A service request has been made thru' customer care (Docket no.[protected] dated[protected] thru' customer care executive ms. Swati) again a reminder call was made on[protected] to ms. Chitra. During both the telecons both the executives assured a response from technician within 72 hours.
Most regretfully place on record that i have not received any call till date from mumbai service center (Apparently defunct) and this 8th september 12-month warranty will expire, absolutely poor response in comparison with multinational competitors.

Purchase dealer has not provided me the warranty card at the time of purchase.Only purchase invoice was provided but for serving the chemney warranty card is required as per service boy.
It is therefore requested to provide warranty card from your end to solve the problem.

    Hi,

    I have installed a kutchina hob at my kitchen on dec-2016 & the product is currently under warranty - i made a call to kutchina service center on 5 july, 2017 as the hob burners damaged fully along with it's electric auto ignition function. The service person came on the same day and agreed that the burners & electric auto ignition needs to be changed. From that day to still i have called several times to kutchina, but the burners are still not changed. Also the auto ignition function is not replaced at all. Every time kutchina is asking to wait by saying that the parts are not available and i am unable to use the purchased product from last 2 months.

    I thought to write for complaining about it in consumer forum, please can you help me here?

    I have bought kutchina modular kitchen from their chinar park head office. the sales representative has been transferred now. The handles are of very poor quality. their person visited twice at my home and confirmed that they will replace but they are not doing the same.

    I am unable to find the new AMC card necessary for getting our Kutchina Chimney - Vogue serviced. The service has been long due.
    Requesting the office to as soon as possible issue me a Duplicate AMC card to resume the servicing of our Kitchen chimney - Vogue.
    An earlier response / replacement regarding this matter would be appreciated.

    I purchased and installed Purica Excel RO+AO on dated 05/09/2019, before warranty Expire I have been reported them but nobody response avoided will their negligence. Now the warranty expired.

    So, there I have been writing a complain against your local dealer at Uttarpara, Hooghly for the sales and services.
    Please follows the product and Dealer details as follows:

      I am very sorry to say that again kutchina made me bound to complaint for not giving periodical service. I have three years amc and i have booked a service on 07.08.2017. Several time i have called to customer care but till no action has been taken yet. My registered mobile no. [protected].         I purchased kuchina chimney vogue ss on[protected]. This chimney went out of order in the month of may, 2017. With great difficulty i could get it repaired after 28 days by kuchina authorised party fibas. Both the motors were changed, of course free of cost as it was under warranty period. Chinmey worked for a few month but again it is not working since 17th aug 2017. I am presently chasing fibas daily but they could not send technician with material including motors (They presume that motors are at fault) till the date of this reporting,[protected].
        This is the quality of kuchina chimney that twice in the warranty period (12 months) chimney went out of order. Service is atrocious. It takes days together to attend the fault. I made a mistake in buying kuchina chimney.

          I have entered into annual service contract on 08.05.2017 for 12 months
          Paying rs.1000/- vide money receipt no-10570 dt.08.05.2017 with life line appliances, 140/4, james long sarani, kolkata-700008. As per terms of contract, company is supposed to provide four services in a year w. E. C 08.05.2017 to 08.05.2017. Accordingly, i contacted them on 08.08.2017 for service. They said representative will come to me within 10 days and refused to provide me docket number when asked for. Nobody came within 10 days. I again reminded them on 19.08.2017. They again said representative will attend within 3/4 days. Unfortunately nobody came till date.

            Dear sir,

            My name is subhajit dey and i'm a resident of kolkata. I had purchased a kitchen chimney from kutchina (Model name - smarty) on the 08/06/2017. From the 3rd of my purchase, i'm facing problems with "oil leakage". I had registered a service call with kutchina (Service request no. - [protected]). The service technician visited my place to repair the same but he couldn't. I had to call the service centre again, the service technician came but still no resolution. The third time when i called them up, the technician came to my place and said that he would not look into the problem as it has been found that the model (Smarty) that was sold to me is banned by the company and the production has stopped as it is a faulty model. He asked me to send a mail to - [protected]@kutchina.com and ask for a replacement. I sent a mail to them requesting them for a replacement and at the same time i raised a complaint against their model and the services (Complain no. - [protected]) with their grievance department. I have had email communications with the customer care department, however, there is no resolution and still no replacement. I'm completely fed up now and i have also paid the first emi (As it was financed by bajaj finance). Currently, i don't even need a replacement and want my money back as i dont trust this company and their services. (Even after knowing that it was a faulty and banned model still they haven't replaced the chimney). This is ridiculous!! I'm still facing the problem of "oil leakage" and we all know how poisonous it is. Also, if it falls inside a utensil while cooking it can harm me/my family members. Even after understanding all this they have still not replaced the same. The last communication they had made to me was on the 1st of august, saying that it would get replaced by the end of that week. It is more than 22 days since the last communication they had done. I'm completed frustrated with all this and now need all my money back. (The down payment + emi) and need no replacement. I have attached the invoice copy with this complaint.

