My date of AMC was 18.5.2013 and it is valid upto 17.5.2016. So I booked for servicing on 20th January 2016. My DOC number[protected]. Since, then no technician has arrived for servicing. Please send the technician as soon as possible..

My Kutchina chimney model Vogue is under AMC. I lodged a complaint on 08/02/2016 docket no[protected] for service. No one visited till now.
I called their service center several times and every time they replied that their technician will attend as early as possible.

I renewed my AMC for three years and they charged more than Rs.3500.00.
I am fade up with the quality of their service and their commitment towards the customer.

I want proper action against Kutchina for harassment and refund of the amount paid by me against 3 years AMC charges.

One year ago I got AMC in service with Kuchina Chimney in advance payment, I had Book a service on 16 th January 2016, My token No. is[protected],
But no body come Till today. I talk to customer care in several time & they assure representative will come 2 or 3 days from last one month.

Please clear the matter.

I am having chimney of kuthchina installed at my home worth Rs. 35000/-
I am not getting service from kuthchina customer care center
they have repaired it twice and took 2000 rs. from me.
once again its not working and as usual they are not responding to me
please help me out or should i complaint at Consumer Court
Please guide me.

Kutchina guys are so tricky. Water Purifier had started giving problem immediately after few days of installation at my home. If I take one glass of water it disburse approx 3 glass of water, such a waste of water. It stopped working several times. After several complaints they had sent their technician and after few days of every serving it had started giving problem. The most funny things was after last servicing it's warranty period got expired and immediately after 1 week it stopped working completely. Now the very intelligent Customer Care executives are suggesting to buy new accessories worth Rs 6000/-.

I must say these Kutchina business community in Kolkata are very intelligent to make more profit by fulling their customers.

They should have resolved the issue during warranty period.

I, Payal Goswami bought a hob on 23.1.2016. Immediately within a week of it's installation it started giving problems which were conveyed by me to Kohinoor electronics in the Ghodbunder Road branch in Thane. In spite of making repeated calls the technician came on 08.02.2016. He was not ready to listen to any of the problems faced by me with the hob. The main knob has been producing a ticking sound in spite of the timer not being on. Secondly, the knobs when turned on give a mild shock. Thirdly, the flame flares up the moment the flame is ignited. Lastly the knobs also are not very smooth in their functioning. Also the burner with the timer stopped working for two days and then came back to functioning. Having heard so much about your brand from various sources, today, I am sorry to say that your product has not lived up to my expectations. Also I want the product to be replaced at the earliest.

After one year free service I annual maintenance contact with your company sky line with Rs.2000. But not his phone number working and not he comes to my home for service. Please look the matter .rattansingh Newtown kolkata

I had purchased aKUTCHINA kitchen chimney from Guwahati Sales Office, model TITAN on 28.11.2015, machine code no-C[protected] TITAN, customer code no-113.
Auto clean light is not working after 10 days of purchase. I had lodged complaint with Kutchina Service Centre, Guwahati and on 18.12.2015, the service mechanic found the LAMP is defective and told that it will be changed free of cost within 2/3 days. Since then AUTO CLEAN of the machine is inoperative. I have many a times contacted the Guwahati Service Centre and now on 02.02.2016 they have again registered the complaint - number[protected]. but till now no service calll from their representative.

I Mr Kashinath Sethi has buy a Kutchina Kitchen Chimney Model - Titan,
Machine Serial No[protected] on Dated- 14/04/2015 with Bill Invoice No-99532 from your sales executive Mr Soumik Kundu and installed in my Sovabazar, Kolkata house.
I had lodge a service complaint for the 2nd free service for the machine on Dt -16/12/2015 with Docket No :[protected] with my registered Mobile No associated with the product.
In Spite of several reminder for Service during warranty period the service team from the company did not visit us . In the meantime my Machine stop working. On Dt-7/1/2016 a service engineer came alone and checked the machine and told us that he alone can not do the service so he will come again.On Dt-15/1/2016 the Service engineer came again and clean the machine and told us that there is a problem with the connecting electric wear for which the machine was not working and he will come with the defective part again and fix it .
During this period I have been registering repeated complaints with the customer care team ( I called 8-10 times in past 3 month months).

On Dt-5/2/2016 they call me and told that there is some wear problem with the machine and it will cost Rs 10000/- approx for fix it.
I am very much scared that is this the way of service you will give us for a home appliance .
Its my humble request that please look into the matter quickly so can i enjoy the benefit of the product which i bought from you and do the needful .

It has been more than 4 months that I am trying to get the services from the company. they are keep telling me that the parts are not available. My several phone calls and messages just went down the drain. This needs to looked after...otherwise company will loose their businesses

I had purchased and installed two kitchen chimneys Florence and Vectra in Jan'15 at my new home at City Centre, Durgapur. My IDs are 11002699 and 11002700 respectively. Two free services I availed. On 12.01.16 when I called on customer care [protected] for the last service, the concerned personnel took my IDs and later told me that the third service was due on 7.1.16 and it has been lapsed. I informed her that nobody called me from the company about the last service, and when I asked for it this is the reply I got. I had been also told that I am not entitled since the last date has already lapsed.

