We have entered AMC for three years for three free services and this time on 16.08.2015 the service person demanding amount for changing the candle of Kutchina Water Purifier. However, the last servicing was done on 09.03.15. There are no calls from the Company for service under AMC, instead Company advised us on 16.08.15 that we have to call them for service of our appliances under AMC. This is ridiculous.
