I bought a high end kutchina chimney in sept’2019. The company is supposed to provide 3 free services for the next one year. Please note the company does not volunteer the service during the period at intervals (Which it should) instead you have to call and book a service.
I booked a service on march’2020. The company failed to send a representative. I excused them due to the pandemic situation.
I booked a service again in august’2020, after 10 days of waiting for the service-person to turn up, i called them again, and was assured that they will send someone immediately. Again they failed. So after another 10 days of waiting after i have given them a 3rd chance to respond, i have been forced to raise the complaint in this forum.
On 19th sept’2020, the one year free service period ends. My machine has not been serviced even once after installation, in the whole ensuing year.
I abstained from servicing the machine from outside the company, as the machine is under warranty period.

If the machine malfunctions who is to blame? Kindly redress the issue and oblige.

TD Enterprise, Kolkata, is the authorized dealer of Kutchina. I had made a 3yr service contract on April 2019 till Apr 2022. But after 1st service in Jul, they have stopped the service. This is a straight forward money laundering case which Kutchina is supporting. This is fraud in broad daylight. Immediate action should be taken. I can share copies of the contract and service card if needed.

Kutchina water purifier not working since last 2 days. Unable to connect to customer care phone number.

I purchased one kutchina smartec chimney from "srijoni" dealer nagerbazar, kolkata in july, 2019. As per the purchase agreement, i was supposed to get 3 free services + 2 additional services. Till today srijoni has provided only 1 incomplete free service. With great persuation, i got another service from the kutchina head office after complaining through this portal and i was told by the company that during lockdown in april - may, no service could be provided and additional two months grace period would be given on completion of one year.
Since july 2020, i have been complaining to mr datta, the owner of srijoni dealer, nagerbazar as well as to kutchina service center and local kutchina head office for providing a service for my kitchen chimney. Mr datta has given several dates but nobody turned up for the same till now. Kutchina service center also gave me a docket no about a week back and nobody turned up. Please take necessary action so that a consumer like me gets relief.

With due respect i have to inform you that i purchased a kitchen chimney kutchina arc premium machine code no. C[protected] on 03.02.2020, customer code no. 1287, invoice no. 1329 of kitchen series authorized sales and service of kutchina, office:- bishalaxmitala, pipulpati, chinsurah, hooghly. I am facing problem with this product. After complain a technician attend and could not solve the problem since last of february. Over telephone i have lodge complain again after few days, but no any technician attend to meet my problem till now.

Therefore, i request you to solve my problem immediately.

I have selected kutchina for my modular kitchen & thats my biggest mistake. They were about to complete it by dec 2019. Then they realised that they took wrong measurements. Then they delayed it and said will be completed by feb 2020 then in feb they again came with some wrong parts. Then they told us will be completed by march. Then the covid case occurred and from june 2020 they are telling that next week will be done. Don't know when that next will come. Don't select kutchina. Worthless company they are. Just think, they are not completing the task after taking full money then what will be their after sales service?

Chimney is not working

I purchased kutchina chimney from kuthina dealers shri banarasi das enterproses, jaipur, rajasthan on 5th january 2019 vide invoice no. 1491 and it was told to me three to four service will happen and kutchina engineer will come to my home for servicing but till date no service person has come to my home. As in the last year due to mother illness and subsequent death of her i did not notice about servicing but now when i check the same then i found three normal service and one full service supposed to be done but not a single service done neither any engineer has come to my home or contacted, although in the month of march'19 i called on the toll-free number but nobody has come. Then due to my mother's death i forgot the same. But now when i contacted kutchina service center they simply told that servicing will be chargeable. My question company or dealer has not responsibility to remind customer about servicing. How this type of poor service is provided by the company as well as by dealer.
Kindly take up the matter.

I am regular customer of kutchina. I own kutchina water purifier and chimney of your esteemed company. We bought all the products from bajoria entertainment pvt ltd. We did a yearly maintenance contract of rs 4500 in the month of january. Know since last 25 days my water purifier is not dispensing any water sue to some problem. As there was a lockdown till two days back, we had no options left but to buy drinking water. Now as the services are open due to unlock, i have been trying thousand times since last two days to call the service guy named ajit mudear, but in vain. He is not picking up the phone once. Tried your toll free no but with no use. Tried bajoria entertainment pvt ltd no again with no response. Tried the marketing guy named mr karndarpa bhuya who actually sold the unit, but again of no use. No one is picking the phone or responding. I am fed up of kutchina services. Please do something because it's difficult to buy daily water having a purifier at home. Also i have already paid for the yearly maintenance of 4500 rs. What's the use. It's just mere loot.
Please send someone immediately or else i shall have to think twice buying kutcikut products in near future

Understand those who retired after 01 09 2014. Pension is being recalculated based on 12 months average salary.

Purchased product from lokenath kitchen solutions and amc with them. My product is kutchina vogue chimney. Amc is for 5 years every 3 months service assured. Last service done in december 2019. Due to lockdown skipped march service but when asked in june during unlock they are continuously delaying and till date no response. Booked service 8/6/20, verbal request made thereafter, complaint made on 29/6, 5/7, 7/7 but no care from their end. My oil collector tray fell down broken, chimney is full of burnt oil. Immediately service is sought with assurance no future harrasment will be made.