            I request you to look into this and help me with the same.

              Hi,
              I am not a customer of kutchina, but was saved from being one. Kutchina employee named Mausam Ghosh came to our house almost thrice, wasting our time, promising us all we desire will be fulfilled.
              They made us do the drawing, make a video of the kitchen and himself did nothing more than just fooling around. On the third day one lady came up with this guy claiming to be some head, showed us a design which was nowhere close to the size and decided design of our kitchen. She promised to make just 2 cabinets and made the cost estimate to be 80, 000 rs. Plus they also took ₹1000 as an advance for coming to visit our home.

              If kutchina is really what it promises to, then here is a fair judgement from a cutomer, " your employees like Mausam Ghosh, sucks. They are just bringing your brand negative publicity."

                Biswajit barman - who lives in guwahati - promised to do all the things for our modular kitchen - he took full money also - but he swindled and deceived us by doing only 80% work - whenever we telephone him he tells us that it will be done - but its been 4 years - no response

I have got two free services but third free service i have informed for docket on 8/8/17. But service center jayram enterprise of 5, d. N. Chatterjee street, belghoria, kol-6, they refused to give third free service due to i have informed after one year and also pressure us for contact amc or service charge for third service.in this connection, i am informing you that last few days i am busy for my nearest person sad demise.                     We got a random call from Kutchina . We wanted to buy a chimney and asked the representative to come and discuss. From C&RC Assosiates 5/22, vivek nagar ( jadavpur pal bazar ) kol - 75, Mr Prabir Das attended the call and came to our house to collect the order for Vogue SS chimney . We paid through cheque . The Chimney was delivered after 4 days and installed . The person who came for installation demanded extra money for pipe . That was also paid . Now, we called C&RC service for 1st service . They asked for the coupons given with the machine . We did not received any coupon . Service provider did not believed that there is no coupon . We called Mr Das he said he donot remember any such case and we have misplaced the coupon . Now, the service for chimney is pending and we have to pursue the service provider to help us . WHY should we not get the coupon ? WHY it was not informed to us to check the service coupon ? Mr Prabir Das mishandled the case and service provider showing rules ?

                    We need your attention to this kind of harresment .

                          Purchased freshy model chimney on 15 january 2017 and got it installed on 19th of january. For the first time, the small rounded-shaped oil collectors came out during cooking without even been touched. After a month or so, the same thing happened and one of the oil collectors fell down suddenly. Worried, called the nearest konnagar service center on 12 july 2017 (Docket no: 17/4750). They registered my complaint and said will send a technician to look into the matter. On 20th july, a technician came and on inspecting said the oil collectors given with the chimney are faulty and are getting cracked due to heat generated during cooking. He said it's a rare case and happens only to some customers.

                          On talking to the service center, as to what to be done, they said i have to buy the collectors and they will not give them for free of cost. I even requested the service center head (Mr. Anup majhi) to provide me free collectors. He said will talk to the company and then only let me know about their decision.

                          My question is:

                          Why will i buy the oil collectors when my chimney is within the one-year warranty period. It is clearly written on the warranty book that "all goods are
                          Warranted against defects arising from faulty design, workmanship and materials from a period of 12 months from the date of installation..."

                          There is no mention of oil collectors not covered by this warranty.

                          I hereby request a full replacement of my chimney with the same model and color at the earliest as i am in a doubt whether the machine is defect-free or not.

                          Looking for a reply from the company's side.

