I am using a Kutchina chimney, Model Topaz ASTER Autoclean, it's been less than one year since we have purchased. The Unit now short circuits, we have checked our electrical connections and everything thing is fine. The issue is with the chimney. We are calling the local service center/the place from where we purchased the chimney but no one picks a call from past 1week, the service is very poor here. Please look into this ASAP. Please make necessary arrangements for service. The service is really very poor in our place.

    28 th june. A mechanic named Mukul from Lokenath Kitchen Solution, Baghajatin came to repair in response to my call. He told us to replace valve & sign a contact of 5 years' A M C by paying Rs 9500/- for free replacement that I paid by cheque. Then he also took the motors & circuits for repair. He assured us to be completed the whole work within 15 days. Now it is going to be 52 days. Our little son suffering from smoke allergy . Colour of the room is being damaged.       I have bought a kuchina (opul) chimney in feb-2015 worth 11000 INR and it is under warranty for one year from the date of billing, My customer ID is11606876, i have requested to the company so many times for servicing of my chimney but even after a lots of communications i didn't get any positive response from the company, i am feeling cheated.

        We have entered AMC for three years for three free services and this time on 16.08.2015 the service person demanding amount for changing the candle of Kutchina Water Purifier. However, the last servicing was done on 09.03.15. There are no calls from the Company for service under AMC, instead Company advised us on 16.08.15 that we have to call them for service of our appliances under AMC. This is ridiculous. The services of said Company is not up to desired level and whenever calls made at Company's number not attended properly and very rude behaviour observed by the persond sitting there. I am very very sorry to inform you that your service provider in Bihar promises false only. So far as my opinion goes your company or field staff is waiting the expiry period of free service which is 15th of August 2015.             I brought a kitchen chimney, Hobs, water purifier from Prabir Chatterjee and Sankar Tikhadar from Damdam kuchina's branch on 27 June 2014, after 42 hrs water purifier got brake down, then after few days chimney also non operative, Hobs also like that... Then I stopped rest amount of payment 5900 Service person repeatedly visited but there is no solution find out After that kuchina's people hijack me from public road took in to their office, pressure me to pay unpaid amount, I also paid it by mental and physical assault So don't go for buy kutchina products, it is simply inport from china and assembled here and sell in market with attractive policies

              my kutchina was due to be served for the first time in 07/2015 after my amc contract executed on 11.05.2015. I tried to contact in ph.no [protected] as provided in the contract. but I was kept awaiting without any response. Please arrange to conduct the first service immediately.

                After Calling on [protected] and explaining that the Chimney has stopped working the executive started asking about the contact number & address & then informed that they have no recrd of the machine & is making a fresh registration & said that the Chimney is out of warranty & there will be a service charge of Rs 600. With i informing him that there has been no person visited after installation he said that I should have called the Kutchina Person & not that they will send a person on their own. Worst Services & Worst People...! Complaint 1. No Free Service Provided 2. No customer Data 3. Very Rude & unfriendly Customer Care. 4. Chimney while installation was said to work trouble Free for minimum 10 Yrs. But has stopped working in two years. As per the discussion with local vendor, there might be a problem with the Circuit which will cost close to Rs 1000 (which according to him might have been Burnt due to voltage fluctuation) and the Chimney has no fuse to protect against surges ...! Looting the Customers...!

                  I had lodge a complaint with Kutchina Service Center on 17-07-15 i.e. docket no. is[protected] from Add : 12/1A/12, Choubaga Rd, Bidhan Nagar South, Kol-39. Due to Kutchina Water Purifier RO DLX was not working properly sometime a error was coming (PP1 & UV cartridge problem inside the machine). Several time i have called to Service Center for resolve the issues, they replied our all technical already go-out to field & we will tray to visiting on tomorrow. Still no body have take action & problem still same. Hope will getting a positive response in shortly..

                  The same thing happened to us as well. Kutchina guys are so tricky. It started giving problem immediately after few days of installation at my home. If I take one glass of water it disburse approx 3 glass of water, such a waste of water. After several complaints they sent their technician and after few days of every serving it had started giving problem. The most funny things was after last servicing its warranty period got expired and immediately after 1 week it stopped working completely. Now the very intelligent Customer Care executives are suggesting to buy new accessories worth Rs 6000/-.
                  I must say these Kutchina business community in Kolkata are very intelligent to make more profit by fulling their customers.

