I have bought kutchina GOLDEX chimney only 5 months back but after some days oil started dripping and spilling from the chimney top creating a mess around the kitchen. Complained about the problem ( docket no.[protected] and service personnel checked the same. As per them installation was not proper and they suggested some modification which required iron bar and they told us to prepare the same and they will rectify the problem then.

But after arranging all those things we are repeatedly calling toll free service no[protected] for solving the problem (Also filed a docket no[protected] and repeatedly they are assuring that service personnel will be visiting soon. But several weeks have been passed and nobody visited though the product is well under the warranty period.

It is becoming very difficult to cook while oil is dripping from the top.

On 3rd Aug'16 service technician visited, but as per him he was not informed about the problem from service center and so he did not bring any tools for rectifying the problem and left assuring that it will be attended soon and we will receive call from customer care on 3rd Aug. But haven't receive any call.

We have not expected this type of poor service from a reputed company like KUTCHINA.

    Dear sir,

    This is to bring in your notice that kutchina, in collaboration with bajoria appliances pvt. Ltd is making fraudulent/misleading promises to the customers (Like me) in the name of annual maintenance contract (Amc), which promises to provide 2 years of free servicing; but just after the payment they started to ignore all the servicing calls and complaints.

    Being a victim the details are given below:

    I have been using kutchina chimney (Model: stanza ss) since 2012.

    During servicing in march 2016, the service people has convinced us to go for the "annual maintenance contract" (Amc) for 2 years, and accordingly we have paid inr 3223 for the same out of our faith and trust for kutchina/bajoria appliances pvt. Ltd.

    To our utter surprise, we have been experiencing a tremendous lack of interest for servicing since that amc contract payment date.

    In this regard, it is to be noted that we have called the customer care (Email: [protected]@kutchina.com) twice to book a complaint after that amc payment date; first time we got response from kutchina after 14 days and also the problem has not been sorted out as they have sent an incapable service personnel; and the second time we have booked the complaint on dated 29.06.2016 and till date the call has not been sorted out.

    You must understand that a chimney is not only a fancy kitchen product; if it is not being maintained properly time to time it can cause serious casualties.

    I have never expected such unprofessional and unscrupulous service from a company like kutchina.

    Out of my utmost disappointment, i am lodging my complaint so that strict action shall be taken against this fake/fraudulent/misleading customer care behaviour and service.

    Please take immediate action.

    Dear Sir,

    This is to bring in your notice that even after your notification (dated 27.07.2016), Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances, as per their inherent unscrupulous pathetic nature, has not taken any action TILL DATE.

    Even after my continuous follow up through email and phone, since March 2016, they haven't taken any fruitful action in this matter till date.

    Hence, I can assume that they have simply cheated and consumed the whole AMC contract payment money (i.e INR 3223) and I believe that this what they do with every random customer.

    Hence, I urge you to take strict action against this FRAUD and PATHETIC company.

    In addition please also notice that someone named "SANGEETA CHOUDHURY" commented below with a 3 STAR that they will solve the issue at the earliest. This is what they basically do in every 15 days to fool the customers and to get more time and so on. And at the end, when the customers get fade up with constant follow up they simply ignore them and consume their whole AMC contract money WITHOUT A SINGLE SERVICE.

    Sir, I am urging you again to not only remind them but also take strict action against this FRAUD COMPANY. Please.

      After installing the arc model chimney on 18/05/2016 initially it worked well. Customer code no. Id no. 121, machine code no. C[protected]. Thereafter when we started using the same full fledgedly on 14/07/2016, the chimney was not functioning. We called the technician but our complaint was not attended because of his prior engagement. Today after repeated persuasion when one technician visited us there power failure in our locality for which the problem could not be checked. When he was requested to visit us tomorrow he couldn't assure us because of his prior engagement. Kindly send a technician tomorrow to attend our problem so that we can start using the chimney immediately.

      We had bought kutchina 3 burner kitchen hob which is under warrenty period.But out these 3 burners the bigger one gives problem from last three months.We already registered a complaint regarding this problem.No response recevied yet.Also we make call to the kutchina authority, but of no use.please help

        I am suffering problems with my ro after 1 month of purchase..
        I called many of service agents but they refused to come for repair they are just giving dates..
        The water purifier is like a waste for 4 months i am facing many difficulties with this product as i have just purchased it on january 2016..
        So please it's my humble request to get it fixed...

          One year back I have purchased Kuchina Fiona chimney. Any body come and check that installation was wrong . Mechanic drilled many wholes and tried to fix but finally they installed . At the beginning I was not aware but slowly slowly I came to know that the chimney top slant at right side and always oil coming at right corner of front and back. oil not depositing in the oil waste box.
          I called to customer care they asked for re-installation which is chargeable. I
          AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR IN_CORRECT INSTALLATION??
          If re-installation caused problem again then what will I do??

