Please find below all the case details till date only for this Brio-90 Premium Model.
1. 8th Feb'21 - Case no: [protected].

4. 14th Sept'21 - Case no: [protected].
5. 18th Sept'21 - Case no: [protected].
6. 24th Sepr'21 - Case no: [protected].
7. 8th Oct'21 - Case no: [protected].
8. 15th Oct'21 - Case no: [protected].
Solutions Provided till date :
1. Applied adhesive tape to stop oil leakage.
2. Applied M-Seal in joints.
3. Removed all plastics.
4. Attached an external oil collector tray.
Still you are sending junior technicians, who never able to solve the problem.
It's really frustrating seeing this, time and again.
Either you send someone who is competent enough and can able to fix the problem permanently or else just replace this defective Chimney.

Thank you for attending our complaints and resolved it by replacing the defective Chimney. Though it took a long time to resolve and we had to escalate to different levels but still at the end we are a happy Customer and satisfied with the service provided by Kutchina.