My father(70 yrs old) was ill behaved and threatened by Ms. Moumita Banerjee from Kitchenx amc company. Now he is running with high pressure and hypertension. I will sue Kutchina and Kitchenx company and will forward this case to Consumer forum if this lady does not apolojize to my father within 24hrs. Contact number [protected]

Smartec SS installed on 21/02/15.Only one free service has been provided by the Dealer NEO KITCHEN of Howrah (Ph NO [protected]) since the date of installation 21/02/15.I repeatedly requested the dealer over phone but that yielded no result. Iregistered my complaint (SA/202/0116) through your customer care Agents Madam Barsha, Sharmistha, Sanchita & Sweta since 31/12/15 and that too gone in vain.Ultimately I approach your goodself with a request to solve the problem and advise the NEO KITCHEN to provide the service today.(Just now the dealer threatened me "Why I have gone to HO he will not serve me immediately")Now it is upto YOU wheather this 73 years old customer whose wife is now lying in bed after replacement of her two knees will be provided the required service by the dealer. soumen chatterjee [protected]

At firs my Kutchina chimney was in warranty my circuit was not working so I had called customer care the had came and installed and change a circut a old and other person circuit which not my or new the level is other person name show

I booked for servicing on 07.12.15 and I was told that your servicing technician will contact within 2-3 days but on 21.12.15 I was told to ensure my presence pn 23.13.15 but on 23.12.15 your service technician could not come. In the mean time I contacted to your customer care several times for remedy but all are in vain. The chimney is under warranty and free servicing. My phone nmbr-[protected]. Please solve the matter.

I bought a Kuchina Vogue SS Chimney on 19/06/2014 with one year extended service(AMC) valid till 19/06/2016. I booked a service call at Kolkata centre on 11.12.2015 having Docket no. DEC207. But repeated request over phone no one care to attend the service call. I was being harassed giving date after date. The designated technician did not respond to my several calls.

This is to inform you that on 25/12/15 I have purchased kuchina chimney stanza bk model from m/s Raipuria Electronic, Barasat.I have requested Raipuria Electronic to install the unit on 28/12/15 & they assured me to do so .Accordingly I communicated more than five times over phone for installation but no service person has come for that on that day.At last at night at around 7:45 P.M. after my calls to the sales person of KUTCHINA informed me that due to office shifting they unable to come & they will come the next day. I am very much scared that is that the way of service then what service I will get at the time of any difficulty. Please enquire from your end & rectify the problem. Otherwise I have to cancel the order & divert the order to other competitors.

Sir/Madam, My name is Suparno Ghosh and a resident of Krishnapur, Kolkata. My registered number associated with the product(s) is +91-[protected]. I have been registering repeated complaints (called 6-7 times in past 2 weeks) regarding the Kutchina Prime Water Purifier that the water tap is continuously flowing and also the water is not purified (Candle needs to be changed). However, every time, the customer care takes note but no servicing has been done. Once a representative came but had no clues on what servicing needs to be done as he did not have the proper parts with him. On asking, he bluntly replied that he was not informed on what exactly the complaint is about. I even have a 3 years AMC (Annual Maintenance Charge) contract done with the company for the purifier which I am using for last 5 years almost. Every time they contact for an AMC or a pending service, but never show any sorts of pro-activeness on addressing any complaint, even for the issues regarding water supply, which is a prime necessity. For the current complaint which I have registered with them I have couple of docket numbers open with them: 1.#[protected] opened on 15-DEC-2015. 2.#[protected] opened on 24-DEC-2015. Both times, they have promised to send a technician on urgent basis within 24-48 hrs, however no-one had arrived, nor did I receive any message regarding the information of the technician who would visit for the same. Moreover, I received a SMS on each occasion that says - "Dear Customer your call request is closed. Hope you are satisfied with the service.". That's weird to receive such a message on a complaint which never have been addressed!!! Please take this complaint as serious as we are facing drinking water related issues. If they are unable to provide any proper servicing, I would like them to simply change the current water purifier with a new one.

I have purchased a Kutchina Vogue Chimney (Machine Code No[protected] from Unique Service (20/A South Purbachal Hospital Road, Kolkata - 700078, Ph-[protected]) on 27/06/15. I have requested for the first free service for four times. Each time they promised to send their technician but did not send them. This happened 12th, 18th, 19th and 26th December. Since myself and my spouse both are working, we required the service on Saturdays. Despite of difficulties I took a leave on 18th Dec as they have promised to send the technician but no one arrived. I have registered a complaint @ [protected]. However considering the pathetic service and harassment I would share my experience on all social networking sites, Wipro Technologies where I work, TCS where my spouse work and register a complaint with West Bengal Consumer Forum.

I purchased kutchina chimney yesterday on 19 dec 2015 and they said that they will fit the chimney on 20 dec 2015 . the fitting boy came without any fitting tools available with him . he is arguing for no reason and wanted to convince us for fiting the chimney on later someday . sir please do something kindly take some strict action against such fellows otherwise they spoil the reputation of your company . i have purchased chimney from india trading corporation, harmu, ranchi . service boy contact no [protected]
