I recently purchased Kutchina water purifier( purica excel plus premium) on 03.03.2022 and within 15 days of the purchase water started leaking from the goddamn machine it self.
The sales team is complete ### giving fake promises n all, they don't even reply when called. Even from the first day I found the water was not crystal clear and white particles floating on the water. I texted them but no reply. After sale service is worst.
And now it's bloody leaking!!!
FAULTY PRODUCT.
DONT BUY KUTCHINA PRODUCTS!!!

N now I want my money back!!!

    My sparkling issues and knob is not working since the first month of purchase then on asking for the service but they never replaced nor provided the service.
    Then again on lodging the complaint they deputed the new service technician who said that the company will send the defected product with a new replacement. This continued till long six months and im still awaiting for the same. Please help me. They’re deaf n dumb and they hardly even bothered to respond.

      I would like to address pathetic experience and duplicate/damaged product installation with Kutchina.

      Me and my wife went to Kutchina Dealer on 06.02.2022 and with so much assurance from him bought Kutchina 3 burner hob in cash immediately as we wanted to gift to our mom dad in anniversary (bill attached)
      On 07.02.2022 morning the technician arrived and installed the product and showed the demo too. Everything was good and my parents were happy.

      The distress started from 11.02.2022 when the small burner stopped working. We called the dealer person and he agreed to send technician.

      On 11.02.2022 the technician arrives and suddenly says the third/small burner only will ignite if the other two burners are lit. We were surprised as it wasn’t told to us and he also told customers are not informed with this limitations during purchase.. Reaaallyyyy??

      He serviced and told it wont happen again and left. Soon after he left the problem starts again and we called him again. He told to speak to dealer and when we call him he was continuously buying time saying his family members are sick and he is still speaking to company.

      We again called Kutchina customer care and got call from one lady and she agreed to send technician but without any commitment when.

      So basically the burner is non usable now and its already 11days over. The best gift and experience we gave to our parents.

        I have bought one kutchina brio premium chimney last month. But oil is dripping from its body and the kitchen wall is getting messy. If there is persistent oil dripping problem then why should I buy such an expensive kitchen chimney!

          This company knows how to harras customer when giving the service. They will take no time to collect AMC charge but when it's time about giving the service, they will give thousand kinds of excuses. It was my mistake that I paid the advance money for AMC for two years and every time, they harass me at the time of giving service.

          If you need peace, AVOID this FRAUD company.

              I bought the water purifier on 2019. I Did AMC from BAJORIA ENTERTAINMENT PVT. LTD, HOWRAH SERVICE CENTRE from which its tenure is 3 years .amc start from 6th March 2021. but unfortunately my machine is not working from 16th September 2021.I was docket on that date docket number [protected] but which was not attended by them Nothing more was done. After that 24 th October a message came from Kutchina Amc Service Number AGR[protected] will attended on 23.11.2021.
              Do we want such support from a company like Kutchina? Secondly a sensitive issue like water. Do we deserve such inhuman support from such reputed company?

                This is with sheer regret I have to inform you that, the Domestic Kitchen Chimney that your Representative had sold us was just a sheer waste of our hard earned money. Since it's installation we have oil leakage problem on almost every week and we had to log complaints several times to resolve that issue. There were at least 10 different Technicians visited innumerable times but no one has able to give any solution or fixed the problem.
                We were using the old Kutchina Chimney since last 10-12 years without having any single problem. But since last year when we purchased this particular Kutchina Chimney (Brio-90) we are facing hell lot of troubles and inconvenience. It's 100% a defective product that had been sold to us and most importantly that had done deliberately. We never expect such kind of poor salesmanship from Kutchina personnel and intentionally sold such defective products to Kutchina customers. Please look into this matter urgently and do the needful accordingly.

                Solutions Provided till date :

                1. Applied adhesive tape to stop oil leakage.

                2. Applied M-Seal in joints.

                3. Removed all plastics.

                4. Attached an external oil collector tray.

                Still you are sending junior technicians, who never able to solve the problem.

                It's really frustrating seeing this, time and again.

