    My AMC for Kutchina for Vogue chimney is getting over on 12/12/2016. As my last of the three services is due, I repeatedly called up Kutchina today at their toll free telephone number from 1pm to 5 pm. Every time I received the automated reply that my call was important to Kutchina but I must call back later as all their executives were busy.Finally at few minutes after 5 pm I was told that the office was closed for the day, I should call them up on next working day. Once I could contact Kutchina's enquiry desk, the lady receiving my call very sweetly advised me to try the toll free number. I tried their website, there also the same toll free number is displayed. It seems Kutchina has deliberately kept only one complaint channel with all 'very busy' executives to thwart the customers once the machine was sold.

      I purchased a Kutchina Hobs (Model HB-2BZ Excel in March, 2015. I started facing problem with the appliance in early October, 16. After reporting the matter to your Customer Service Call Centre, a technician came on 07 October, 16, inspected the appliance, carried out some general cleaning and servicing and advised that for one of the burners, a component needs to be changed; and for this, I had to log in a fresh complaint. I acted accordingly and my docket number is[protected] dated 14 October, 16. Since then, I am following up the matter without any success. Every time I call, I get a standard reply saying that the part is on the way and would be available in the next week and the problem would be resolved. Like this, I must have made at least ten calls and Kutchina has "shifted the goal post" every time. I am truly surprised with the poor service of Kutchina I am a 70 years old retired Mechanical Engineer staying with my wife only who is also of nearly my age. I am unable to take your harassment any more. Kindly treat this message as a warning message. If my problem does not get solved within 7 days from now, I shall be constrained to report the matter to the District Consumer Redressal Forum.

        Kutchina Ring burner is disturbing a lot. I have bought this oven from dealer of Baharampur, Murshidabad. But the dealer of Baharampur, Murshidabad is telling that the burner is not available.As the burner's life is more than 3 years so it may take a replacement I understand, but the unavailability of burner is a harassment to my family.
        Please look into this matter and provide me a new ring burner as soon as possible.

          I am Dr. Tapati Chakravarti. I purchased Kutchina Chimney, Machine Code No.[protected], on 16.12.2015 and installed on 16.12.2015. My warranty card/ free service coupon is 65353336.

          I have been requesting repeatedly since November, 2016 to provide third free service, as promised by the company in writing, for the aforesaid machine over phone No. [protected] which is given in the first page of warranty card for calling for free service.

          But, the said Service Centre has not extended service in spite its commitment to do so.

            I have purchased a electric chimney model vogue on 23.11.2015 vide customer code no. 1080 in the name of papia bhattacharjee.in which 3 free services are available on 1st service was 15.03.2016, 2nd service was 15.07.2016 & 3rd service was 15.11.2016.in which 2 free services has already entertained. But regretted to inform you that inadvertently i can't docket to you within the stipulated date for my 3rd free service. Today when i docket to you for my 3rd free service, they told me that i can't avail this service, as the date has already been completed.

            I want to take amc for my chimney for 3 years if you allow me last free service as on date.

              I have made 1 year annual maintenance contract of my kuchina make electric chimney (topaz) through bajoria appliances (p) ltd. ludhiana (punjab) vide amc no. 021466 dated 06-06-16 which is installed at my residence h. no. 25-a north avenue, bhadson road, patiala (punjab). the amount paid was rs. 2640. almost 6 months have passed since amc but it is a matter of regret that no person from the service center has come up for service despite repeatedly contacting the service center at telephone no. [protected]. even no service request no. is being provided. every time it is said by the madam attending telephone that person will come for service within two days.
              I request you to kindly intervene in the matter and send the person for service. if no person is available for servicing my amc contract amount of rs. 2640 be refunded to me immediately.
              Waiting for an early action in the matter please.

                I purchased kutchina vogue chimney from adealer at jadavpur on 17.11.15. Three free after sale services are to be provided as per purchase contract. The sevice agency of the company at baghajatin seem to be not interested in such service other than amc, so their receptionist was rather rude from the very first interaction while i sought mandatory service. But the painful experience came when i contacted for last service. The contact no given to us by the salesman for service centre was out of sevice from the day 10.11.16 till 18th when without finding alternative i called the technician who came for sevice earlier. He gave me an altrnate no and when i contacted onthis no the receptionist curtly told me that as 16.11.16 has passed no more service can be provided. I told her the reason & sought her higher official no. She refused to give.
                I am really pained & now feel my choice of co. Was wrong

                  I have a AMC service for the Kuchina Chimney. Despite several reminders service engineer does not turn up. It is very inconvinient as my open kitchen set up gets extremely dirty causing health hazard for my father in law (82 years) and son(3 years). Please intervene to ensure that the service is provided on time. or my money is refund on prorata basis

                  With deep regret, i would like to bring to your notice that the after sale service provided by Kutchina is simply pathetic and horrifying.

                  I have a Kutchina Chimney AMC for 3 years period and have booked the quarterly service at the customer care number on 24th December 2016.

                  Till date the service engineer has not come to my house despite lodging a complaint at the toll free number for 3 times.

                  Every time, i get an assurance that the issue will be resolved in two days but with no positive results.

                  I need an immediate solution to this matter. I am not ready to pay you in advance for the service and then be cheated.

                  I also do not have the spare time to call and follow up for services that i have already paid for. If I do not get a resolution to this issue in next 48 hrs time, i will take up the case legally with consumer forum. If you cannot provide timely service, please refund the money immediately.

                  Last time, post your intervention technician had come and detected issues of wear & tear in the exhaust pipe( outlet pipe). He was supposed to replace the same. Till date that has not been done.

                  Trust me, I have never faced these sever issues of after sales service with any other appliance company.