            I have purchased one no. kutchina chimney, model topaz from m/s jagdish chandra & harish chandra bareilly on 20.05.2015. but unfortunately i am not satisfied with your services provider which is stationed at lucknow office. before demo. & installation of chimney many promises had been made regarding services backup. but only two services has been giving in last 15 months. i made a call at your lucknow center in june as well as in first week of july 2016 after lapse of 3rd free service. already two months are over without any response. i have talked many times to the madam station at your lucknow office but all in vain. they are not responding properly.

            Hence, your are requested to look into the matter and make sure that services may be properly provided.

              Dear sir / madam

              We have purchased the subject stated hob on 29.08.2010 and since last 1 month it is out of order and we are trying to contact the service center in pune for servicing as gas is leaking and need servicing to be done. finding no response from pune servicing center. changed address or the phone number is never updated on site that needs to be taken care

              This is very worst and after sales service is very-very-very poor. the pune center is not at all responding. it is very unfortunate that pune center does not have the customer list in pune not sure about other west zone cities

                  Regretfully i would like to inform you that i had made the worst decision of buying kutchina product due to false and fake promises made by its sales executives. I had bought kutchina water purifier 'purica excel' auto clean ro on 19.10.14 from an executive biman mahanta of nagaon (Assam) branch. My machine code is[protected] and my id is 12009690. But due to my utter disgust, even during the warranty period it raised problem twice which was checked by the serviceman. But again for the last two months it has stopped supplying power which the so called serviceman termed 'circuit disorder'. But till now nagaon branch failed to deliver me the circuit or making it usable again.

                  Now sir please, do something as the etiquette and response of the branch members are annoying. They don't even pay heed to it.

                  Why does kutchina sale products if it can't provide service properly?
                  Did the company sale defective products to me?
                  Should i go and complain at the consumer's forum?

                  Hope you will take my complain seriously and do something good at the earliest! A negative publicity and service may not be good for a brand like kutchina!

                    I have installed kutchina full modular kitchen through esser mmarketing at 1191, jessore road, kolkata 28 ph. No.[protected]/6458/5005 in sep 2014 but for last 10 months the racks are not opening properly. The screw are coming out.                       I bought Kutchina Chimney Model No.ARC Machine no.C[protected] on 02.02.2016.

                      Kutchina Company is communicated several times through [protected] but no response yet done. No one attend the service cleaning of chimney. Due date is 30.05.2016.

                      Please depute the representative of Kutchina to attend Chimney service cleaning.

                      It is most urgent to avoid the delay of service cleaning and hamper of chimney.

                        I have Kutchina Angela model. Started AMC with Kutchina from 24/09/2015. AMC No. 016096. My first call for service and some problem was on 27/01/2016, docket No.[protected]. Technician visit on 27/02/2016. And did only 50% of reported complain. After that every week I call them over phone, but no one visited to solve the existing problem. Next complain again on 26/05/2016 for service. Continuing the same phone call to customer care. But till now no one visited. Need to solve as early possible.

                          Amc for the year - 2016-17 of my chimney was done on 21.03.2016. For 1st free service of my chimney as per amc, i have conctacted with concerned person on 07.06.2016. But till date service personnel from kutchina come to my flat at kalyani for 1st amc. Amc of my chimney is yet to be done. I have called concerned person several time. Please help.

