I did a amc for kutchina chimney service with 'naskar enterprise', garia tetul beria, kokata-84
After several follow-up they did not show up and provide the service.
Its very much frustrating where service provider just deceive customers after taking the money for amc.

    I had booked for both servicing of chimney and kitchen 1st time on 18.02.2016. After complaining on 4th march, the chimney was serviced but till date the kitchen have not been serviced. While selling, they have bothered to call every 2nd day, but for servicing no one is able to visit since last 2 mths. One of the modular kitchen door is coming out and is in bad shape for long. Painful service, please look into a matter.

    Kutchina India — Kutchina RO water filter

    I have asked Howrah West Bengal Office on 02.04.2016 (Dochet no 32/04)for servicing the appliance. After repeated telephonic request, l have got not yet received the service. On the other hand l am not getting good quality water.Now what shall I do ? Otherwise the office not attending the call in due time.

    I bought a kucthina chimney more than 6mnths now, i am tired of calling in for service, no reponse. the toll free doesnot works for booking service, is this the condition of kutchina.

    I would not suggest anyone now to buy kutchina product, my chimney is in a very bad condition, no service at all

      I had bought a Kutchina Stanza Chimney in May 2015. The first servicing was satisfactory. But about 20 days ago (end of March, 2016) the product started showing some problems and I lodged a complaint in the customer care number. The employee who came to check on the complaint (whose surname was Kabiraj) took the main chip from the chimney and also took the service record book saying that he would be back within 7 days. I was initially reluctant to give him the book but he insisted saying that it was required if I wanted to avail the warranty facility. He didnot come after 7 days and hence I had to call the customer care regularly for 4 days. He then came after 14 days of my initial service and solved the problem. But he did not bring the service record book with him. When I asked for the book, he said that he had forgotten about the book and would bring it the next day. I also told him that I was eager to do the AMC and he should bring the required documents with him the next day. Since then, about 4 days have passed but I have not received the book, nor did I receive any phone call from Kutchina. I am very shocked at this bad service and want to formally lodge a complaint. I would like you to take necessary steps towards the harassment I have been facing for the past couple of weeks.

        Dear team,

        I am writing this to inform you about the low quality service provided by your company engineers. This is not expected from a renowned company like kuchina.

        I had a sound problem with my kuchina arc model, for which i booked a complaint to your customer care on 23rd march 2016. The sl no.- is 40129.

        The engineer arrived and kept promoting about the amc policy, and literally forced to opt for it and also told that they have a target of rs.6, 20, 000 which they had to fulfill ant any cost. And if anything happens after his departure then it will again be chargeable. We told him that we are already aware of the fact and if any thing happens we have to pay for it.

        Still he kept on insisting on the same issue, we felt very irritating. After that when he started cleaning the machine he told us that about 4-5 parts are faulty including the compressor. But when he saw that we are not giving much attention he cleaned the same parts and reassembled the machine and after that the machine started to work fine. My mother also started to clean with him after watching his reluctant way to clean the same. When my mother told him to clean the outer body he told that he is not suppose to clean the out body of the machine. He worked for 10-15 minutes and after that somebody called him from south city and he rushed for that call.
        On 2nd of april my machine broke down and is dead from then, now i think the engineer intentionally did something for which this happened. I also called the customer care and complained about the same but they are also not willing to listen to my complain and kept repeatedly telling about the process and told me to book a new docket and again i will be charged around rs.500.

        Please tell me is this expected from your end? And do the needful to make my machine in working condition.

          Had constructed an overpriced kitchen last february ( a year back) which developed several complaints in the first week itself. Have made payments. However have not received any warranty documents. On contacting last year, multiple times, i have been told a sum of close to 4000 is pending, which i agreed to pay. They also said they'd send a representative ( they had contacted me through a fair, and i never visited the showroom at nagerbazar untill i had to lodge a complaint). They had sai, it is my responsibility to pay up- but i refused to go to their showroom- it is pretty far and i have better things to do. The salesmen at nager bazaar showroom were overtly courteous and awesomely helpful when payments were required. I had even made full payment even before receiving the completed work last feb. Now, the kitchen is falling apart due to substandard quality. I know i won't get any service ( i was promised 5 year warranty...) i have all invoices- but no warranty. Even the chimney i bought from them does not have papers, because they never gave it to me- so there is no service. I went to their chinar park office a few months back, but got a number in return which kept on busy. I gave up post that...Can anything be done to bring the thugs to justice?