                            Dear sir,
                            I have been using kutchina chimney (Model vogue ss) since 2007 october, recently motor of one of the fans got burnt. We made a complain in customer care on 11/07/2017 (Docket no.-[protected]). When nobody contacted me till 13/07, i searched the internet and located one kutchina service center in sector-5, (Dn-62) with telephone no. [protected]. They told me that they have received information from customer care to attend me. They also suggested to make amc for 5 years at a cost of rs. 5200/ to take care of present and future problems. I had no doubt about their genuinity and signed an amc by paying rs. 5200/-. On the same day evening i received another call from baguihati to inform me that customer care had asked them to take up the job. I had intimated them some other service center has done the job.
                            When the party who signe amc, did not appear next day as promised and day after i called. There was no answer. I went to the address given, dn-62, sector-5, salt lake. This was a large office complex with no sign of any kutchina service center. When i became sure that i had been cheated, i contacted customer care again and made a fresh complain on 18/07 (Docket no. [protected]). When nobody responded by 20th july, i called customer care again. I was told kutchina needs 72 hours excluding the day of complain to attend any complain. Unfortunately even after 72 hours no body contacted us.
                            To our surprise and horror, we noticed that there are many other bogus service providers registered on the internet as kutchina allows free registration without verifying their credentials. We also located another bogus address (Ae-361, sector-1 salt lake, tel no. [protected]).
                            Since kutchina customer care takes unusually long time (4-5 days) to respond, these fraud stars collect information from customer care through their own sources and approach the customer to cheat them. It is difficult to understand when other large companies like lg, eureka fobes, sony etc respond within 24 hours of the complain made, why kutchina needs 4-5 days to respond? Why they allow free registration of other kutchina service providers without verifying their credentials. Is it intentional? Probably kutchina is not aware that their reputation is at stake which is getting eroded by such acts.
                            What about my complain dated 18th july which remain unattended till now.

                              What an embarrassing situation, some engineer named Samit Mondal[protected] called up my wife over her number [protected],

                              and again started taking details of address, which could have easily been collected from the system where the Call was registered.

                              The Engineer said he will attend the Call at 4.00 pm, when insisted to come at 5.00 pm, he immediately said no, then after a pause said he might try, and started insisting if we could be at home to get the Chimney Serviced at 4.00 pm. as they do not render Service after that.

                              I have a simple point to make whether Government of KUTCHINA provides Service beyond 5.00 pm. If they comply that they do not give

                              Services beyond 5.00 pm; like any other statutory warning it should be mentioned in all the Leaflets & Online Portals that I[censored] BUY

                              KUTCHINA WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO PROVIDE ANY SERVICE BEYOND 5.00 pm.

                              Sir, Request you to get the Service Teams Outlook changed, change is the only constant for growth, other wise customers will change to other Brands.

                              I want a firm reply, or else putting it up in the Customer Readdressal forum for taking necessary steps to change the mindset of the Government of KUTCHINA Service Team.

                              Dear Mr. Namit Bajoria,

                              Myself a customer of Kutchina Aster Chimney purchased on 23.04.2017 through Mr. Pradip Banerjee ( [protected] ) of M/s. Unique Water Purifier Pvt.Ltd.

                              From last week I have been trying to get a Call registered through your Customer Care No. [protected], but the toll free number was not accessible.

                              Would like to intimate You that this product was sold & Installed on 23.04.2017 at 6.00 am on a Sunday, as Mr. Pradip wanted to close the deal immediately that the price is going up and they will will be providing Service within 24 hrs just on a phone call.

                              What they forgot to tell and was also not mentioned in the Service Clause was as follows :

                              1) The Service Team will render Service only on their whims & mercy on any day that they fill to do the job.

                              2) Once the Call was registered with lot of follow ups some was supposed to visit our residence on last Saturday ( 15.07.2017), even Mr. Pradip when contacted to help us get the Chimney Serviced, assured to revert within 5 minutes but he never called back. When we Called him back again he said by evening this is getting closed, I had finally called him back at 9.30 pm to know why the call did not get attended, he assured to call me back in next 5 minutes but as usual he did not call back. They could Install & Sale a product at 6.00 am on Sunday but they do not render Service beyond 5.00 pm, how funny !!!

                              3) On Sunday there was no Call from the customer care whether the Chimney will get Service on Sunday or on Monday and if so what time ???

                              4) My wife received a Call yesterday someone from Service stating that what time my wife is available, my wife insisted to get the Call attended after 5.00 pm, as both o[censored]s are working and there is no one in our premises. Instant came the reply from the Service person is that KUTCHINA does not render Service beyond 5.00 pm !!!

                              5) This Service preconditions if had been mentioned during Pre Sales Inquiry that KUTCHINA does not encourage working Couples to buy their Products, as they discourage Service support beyond 5.00 pm.

