I have a AMC service for the Kuchina Chimney. Despite several reminders service engineer does not turn up. It is very inconvinient as my open kitchen set up gets extremely dirty causing health hazard for my father in law (82 years) and son(3 years). Please intervene to ensure that the service is provided on time. or my money is refund on prorata basis
Given below is the mail conversation of the complaint.
Dear Concern,
With deep regret, i would like to bring to your notice that the after sale service provided by Kutchina is simply pathetic and horrifying.
I have a Kutchina Chimney AMC for 3 years period and have booked the quarterly service at the customer care number on 24th December 2016.
Till date the service engineer has not come to my house despite lodging a complaint at the toll free number for 3 times.
Every time, i get an assurance that the issue will be resolved in two days but with no positive results.
I need an immediate solution to this matter. I am not ready to pay you in advance for the service and then be cheated.
I also do not have the spare time to call and follow up for services that i have already paid for. If I do not get a resolution to this issue in next 48 hrs time, i will take up the case legally with consumer forum. If you cannot provide timely service, please refund the money immediately.

Dear Kuchina Team,
It is extremely sad to let you know, I have again experienced extremely poor service from you.
Service request was booked on 18th April 2016, with docket number[protected]. Till date post 4 follow up calls to the customer service desk, I still do not know when the technician will come to my home.
Last time, post your intervention technician had come and detected issues of wear & tear in the exhaust pipe( outlet pipe). He was supposed to replace the same. Till date that has not been done.
Trust me, I have never faced these sever issues of after sales service with any other appliance company.
Please let me know, if you can help in this regard; else request you to refund my AMC money.

Dear Concern,
It has now become an inevitable part of my life to struggle for AMC service of Kuchina. Post making several calls to the customer care number for last 1 month, nobody has turned up to provide the service that I have already paid for. Please see if you can intervene and help.
Also request you change the registered mobile number to [protected]. Let the service technician contact this number for any confirmation.

Its Mid November now and the service agents have not turned up for a call which was made in Sep.
Please update the status.
Only your appology will not solve my problem.