            Dear sir,

            I would like to lodge a complaint against m/s. Bajoria appliances pvt. Ltd., which is situated at 46/1/h, b.T. Road, south sinthee, 1st floor, flat no. 1b, kolkata-700 002

            That one kutchine kitchen chimney purchased from the above said company and paid their demanded value against delivery form no. 105094 dated 15.11.2015 but after installation of kutchina chimney and after made their full consideration value the said seller m/s. Bajoria appliances pvt. Ltd., received 5 (Five ) account payee cheques from me that also encashed and debited from my account but as on their commitment for three free service the said company has been harassing and ignore their free service since from my purchase dated 15.11.2015.

            As a bonafide customer the representative of the said bajoria appliaances pvt. Ltd., has failed to issue the valid bill against clearence my cheques.

            Now it is my request to acknowledge it for harassment of free service, ignore of customer call, and issue of valid bill. Against full value of it under delivery form no. 105094 dated 15.11.2015.

            Hope your necessary action and reply to me in written on my raised matter within 7 days from the date of receipt of this letter.

              I had bought a Kutchina chimney, Model Florentine in 23Jan 2015 in Bangalore. Within a year ie, Jan 2016 the chimney became dead which is highly surprising as even a local made chimney wont stop servicing in 1 yr.

              None the less we contacted the local distributor for its servicing. The technician attached to the distributor gave us around Rs 5000 all inclusive as servicing charge. We found this as fishy.

              Hence we contacted Kutchina Customer care for servicing in the first week of Feb 2016. A technician was allocated who came and repaired the chimney.but as he didn't had bulb for the chimney he told he would come and get that replaced within 2 days.We had to shell Rs 2500 inclusive the price of Bulb. 2 days became almost 2 months. Even after repetitive followups and assurity by him to visit us every weekend .We Never heard any thing.

              Hence distressed we contacted Kutchina care, they assured they will allocate new technician. That happned after 7 days and that too the same Technician assuring that we will receive visit on 25.03.2016.

              We never heard from him till date . Hence distressed we again contacted Kutchina care around 3 times. Every time a new person receives call and assures I will get call within 30 mins and receive resolution.But that never happens.They will not allow us to speak to their senior also.
              I feel like I am stuck after paying money.Very disgusting after sales service.
              Their only motto is to sell and after you get the thing you are left to Fend for your issues. I will not recommend anybody to buy from this company. if they buy it is on their own risk.

                Bought the Flora product on March 24th from Khosla Electronics in Kolkata. Product was delivered the next day but no installation call for next 2 days. I received a call on 27th March in the afternoon. The person was extremely impolite and started negotiating with me on the installation charge. He told me he would get back and come to my place for the next installation. Despite waiting for two hours he didn't call back. Upon being called he started arguing again stating that the aluminium pipe was not there with me, he couldn't call as mobile tower was not availablr, etc. My plan for Sunday got messed up add the concern due to late installation. The first experience itself is such a disappointment. I don't have the name of the person, but his mobile number is: [protected]. Hope no other customer suffers in the same manner.

                Very poor service for kutchina modular kitchen

                They were installing the modular kitchen by very unskilled workers. Very disappointed with their services after paying so much of money. Even after repeated complaints they refused to resolve the issues. Considering above I will request not to install kutchina moduar kitchen in your home.

                  Despite repeated dockets for servicing our kitchen chimney Vogue SS, no visit had been made so far. As per the terms of AMC, 3 servicing are done in a year. Now if this continues, , time will pass without a proper solution, that is servicing the chimney. We will not be interested for another AMC from next time if this continues. And we won't recommend others to buy anything from kutchina.