                            Date of the incident - april 3rd kutchina marria 3bdl stainless steel burner burst out and i was thrown away from the stove for about 6 m far by my kitchen cabinet door.
                            I had raised a complaint to them via [protected]@kutchina.com on may 3rd after the visit by their engineers gopakumar and srinivas from chennai. Still now the complaint is not resolved
                            I have this gas stove when i installed my kitchen cabinet in the year 2006 by mamre kitchen, t. Nagar, chennai. my choice was to go for an imported hob as i don't want to compromise on safety and specific to german since, i am aware they are strong on safety aspects. The stove has been working fine, except for the auto ignition which was also inspected by your engineers and since replacement is costly i intended to use the stove with gas lighters. During this year on april 3rd -2016 when i was preparing the breakfast, there was a blast in my stove and i was thrown out by the door behind my cylinder and hence succumbed very minor injuries. We have quenched the fire immediately, since i have ventilation in the door for the cylinder this avoided the cylinder to be blown out. I raised this complaint to kutchina toll free and the engineer (Gopa kumar) visited on 8th april and commented that the l connection (From the stove to the cylinder is damaged which would have caused gas leak and blast) he made a comment that the stove is 9 (+) years old and hence this could have happened. Disappointed with his comments raised to the senior person srinivas and he said that this is due to the issue which could have been caused when i replace the gas tube connections. I replace tubes once every month cautiously, he commented that is not required and said once every 3 years replacement could be done hence not an issue with the stove at all. Now i want to further escalate to have clarity since when this stove has damaged due to blast, i have still purchased kutchina glass hob hb3gb dlx spending 18, 000 rupees (I am still confident on the safety aspects on german manfr) i wanted to validate if the shelf life of the stove is 8 years i don't want to have this new stove with me (As mentioned by your service engineer) please clarify where in the safety manual or in your website you have mentioned that the shelf life for the stove is x years and consumer should change the gas tube only once every 3 years??? When i had invited your service engineer for service earlier during may 2015 why did they not inspect the weakness in the l tube connector??? I wanted immediate attention to my query compensation for the poor quality of the old stove which caused a blast (Touchwood iam alive now, by gods grace) confirmation on the shelf life of the stove, if it is less than 8 years i wanted immediate cashback of my purchase of the new stove confirmation on the safety manual that the gas tube only need to be changed once every 3 years, (As against the one that i have been changing only once every year so total only 10 changes which has caused to break the l connector)

Presently I realize its required some servicing because its do not do the suction /exhaust of his capacity. Till date I am not attended any kind of service by your service Centre.                                 Dated 11th Nov 2015, I have purchased Kutchina Amora 90 Chimney with serial number[protected] from Mahaveer's.

                                I would like to inform you that the product is very good but it has come to our notice that the guarantee card we have received inside the sealed box is of Kutchina Topaz Aster bearing serial number[protected].

                                Also it has been brought to our notice by the company representative that the Oil Collector is missing inside the box.

                                The installation date is 30th April 2016 and the service code number is ikm/03/0416.

                                Request you to kindly send us the correct guarantee card as well as the oil collector to my registered address at the earliest.

                                  Please be informed that the Kutchina water purifier is out of order at our residence since the last 15 days.
                                  Unhygenic water can lead to serious trouble to everybody in the house, specially the children aged 5 yrs and 7 yrs. respectively.

                                  The 1st call was docketed on 14th may vide docket no.[protected] and there was no response from your service centre.

                                  The second complain was againg docketed on 27th May vide docket no C13/05, till now no response.

                                  Kindly let me know how much more delay to be expected for the above appliance to be functional.

                                    Sir/ Madam,
                                    I had purchased a Kutchina hobs and chimney in 4-5 years ago. For said purchased I have received a bill which is kept at my home.

                                    I had complained so many times to the service centre of Kutchina in the month of March-2016 to repair burner lower plate of Kutchina Hobs and many other problems also. Accordingly representative of Kutchina visited at our address but they regret to not completed the said work and even not replaced the said parts as the item is not in their stock.

                                    Now, this is the month of June-2016, may I know how many days I will be waiting for these parts of Kutchina hobs as this is really working very hard for day to day cooking for our family.

                                    Representative of Kutchina said these parts are not available this time and whenever it comes we will inform you. Almost 3 months over till date no work has been done so far. So what can I do? I had purchased these items only 4 years back.

                                    Please look into this matter as I am a Senior Citizenship and an Ex-Serviceman.

                                      On great persuasion from your company amc no 008169 was made on 23.02.2015 with a validity period of 03 years i. E. Up-to 22.02.2018 on payment of rs. 4000/- by cheque. 400510 sbi sivasagar. The chimney machine code no[protected] model vouge product k/c.
                                      First year service already lapsed, no service engineer visited in-spite of repeated request to the person concerned. Mandatory checks during amc period was not done. Kindly do the needful at the earliest, else complaint to be registered to consumer's forum. Changkakoti.

                                      AMC no 008169 dtd. 23.02.15 with Kutchina Chimney for three years on payment of R's.4000/- . One year service already lapsed. Mandatory checks during amc period did not attend . Required compensation either by returning money or extending validity period. changkakoti.

                                        Last year on 27th april, 2015 we bought a kutchina kitchen auto clean chimney by my father’s name. We called kutchina service center and they came and replaced my brand new chimney circuit with old repair circuit. They replaced same circuit two times in last 1 year. From last week it was not working.

                                        I purchased brand new model and within warranty they were replacing circuit with old repair circuit. And within 1 year the circuit failed to work two times. It is not acceptable. I am not satisfied to kutchina customer services. We had only one year warranty. Now again it is not working your old repaired circuit after my warranty period.

                                        As per kutchina customer service response. They would not provide free service for this repaired old circuit.
