He also told that the 1st installation also wrong and we have purchase the hose newly. After that he left without fixing the hose properly and that time we were not able to use the chimney.

After that I called up Mr. Suman to look after the situation, after 2 days he confirmed that everything done and supplied as per Kutchina's standard. But still my chimney was is no use condition.
I have called again to your service department, they attained and fixed the hose in very layman manner by using paper packing at the joint of machine and hose. Now it is working condition but exhaust is not happening fully because smoke is accumulating in kitchen itself. He also told the same thing that 1st installation was not proper, hose is poor quality. The hose is fixed now -- it visibly poor condition, pic attached.
Please understand we have purchased your product from your office not from any sales personal, as because we have a faith that your brand name and services.
My product is not working, please provide your earliest response to correct this.

This is for my 5 burner glass top hob which recently had an ignition problem though the techinician from ur side visited and rectified it but unable to refine the timer circuit problem .even my hob is found to have discoloured glass about which I complained and a concerned person visited but said the glass top has to be replaced .my hob HB 5bq DLX was purchase from turning point Vapi Gujarat on[protected].as this is under the guaranty period I am sure I will get a positive feedback and the technician will visit within no time

I am dr prasenjit surai, residing at vill+po. Biprannapara, p. S. Domjur, dist. Howrah purchased one kutchina purica ro (No.[protected] from vertex marketing concern of67/7, college road, b. Garden, howrah-1 on 13.05.2014. Annual maintenance contract was done with the same concern on 05.09 2015 for one year. The bill no. Is 685. I have got one service on 19.12.2015. I have requested the concern on 02.04.2016 for another service (Dochet no. 32/04). Again l have telephoned many a times but they are not attending the calls all times. I am facing great problem. Otherwise i have to purchased drinking water. Today i have also telephoned. They told me that they will send the man in next week. I will wait to purchase water or what shall i do?

I have purchased a kutchina purica. Model number kutchina puricadlx purica excel. The unit gets bad within few days of purchase. It is giving mechanical sound . From last 15 days the indicator light is not glowing, when i lodged a complaint the engineer came to check and he informed that the cercuit board needs to replace.. Engineer informed that that he will repair the part insted of replace.And from last 10 days there is no update.. I have more than 2 kutchina products .. Please suggest i am really fade up of this service.
