Booked semi modular kitchen with FIBAS EXCLUSIVE KITCHEN WARE PVT. LTD. 137/1, B.T.ROAD KOLKATA 700108. on 11/12/2020. They promised timely delivery on 11/02/2021. But it has been more than 15 days there is no response from them. When I enquire them they are giving different dates and NO PROPER response. I am feeling cheated and warning future customers to be careful. All I want now is return our advance payment....

I bought a 3 B glass top gas stove last week and it has been a huge trouble since then. It has a very low flame..at first we thought that may be it's the new stove so the burners are taking time but the problem still persists. And second is the customer care service. Technician visited for a routine service of the Chimney and found Oil L pipe replacement requirement.
The same reported to the office by the Technician on 8th Dec. 2020.

TD Enterprise, Kolkata, is the authorized dealer of Kutchina. I had made a 3yr service contract on April 2019 till Apr 2022. But after 1st service in Jul, they have stopped the service.