Oil leak from both side of motor

Chimney is not working for more than 3 months. Many times docketed to the local service centre but no one attended till date. Amc done on 31.08.2019 for a period of 3 years. They are not receiving the phone.

I have purchased Kutchina Smartec chimney on 29th dec, 2019 but started noticing that the suction of the brand new chimney is very poor. I complained in January and reached out to customer care. Representative of the dealer and Kutchina company visited my house 6-7 times and changed position of oven, changed aluminium pipe to pvc pipe, gave cooking tips but never asked for written customer feedback. Inspite of these changes oil has been sprayed on the walls of the kitchen increasingly. We have to close kitchen door while cooking as it fills the entire kitchen in smoke.Only once a technician said it might be a probable manufacturing defect but the reports they submitted were all saying that the machine is working fine. After lockdown finally they have again visited my place and saying to go for servicing. I am convinced that they are just doing this to kill time and not going to take any action about the faulty device. Even after several follow ups, they failed to rectify the problem we face daily. We have used Ultrafresh chimney for the last 8 years with no problem and they have exchanged this working chimney with the new one with poorer result.

We have one kutchina smartec chimney purchased on 10th july, 2019 from dealer srijoni, nagerbazar, kolkata. First free servicing was done on 24oct, 2019. Next service was scheduled on last week of february, 2020. When nobody turned on february, 2020 we called dealer several time since 1st week. Of march, 2020 but nobody turned till now. We tried to contact through customer care no of kutchina also, but nobody attend the call after several time attend to connect. We send mail to kutchina customer care also, but nobody came for the servicing till now. It's almost 8 months, and no servicing was done after 1st service on oct, 2019.

We have one kutchina Smartec chimney purchased on 10th July, 2019 from dealer Srijoni, Nagerbazar, Kolkata. First free servicing was done on 24Oct, 2020.next service was scheduled on last week of February, 2020. When nobody turned in February, 2020 we are calling dealer since last week of February, 2020 but nobody turned till now. We are calling several time since 1st week of March, 2020to dealer.We tried to contact through customer care no of Kutchina also, but nobody attend the call after several time of trying. We send mail to Kutchina also, but nobody came for the servicing till now. It's almost 8 months, no servicing was done after 1st service. So poor service of Kutchina.

I have lodged a complain in kutchina customer care on 13th june regarding my kutchina purica excel model not working from last friday[protected] through your customer care number. On 15th june again i have connected with your customer care number. Your representative has assured me that they have again forwarded the request to the service provider. But since last saturday, no one has connected to me amd today 16th june also over. For this reason, i'm not able to collect the water from the purifier machine. These types of services are not expected from kutchina. I have also used aqua guard machine from last 19 years but they attend the call on the same day after log the call before purchase of this machine. At the time of purchasing the machine, the s. M. U enterprise from gorabazar has committed to me that after sale service of kutchina is far better than any other company. But after the purchase of the machine, i noticed so many negligence activities of kutchina. My complain no is [protected]. This problem of my machine is not happened at first time. It is happening from beginning. Now im feeling that i'm fully cheated by kutchina.

This is very unfortunate for me after buying kutchina chimney; i've to struggle for service. I observed the post-sale service of kutchina is not up to mark or customer-oriented.
First, i didn't get any service call from kutchina that my first free service is due. I was expecting a pro-active service call from the kutchina in case i forgot; now i am considering why i will pay amc and buy another chimney for my 2nd floor.
Secondly, when i contacted the engineer who does the installation here; he told me to come on time tomorrow but when i contacted him today, initially he didn't pick up the call but when he picked up, he denied to come and told me to contact the call centre. I was amazed by his response, he wasted my time; i work from home and postponed all of my work for another day. but very irresponsibly & rudely he denied the service and the approach he used was completely unacceptable. I wasn't expecting such behaviour; even he told me if i want, i can make a complaint about him as well. The confidence of his in this regard very convincing like kutchina have no policy towards irresponsible or misbehaviour engineers. however, i have contacted the service centre and done my service booking ([protected]) and complain about him as well but no one has contacted me yet and no action taken anyway. I also requested the operator to not to send him or any such people who don't know how to behave with the customer. Send anyone apart from him, i am fine with that.
I am expecting action in this regard and the resolution of my service call at your earliest.

I sùdarsan dhole client of kutchina chimney machine no[protected] would like to complain about a misbehavioral issue which happened today that too by such a reputed company such as kutchina sales executive name mr manas majumdar from uttarpara kutchina sales and service center office, (74, netaji subhas road, uttarpara, hooghly pin 712258, ph[protected] installed a dlx elite kutchina chimney in my house, however the mentioned sales personnel mr majumdar has misbehaved with me and my family members when we asked questions related to demonstrations, payment schemes, offers etc. My only complain to the head of sales and marketing department of kutchina is that the way kutchina sales person are trained to behave with the customer, i also complained a senior kutchina officer mr malay saha about it.

Kindly take required action and confirm me else i might have to speak with senior bajoria executives about the misbehavioral issue of sales executive mr manas majumdar, if not apologized as kutchina group client i might take legal action for harassing kutchina client against this sales executive for ill treatment of kutchina client.