                  Yes, same with me. Every time technician leaves my home, the purifier stops working after 1week. The service is also a disaster. I think these guys should stop producing kutchina RO. I recommend everyone not to buy this. I'm gonna throw it anyway and buy a different brand.

                    I have purchase Kutchina Stanza ss from KHOSLA Garia branch Kolkata 84, on March 25th 2014. I got only two free service. 3rd service not done yet after several contact. Service centre says that time limited for 1 year for free services. As the time over it is not possible to attend free service. Why did not we call them within one year? So the Kutchina customer care is blaming me because of non attending service.

                    Please help me as per your rules and obliged.

                      I bought kutchina chimney from great eastern, Kolkata in Jan 2013, The chimney in just two years time gave up. I don't understand how cheap quality they provide. So after two years the motor got damaged, since the motor is covered under life time warranty So after fighting for ten fifteen days they looked into my matter and I took it to the service center for getting it repaired. I have to take it to the service center myself since my chimney was not attend ed by the mechanic after lying so long and my kitchen was getting all the oil stains. So after repair the chimney broke up after working for a month. So you can see the standard of there work. The quality of spare parts they use to repair, now they are demanding 250 rs as service charge for the chimney. So I replied to him I will myself take it to service center so that I can save my service charge which requires just openings of four screws and ten minutes of time. It's a money making business . They are insisting me on taking AMC, if the quality of there mechanic is such how can take So I need to pay only, they want me to stay there son in law and keep on paying is it possible??

                        Hello, I booked a Kutchina chimney on 09.06.2015 and for this Kutchina Sales Representative Mr. Uttam Pal (Mobile No. - [protected]) came and booked the order on 09.06.2015 with Rs. 1000/- as advance money (ORDER No.- 3542). We installed the Kutchina chimney (ORDER NO- 3543, VOGUE SS) on 25.06.2015 at my residence. At that time due to negligence, the sales representative took the money without deducting the advance amount and I paid extra Rs. 1000/- to Uttam Pal. Later on I realised the next day and contacted Mr. Uttam Pal over his mobile, and he told that he has taken the extra Rs. 1000/- and he will refund back the money to my SBI bank account. For this purpose I provided him my bank account number with IFSC code over SMS. As time moved on, I haven't recieved the money till date today. Moreover the sales representative Mr. Uttam Pal didn't picked up my phone. I called him more than ten times daily. I want to escalate the matter to top management and want the money back in my account (Rs. 1000/-). The name of such a good reputed company is going down for some sales representative like Mr. Uttam Pal.                           I have purchased a FIEONA model chimney on the 27th May 2015 at Patna. The customer code no. being 15902714 & machine code No.C[protected]. Before purchase I was told by the representative (Mr. Shashi Mob [protected]) that the noise level of this model is 58 dba. From the very begining of installation, the chimney is making high noise when in use and I was told that it will be reduced in few days. Contrary to this, the chimney is making high level of noise even today. I made a complaint on 22.06.2015 on toll free No. [protected]. After repeated request A technician (Mr. Alok) from your service centre at Patna came in evening. He inserted ply board in between chimney hood and wall giving an ugly look of the kitchen.Still the noise level was not reduced and opined that there is noise problem in this model. He further observed that the set is faulty. I was told by the service centre that some other technician will visit within two days.On repeated request after two days, one Mr. Pintu Yadav visited on 27.06.2015 but the problem could not be rectified. As there is problem in this model, I was counselled for buying higher model. As this is beyond my budget and had the story of this trouble-some model been explained to me at the time of purchase, I would not had purchased it. Please arrange to take back your chimney and refund me the amount. As I would be out of station for two months w.e.f. 9th July 2015, please settle the issue before my departure from Patna.                           After doing ample research and reference verifications, I purchased Kutchina chimney for my kitchen. Now I can assure you that this is the best chimney for my kitchen. You have to contact the authorized kutchina stores for the authorized services. Please check their authorization before buying Kutchina product from any Kutchina kitchen appliance store.