                              Mr. Namit I had been using a 90 cm Electrolux Chimney since long for more than 14 years and Spares not being available, having quite a good number of Options still indulged in buying Kutchina Product as I personally encourage entrepreneur who have built up the company from the scratch level to a share of 15% share Nationally in the Chimney category.

                              But with such casual disintegrated pathetic Service approach I doubt the Kutchina brand image will erode, unless the situation is corrected right now.
                              Couple of Strong Helpless Customers Review will change the perception of the future probable customers.

                              Request your Personal interference & help to provide us Service support when ever required.

                              Kutchina finally could manage time on 09.04.2018 to reply back to my mail apologizing for all that has happened.
                              I mean Kutchina Service Team took 9 months to conceive (pun unintended) to get to the mood of taking the effort of replying to my mail. The worst pathetic redundant Service Team I have ever interacted with.
                              Mr. Namit Bajoria needs to wake up or the Kutchina brand will get abolished with the negative word of mouth publicity from dissatisfied dejected customers like us.
                              Wkae up please. I had to call up their National Service. Mgr. Mr. Gomes to intervene and get my chimney service done.
                              I only wonder how a common customer who is unable to put up complaints at the right forum might be facing with his Kutchina Appliances. GOD bless Kutchina Service.

                                My machine code no. C[protected]. Installed on 13/10/2016. After first free service on 15/03/2017, oil leaking from base of the florentine chimney hood and the aluminium pipe"s junction. Oil drops spitted allover the aluminium pipe (Outside). On third free servicing on 13/07/2017, it has not been repaired/rectified. Service agent (Code no. 4482) told us to change the aluminium pipe by new one, but he is not interested to do that free of cost or not made any promised for later date. As it is under one year free maintenance, therefore i request you sir, to do the needful, so that my existing problem may be resolved, free of cost at the earliest.

                                  I desired to buy a kutchina kitchen chimney and contacted customer care over phone and accordingly a representative visited our home and demonstrated the products. As per his request i paid him rs. 100/- on 15.04.2017 and told him that he would be informed when the kitchen was ready for installation. He made frequent telephone calls from the telephone no. [protected] to me from two weeks ago for giving him a cheque as the price of the chimney would be increased from 1st june, 2017. I told him i could make a part payment by cheque as the kitchen was not yet ready for installation.

                                  On 31st may he along with a person came to our house and told me that a computer generated bill had already been raised (Without my consent) and demanded the full amount of the product. I declined to pay as the kitchen is not ready.

                                  Consequently he misbehaved with us. I made a complaint on 31st may, but nothing was done, other than just a casual phone call.in this connection i sent reminders on 18.06.2017 and 01.07.2017, every time a new representative called me over phone and told me the same dialogue"let me check the details".. I'm shocked how irresponsible one can be.. Yesterday i made a compliant over phone and i was informed that the advanced money could not be refunded as it was used by the company as the processing fee.. When i asked the representative what processing the company did for me as i didnt order any of the products, she told me the same dialogue "let me check the details".. But they never respond twice... This is a horrible experience..
                                  The representatives who came to my home, threaten me and used slang languages..
                                  I never expected such behavior.

                                    The chimney is not working since 4th july 2017. The complain was registered through your customer care help line and the service technician visited my residence on 5th july and detected that the circuit board is needed to be replaced. He assured me it will be done on priority to make the unit operative, but unfortunately it is still not done till now although a week is over! You people talk about signing amc.. But what confidence you are giving to your customers by delaying this type of emergency repair.. How. Am i trust you if you simply say that delay is due to non availablability of spares / circuit board!!! I am frustrated and disappointed!

                                      One new chimney was installed in my kitchen on[protected], on assurence of rectification on next day, i signed the installation form. Again i compelled to lodge complint in company complaint center ref. No [protected]. I am sorry to say that inspite of daily cheasing till now i. E up to[protected] no body attended the same and i am suffering tremendously. Pl let me informed about result.

                                        I have not gotten your free services for my kutchina products. I have 4 kutchina products and not even 1 free service i s been given!! I have 2 chemnnis and 2 water purifiers, i have also call but, no one took action. The sale man jahid sell me chemni but never came for servicing. Another one named prodip he sell me 2 kutchina products but he also didn't came. What is being going on in the system. I want you people to take action about this situation.