                      I had registered the complaint one month before but yet no response. My hub is leakege. If any thing happen who will be responsible.Customer care is taking only time. Even the engineer is also ignoring the same.The probl m in my hub is on regular basis. But the companies representative is ignoring this.                         I bought the HoB from Shop - Mom Magic, Nerul, Navi Mumbai on 22/April/2015(attached).

                        It worked fine for 7~8 Months, then onwards the flame became weaker and weaker. Thereafter, the burner did not have flames from some parts. So we informed the shop, and they said that it is a gas piping topic.

                        We informed the LPG distributor then he send his person to inspect (11/Feb/2016). Although, they mentioned there is no issues with the LPG, they still changed the pipe, clip and cleaned the LPG valves.

                        Nonetheless, we saw no improvements and we informed the store. We have put complains to the shop, and then they send across service engineer from Kutchina. He came and inspected it. He informed that the Burners have a combustible lining and have worn. We did not believe. Never in my lifetime I have heard such an excuse, that the burners wear out in a year.

                        We went to the store and checked out the same model HoB again and asked the sales man about the burner and its combustible lining. The salesman and the store confirmed that, there is nothing as such which can be worn out.

                        Therefore, we again lodged a complain at the store, and the store send the same person. Basically, saying that the burners go bad in a year, and needs to be repaired year on year. Moreover, it is out of warranty now.

                        Now, recently after all that it started to "blurb" and "go off and on" while it is in use(video). If you see the video, you would observe that it is a life hazard for my family.

                        I am now sure this was a strategy of not replacing the HOB within the warranty and delayed the entire procedure ( the problem started in Feb 2016, well within the warranty period).

                        I would like that the Appliance be replaced with immediate effect or entire money be refunded with interest.

                        Also, if the company cannot improve the quality, such substandard things should be removed from the market. This is a serious Health and Safety matter.

                          I have purchased one smartech Kutchina chimney from local Kutchina Showroom at Jorhat about a month back. Oil dripping from the machine and need servicing by technician. The management responsible for the job was reported consecutively for three days but no body turned up yet.

                            After several telephonic conversation, it is matter of great concern that the people from kutchina has not completed the installation of semi modular kitchen in my home. It is also to be noted that they have also damaged our water supply pipe for which continuous water leakage happens. Now kindly look into the matter so that matter could be resolved at the earliest.

                                I paid rs. 4000 for a 3 years amc to ace marketing. The contract is valid till aug, 2018 but i am not getting the service from ace. When i called kutchina they asked me to pay again for the amc service as ace is no more their authorized dealer. Infact when i contacted kutchina first to book a chimney it was kutchina who introduced me to ace marketing and ace was acting on kutchina's behalf and booked my order for the chimney and that is the reason why i paid the amc charges to ace. But now why should i suffer as a customer due to kutchina's internal problem with ace. Kutchina is cheating its customers by forcing to pay twice for the same service. When kutchina introduced me to ace marketing now it is their responsibility to either arrange for the amc service for which i already paid or should arrange to refund me my money back.

                                I would never recommend anybody to buy a kutchina product. Infact i will share my experience with as many people as possible to make customers aware before thinking of purchasing a kutchina product.

                                  Your salesman told me for 12 instalment, but after taken 2 items amount rs 36, 680, he was taken 6 ch @ rs 6113, from me on 19.07.2016, and told me that company gives me rs3000 back till complete my instalment and month of july and august 2016 he returned me rs 3000 respectivly.                                     I inform you sir that I bought a kutchina chimni on 18th october, 2016 from kalyani branch at kolkata in west Bengal and that day the sales man brought these machine to my home and engineer had installed these purchase machine to my home on that day. I purchased ARC Model and the sales man took the money of 26, 290/- rs from me but yesterday I want to know that the sales man took more money of 1000/- rs from me. This sales man name was Mr.Avijit Mondal and his mobile no is- [protected]/ [protected]

                                    Also I wanted to know that why I want's to know that the sales man took more money of 1000/- rs from me? Buying the kutchina machine, no MRP rate was written on the box.

                                    That's why I decided that I salender these machine and company will be return the money of 26, 290/- to me.

                                      I have booked kutchina goldex model on 29/12/2015 amount of Rs 1500 from Distributor Apex Home appliances.At that time sales person Preetam Dey said that price will be hike in next month but if you booked now you will have not pay the increase price. He also said this booking is valid till one year.At that time the price he gave me was 14190. Now today the market price is Rs12500. One week before l have call him for install the machine.Today on 20/10/2016 he came and told that i have to pay 14190 -(advance1500)=12690. When The market price is 12500 why I will pay more.So pls look at the matter as soon as possible to arrange install the machine at today market price or return my advance amount Rs 1500.

                                        I have called your helpline no to book for free servicing one month ago. I have requested that if the person can visit our home on weekend as me and my wife both are working & not available during weekdays.
                                        The representative said she will look in to it & even confirmed that the person who would be visiting us will give a call prior to coming.

                                        One month passed away but still i have neither received any call from the center.
                                        When i called up today & provided the docket number they don't have any reverts. Just trying to manage me that she will call back.

                                        I have purchases the machine with my hard earnings & if any damage happens to the same due to your negligence you have to replace the same with new machine.

                                        As my machine require servicing but you people are not bothered to provide the same.

                                        The quality of service post sales is very poor & its not even matching the
                                        Brand name of kutchina.
                                        Ultimately your brand name is on stake as you service is just pathetic even worse.

                                        I have purchased the chimney in march 2016 & first service is due for which i have to follow each & every one.

                                        Its a very small request with no major concer i am just cluless how such a big company is running with no service armours.