                            I have purchased one modular kitchen from Kuchina Nagerbazar (Essermarketing)on February 2014.Though it was booked in November 2013 they delayed installation & after repeated reminder they finally installed beyond 55days.Within one year some parts are found defective & are broken . After repeated complaints to them physically & over telephone they have not taken any action & the modular kitchen unit is gradually becoming inoperable.
                            This is my final complaint &final effort to repair my unit . If this effort fails then I shall go to Consumer forum to get justice & compensation.
                            Unit is purchased in the name of my father Anil Kr Mitra @Rs 80000/-.

                              I have contacted customer care today. The customer care representative is not willing to listen my word. She stared saying that your wife has misbehave with our representative. I was trying tell her that customer will complain but still you have to listen their voice.                                 I, Samir Kar (70 Years), residing at 207, Laketown, Block B, Flat 8, Kolkata 700089 had a contract with M/s Esser Marketing, 1191, Jessore Road, 2nd Floor, opp. Aditya Hospital, West Bengal, kolkata - 700 028 Ph/Mob[protected],[protected],[protected], voucher 0815 for 3 years Kuchina Chimney servicing @3800/- (10 times servicing) on dt: 22/5/2015. Now, the money being paid and contract in place, they are denying service with different excuses day after day. On the first call, they said that parts were unavailable. Then, on next call on 30/5/2015 (after 1 week), they refused to come though parts were available. On next call on 1/6/2015, they acknowledged to come on next day. I called them almost every day until one person came for servicing on 15/6/2015 (after more than 15 days). The person created more trouble than that was before the chimney servicing was done. His incompetency lead to electrical fault in the kitchen and the total electric supply in the kitchen went off!! And this person denied correcting this fault. At this point neither the light or chimney or water purifier was working. I had to buy drinking water from market. Is Kutchina going to pay for this harassment and the drinking water or both? At this age, I cannot run from pillar to post for this, and I request your urgent help to bring me out of this mess.

                                  Dear sir I bought a Kutchina kitchen chimney(model:SMARTEC SS, machine code:[protected] from 'Renaissance', Nazrul sarani, Hakimpara, Siliguri, W.B, on 1/8/2014. It is written in your warranty cum survice book that 3 free service will be provided at intervals of 4 months(total coverage 1 year) The man(Bubai Roy), form Renaissance, from the very beginning insisted me to take the service at intervals of 3 months.He said to me that it is their policy to provide 4 free services at intervals of 3 months keeping the same 1 year free service coverage(like the company).Initially i didn't agree with that because my family is very small and within 3 months little chance to gather enough dirt to the chimney.But they forced me to listen to them.Now it is only 9months have passed.They provided 3 free services and now they are denying the fourth free service which they promised earlier (which is pending in August).When i talked to that Bubai Roy, he blacmailed me and misbehaved me in the version that only if i renew paid service with them in the long run, then only they will provide the fourth service to me.He was so rude. Now, the chimney is mine.I will do its paid servicing in my own will.But is it right to blackmail one in this way?...not only their behaviour is so bad, they are violating the company's guideline also.                                     This is regarding a regular after sales service requesting for overhauling the chimney installed at our residence. The concerned docket number is 814315 dated 04.05.2015. To our surprise till date nobody has reported for the job. In the mean time last week there was a single call from customer centre, which was unfortunately missed by my wife as she was busy with some other activity; but on viewing the missed call alert she had called back in the afternoon to hear that your fellow lady employee had badly injured her fingers due to dialing. Seems she need to consult a therapist to repair her fingers. Since then my wife is calling again and again to call centre. But every time they are telling that they will call back after some time but no response further. Can you please help me out by sending a mechanic for servicing purpose?

                                      I bought the chimney 2 years back in Bangalore. Till date, we have not got even 1 service from the seller. We keep calling him & though he says he will send some one, it has not happened. The Product warranty has also expired/ going to expire soon & we are still waiting to get it serviced.

                                        Agent from name Samiran Chakraborty, who suppose to deliver us Kutchina chimney but he failed miserably. He missed 3 dates of installation and when we are asking him the reason he showed us attitude and told us that "I have lot more other things to do". I don't know actually who's agent he is but this kind of behaviour will surely effects Kutchina 's brand value. We cancel the order from him but now he is harassing us and don't return the money which we gave him as advance. Please look into this matter ASAP. Ph no [protected] Thanks