                    On last 09/03/2016 i booked a complain in kutchina complain office at guwahati about my kutchina ro.There is a leakage from the water tank.And also to serve the kutchina chimney.At about 10-14 am.They booked my complain and told me that technician will visit my residence and solve the problems within the day.But no body comes to repair it.After three days on 12/03/2016 i complain the same over phone to service supervisor mr debo mistri.Three days no response.On 15/03/2016 i received a message and provide me docket number.Again on 16/03/2016 i received one more message and request me to stay at home.Because technician is attending me.My whole day has spoiled.No body attended me.On 19 /03/2016 i received four messages as follows"dear customer your call request is closed .Hope you are satisfied with the .Kindly leave your valuable feedbac

He had deliver 2 nos of Kutchina Chimney (Goldex Model ) in packed boxes but the MRP of the same were torn off. Photos enclosed. He has not only overpriced the same but has also charged Installation Charges . I have later come to know from other sources that Bajoria Appliances Pvt Ltd gives free installation of Chimney of the above model.                           I bought smartec auto chimney from Kutchina on 31/10/13. On 20/10/14 I made an Annual Maintenance Contract

                          (for 9000/- INR I think) with them for 3 years through Lokenath Appliance (their authorized service centre) .

                          Around April, 2015 I started to get problem with my fans of the chimney which is freely replaceable under my

                          contract. So, I contacted them repeatedly and everytime they came for servicing they fixed it temporarily and

                          left which aggravated the problem and my machine stopped working completely. So, I request them for servicing

                          and on 18/01/2016 they (LOKENATH KITCHEN SOLUTION /LOKENATH APPLIANCE) came to my house and took the circuit

                          board for repairing, declining my request for replacement of the faulty part. They gave the deadline of

                          18/02/16 before which they will deliver my serviced working circuit board (YES 1 FULL MONTH WITHOUT CHIMNEY..

                          MY KITCHEN IS MESSED UP!!). But they failed to delivered it by 18/02/2016. So I tried to contact them several

                          time and most of the time failed as they ignore phone call from customers. After repeated attempt when I got

                          connected I requested to deliver my product but They denied delivery saying there is no deadline for delivery

                          of serviced product at kutchina and they do not care if i am having problem for that, rather they can take my
                          product for servicing and keep it as long as they want or for indefinite time period and if they get time they may consider to

                          service it. After that they are not answering my phone. I tried calling KUTCHINA CUSTOMER CARE but they are

                          reasoning with me that they will only look into the matter without any guarantee as I purchased it from their

                          authorized dealer not from there head office store (I don't know what kind of service reasoning is that!!!).

                          So please look into this matter and help to solve my problem as soon as possible. To the other consumer please

                          avoid kutchina at all cost as you will get no service from them after purchasing even with costly AMC!!

                            I have been complaining about your product since a long time but I have not received any response from your side. my Kutchina hob HB 4BX DLX bought on 23.01.2016 has been giving problems within a week of installation. I have repeatedly said that the rear left burner has been giving a problem. the problem being that as soon as it is ignited the vessel kept over it starts turning black within 10-15 mins. I have repeatedly asked to get my hob changed as it is still under warranty but to my utter dismay there has been no communication from your side .This makes me question the quality of your products and your service.                               Very poor service at dibrugarh assam. On October2015 changed candle cost2500rs. Filter showed problem within 24hrs of servicing. When i informed them no body attend me. Still the machine unrepaired for about 4months. Plz take necessary actions against that service provider.

                                My kutchina hob model no. is HB 4BX DLX has been giving me problems shortly after it was bought. the technician came after many reminders given at your call centre. the docket no. is SA/267/0216. the technician visited my place on 4.03 2016. and changed a wire claiming that it would solve the problem but to my disappointment the problem of the vessels turning black after being kept on the flame still persists. the left big burner has been giving a problem since a month. as soon as a vessel is kept on it post ignition it turns black after 10-15 mins. also the telephone nos. 25708715/16 go unanswered. lastly I'd say that having heard so much about your products today I would like to say that your products are not upto the mark and your service is all the more bad. I am really unhappy with your product and would not recommend it to anybody. I want this problem to be rectified as soon as possible else I want the product changed since it has been bought on 23/01/2016 that makes it covered under warranty. I have mailed you earlier as well but have received no response. now if you donot look into my problem then I would be compelled to take further steps because I have had enough as a consumer