                Either you send someone who is competent enough and can able to fix the problem permanently or else just replace this defective Chimney.

                  on 4th october i complaint on toll free no to send serviceman for 2nd amc service

                  now today on 9thoct i am recd a call from your department that our serviceman trying to contact you on 7th oct but not connet via phone as it says not rechable so we only send him again after durga puja
                  i just wanted to knoe if i am not rechable can he not try after some time

                  now i get a call from your end for this information and i am connected on first attempt so rediculous
                  lady who phoned me i think she is, i cant tell you her behaviour to talk

                  now i think i do mistake to trust kutchina product

                      I visited Sriram’s Appliances store to check Modular kitchen on August 2nd and next day i confirmed my booking with 50% payment. And we were told that 40 working days are needed for delivery but towards September end after lodging complaint with Kutchina via their official whatsapp account I got no response what action they have taken. When we communicated with Sriram's Appliances they couldnt give expected date of delivery. Then after repeated calls and lukewarm conversation we were informed 2nd OCT as date of delivery. On 30th Spet I get a call from store stating that I need to deposit the rest 50% of bill to get delivery on time. Happily I paid the money and then in evening of 1st OCT I get a call saying my delivery will be on 6th or 7th "maybe". I still dont have confirmation after paying 100% of the bill amount which is INR 1lakh10thousand.

                      I truly never expected this sort o[censored]nprofesional attitude from KUTCHINA. There is no confirmation about date of delivery even after paying 100% bill amount. Is this some sort of Joke?

                      I promise that none of my contacts will ever buy Kutchina products.

                        Myself Ankit Paul from Thakurpukur, Srijoni, Kolkata 700104.I have purchased a kutchina Chimney from life Line Appliances on 11/02/2019.I have done my AMC on 17/03/
                        2021.I was facing a small problem in right hand side motor fan in chimney.However, I requested a service call to your customer care number several times, they finally sent a technician on 07/08/2021 and he took the motor with him to submit as per company policy its been told to us that it might take a month to repair and install it back as it will be sent to main service in delhi.Today when i call the service center to ask whether it has come or not they keep on saying that don't know anything about it, every time the staff attended the call behaved very unprofessional and they were gossiping and giggling over the
                        It is very unfair to know how a well known company is looting their valuable customer in the name of brand.
                        Today when I call the service centre to ask about the motor a staff member said they don't have any information about it.
                        Kindly look into the matter ASAP.

                          I have AMC for three years. I didn't take any service as I don't reside there. In the previous month I was there and I requested for a service visit on 26.08.21 having docket ID [protected] and asked them to send the persons till I am here. But it's a matter of great regret that nobody turn up to attend during my stay over there. Today, almost after about a month, someone call me for attending the service. Is it the right way to provide services for AMC holders ? Kutchina was pioneer in the field of kitchen chimney, but now their image has gone down to the bottom most level.

                            It is unfortunate that within a few days of purchasing the product, the product is marred with various malfunctioning like leakage of oil, defect in auto cleaning, etc. We have complained to the customer care about the same but despite multiple visits by your service engineers, the issue persists. All this have lead to unnecessary harassment for us. You are therefore kindly requested to arrange for a replacement of this defective product with a new one as early as possible and hence oblige us.

The company say that, as per company norms and policy, we are unable to proceed with the request for replacement. This machine problems beginning at day so why we accept a problematic machine.                               I have purchased kutchina induction cooker model name Bronzy, which I purchased on 18/06/2021.
                              It is not working so I complaint for it on customer care on 6 aug 2021. They said it will repair soon. 15 days left but no one come to repair so I called again they said we are oscillating your request and forced to service center for taking quick action, after that I get a call from ghaziabad (up) which is 800 km far from me and that person says that I am forward your request. After that I called again to customer care and they said same ( we are oscillating your request and etc) .
                              Then I got call from merrut (u.p.) service center which is also 600km away from my location and they said we are forwarding your request and no one came to repair.
                              Then again and again I called to customer care and I got call from another another location and they refuse to give service to my location.
                              Today it has been 50 days and no one come here to repair the induction.
                              So please, I request you to take action to this.

                                I Mrs. Nupur Chakraborty a resident of A.D.Nagar, Agartala, West Tripura, have ordered a modular kitchen set which estimated cost is near about rupees 2 Lakh 65 thousand from Sunny Traders of Agartala, West Tripura a business partner of Kutchina on 22nd of April 2021. In this regard I have already paid 80% of estimated cost i. e. rupees 2 Lakh 10 thousand by cheques.

                                But even after 4 months of placing order full installation has not yet been done and the colour of cabinet of modular set which I have choosen, is not being provided. Also no communication has been done from their end regarding this. Now I am seeking justice and compensation for this miss commitments and harassments.

                                      I have a Kutchina Chimney and I do AMC every year. This year also my Chimney is in AMC and for last 6 months I am repeatedly asking for servicing but Kutchina Customer Care is simply harrasing. They are not sending anyone for servicing.
                                      I have sent complain after complain. But no use. All my money is gone. Pathetic service by Kutchina.

                                      Today after lot's of heated arguments and scolding Kutchina sent the servicing guy. Hope Kutchina changes their attitude towards customer and service.