                                  This is regarding purchasing of one chimney i.E. Kutchina titan from bajoria appliances pvt ltd, ulubari, guwahati.The sales agent was mr manoj kumer baishya(tso).
                                  This person said that there was some scheme going on according to which if we buy the chimney we will get one stroller bag free also he said he was short of his target and asked for our help.After taking money he never returned back for the free gift as promised.
                                  Kutchine, which is a premier brand in india for kitchen appliances.But the staff which they recruit should not be a liar at first.
                                  Two days back when the guy was contacted for the scheme he said he was transferred to tejpur.But when enquired through othr channel we got to know that he is still working in the same office.
                                  Recently we are planning to buy 01 water purifier for my home, we know kutchina is a good brand but we wont go for it because the staffs that kutchina has are all liers andgod knows what scheme they will frame in their mind to lure the customers.Fake promises.

                                    I had purchased semi modular kitchen and Chimney from Kutchina. There are 3 free service per year for the chimney. No one contacts for service and even after repeated calls no one visits for servicing. I had called first time on 18.02.2016 and when even after a week there was no call, i had called the customer care again on 26th feb and on my insistence i was given the service request no as EM145/0126. On not getting any call I had contacted the sales persons ànd I was confirmed that service would take place on 04.03.2016, friday. Even today, 4 th March, no one turned up.
                                    This is also to inform that the response of the service team is also not courtesious. Highly disappointed with my decision of taking the product from Kutçhina.

                                      Last December (2015) one of the staffs Mr. Dhiren Kalita (mobile no.[protected]) of Kutchina came many times to our place, Mirza, Guwahati
                                      saying about some offers of EMI system at the product autoclean Chimney (Titan model, cost around 30, 000/-) and took 5 post dated cheques (each of Rs. 5900/-). We said we have not enough funds in account of Dr. Priyanka Borah (Acc. No. [protected], SBI Mirza Branch), but he said, don't worry I will manage to deduct the amount from the month of February 2016 and also we will call you before every deduction. But in practical we found that one cheque was bounced in January 2016 without any information to us. Then while calling he said he was out of station and forgot to inform the matter to their office. So far we haven't taken the product. Then we said we don't want to continue, please return our cheques as we are really going through a very heavy financial crisis. He said let me take take 1/2 days and then I will call you back and see what can be done. But again without any information the second cheque was debited from the said account. While calling him he behaved very very badly to me and my wife.
                                      The we communicated with the customer care of the said company and the all the communications are provided below.

                                      This is not fair. After many of my mails you didn't take care of anything. Again one
                                      cheque is
                                      bounced. Why are you depositing the cheques after many of my request to return
                                      those. who will pay
                                      the amount of cheque bounce, You all are same. Only business minded. Now stop those
                                      things
                                      immediately and return my money and cheques. If we don't receive the same within one
                                      week then I
                                      will take legal action.

                                        This is Samit Dutta, residing at Motijheel, Kolkata. I have purchased Kuthina ARC in the year 2012 and using since then. My Customer Code No. is 10206844. Currently, the chimney is under AMC for 3 years (starting from 15-Jul-13 to 14-Jul-16). Now, as per the policy, Kutchina servicing guys should visit thrice in a year, and instead of getting a proactive call from the service team, we, as a Customer, have to call them up and book an appointment, even for a valid planned service, which was committed at the time of the purchase/AMC agreement of the product (Model - ARC).

                                        I would like to highlight an instance of a service reminder for this cycle and initiated it on 8th Feb'16 by calling the Customer Care number. Please note, after giving multiple reminders, no one has attended yet. Today, when I have contacted again the Customer Care number of Kuthina, some representative of Kutchina Customer Care (Shweta Das) are repeating the same thing that someone will visit coming Monday, which is happenning since past few weeks. It has become around 19 days from the day when the service reminder request has been initiated via Kuthina Customer Care.

                                        Considering the present scenario, and keeping in mind the brand value of Kutchina, it is not at all acceptable. I, along with all my family members are frustrated regarding the issue and would request your intervention - not only to resolve my issue rather at the same time, I would need proper justification and penalty/compensation on the wastage of time along with harrassment. Hope to get your kind consideration and involvement for my request please.
