I purchase a chimney on 01/12/2019 from Great Eastern Retrails Pvt. Ltd., model name ESSA Excel 60. But from October'20 it's totally shutdown due to motor problem. As per Barrackpur service center the motors are still unable after 3 month. After installation of new motor those are burn again in same day. And the last docket number is [protected] on 20/01/2020. From this day no one can contact with us the resolve the problem. The Chimney is still in not working condition.

Booked semi modular kitchen with FIBAS EXCLUSIVE KITCHEN WARE PVT. LTD. 137/1, B.T.ROAD KOLKATA 700108. on 11/12/2020. They promised timely delivery on 11/02/2021. But it has been more than 15 days there is no response from them. When I enquire them they are giving different dates and NO PROPER response. I am feeling cheated and warning future customers to be careful. All I want now is return our advance payment.

I bought a 3 B glass top gas stove last week and it has been a huge trouble since then. It has a very low flame..at first we thought that may be it's the new stove so the burners are taking time but the problem still persists. And second is the customer care service. It is very slow.i was told by the seller and the service center both that within 24 hours they will resolve the issue n it's the 3 rd day of the complaint and there's no technician. Along with it the service center guy named as "Sanjay" is too rude while dealing with the consumer. It was a big mistake to buy Kutchina stove. I recommend everyone to go for other brands.

Today I have booked a service request for my Kutchina Chimney Servicing after that service center called me and technician Chandan Saha told me that if I can show last 4 bills of servicing then he will take 550Rs otherwise he will take 1200 Rs for the same service.Now my question is to you that is there any communication you have made earlier that customer need to keep to his home for getting 550Rs service otherwise customer will be charged 1200 Rs for same in documentation? Please look into this matter it is very wrong way to get money from customer which is not acceptable at all.

Hello, myself Subhadip Das.I have bought a chimney on november 2020. On Dec it suddenly stopped working. I complained on their customer no. Service person came and told both motors are defected and it will get replaced with a new one within a week. After this it's been almost 2 months, neither my motor got replaced nor did i get any call from kutchina. On the contrary i myself called them several times in which they told me to change the motors within a week. Now it's been very frustrating. First the chimney gets defected within one month and then this poor service. Please look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

Technician visited for a routine service of the Chimney and found Oil L pipe replacement requirement.
The same reported to the office by the Technician on 8th Dec. 2020.
However, after checking with the customer care of the Head Office multiple times, the "Oil L Pipe" replacement has not been done. The answer of the customer care is that the spare parts not available and needs to be collected from the factory.
My question is that Kuchina is respected brand and waiting for a simple Oil Pipe for 1 and half months is not satisfactory effort towards customer satisfaction.
How many months do I need to wait for a Oil L pipe which is essential and you know you can not stop cooking and without Oil L pipe there is a high possibility of spreading Oil here and there in the machine.
I hope I am able to clear my inconvenience.

I have renewed my AMC for service of the Kutchina Smartec Chimney on[protected] with M/s. C and RC Associates Kolkata 700075.I found few days ago that the plastic tray in the chimney which is used to collect the residual waste oil is leaking. Accordingly I called the service provider as stated and docketed my complaint about the same. Even after two weeks nobody came to attend the complaint. I had again called them and enquired about it. The person attending my call informed me that there was no docket reference available against my earlier complaint. I had to docket my complaint as a new one.
This is the condition of service provided by the concern even though I am holding an AMC. I'm utterly disappointed with the service of them. Please improve the quality of service of them otherwise I will have to take necessary action in this regard.

On 28.10.2019, Smt Gargi Pal, introducing herself as someone from KUTCHINA, contacted me over phone and offered me KUTCHINA chimney at a discounted price. Considering the reputation of the brand “Kutchina” I placed an order and paid the full price on 30.10.2019 to S&G Kitchen Appliances, 542B, DumDum Park, Kolkata 700055.

The chimney was delivered to me by S&G Kitchen Appliances on 05.11.2019.

Its high time that I should bring to your notice about Egnito 3B excel gas stove purchased this january 2020. I am highly disappointed with ur service and response. We have been facing problems with the product since february and have lodged at least 10 complains to your customer care .
The Big And Medium Burner of the stove aren't working and despite of our regular complains neither the parts have been replaced nor the stove.
The unsatisfactory response that your team has provided in handling the issue has forced us to take Legal Action against your firm. We are going to take strict action against this irresponsible behaviour and will use social media to not trust you as a brand .

My gas burner is not working since last 2 months, there is always a chance of gas leakage and catching fire...

I have been writing them mail and calling them in customer care but Kutchina doesn't have time to provide service to their customers.

There main intention is to sell products and not providing service thereafter.

Really frustrated

I missed one free service due to lock down. Last service is left. I tried my level best to contact your dispur service center. They note down but never responded. Then I booked complain vide no. [protected] dated 13.10.2020. No body attended so far. Now since last more than 10 days nobody is lifting phone in dispur center.
I am fed up because i never thought that such a worst after sale service.

I have purchased an auto clean chimney with i-clean technology model - AMAZE 75. The chimney has been installed by authorised service personal. The Sr. No. of product mentioned in warranty card (warranty card provided at a later date as same was not available in the package) is different from that marked in the chimney. I have sent several mails to customer service and talked several times but till date they have not taken any action in this regard. Further since installation more than one month has elapsed and not a single time auto clean has happened. In this regard also I have sent mail to customer care no. but I have not received any response. It clearly indicates that they are least bothered after a product is sold.

This is to notify you that Kutchina Rajarhat Chinar Park showroom is a bluff. They took money from me 1.5 months back. They have delayed in the delivery of the items(half done till now). They were supposed to complete my work by 20th October, today but they are now telling it will take 10 days more. I have paid the full amount in cheques & received agreement stated work to be completed by today. Really frustrated with the service & would request for faster resolution & strict actions to be taken.

This is a complain against your franchise at pioneer park, Ma Sarada Road, Barasat regarding his misbehavior and faulty operation method. Today 13/10/20 in the evening he with his staffs was unloading material almost closing the feeding road causing total road block and chaos. I, being a doctor by profession, was stuck in the jam reuested them to make passage of my car as I was in hurry. Your franchise and his staffs misbehaved with me and almost threatend me verbally.
I request you to direct the franchise to work in such a way not causing any difficulty for the public or otherwise I will have no other way but to complin to Chairman, Barasat Municiplity and the police.

I have purchased a Water Purifier from Kutchina on 23/02/2019 post completion of one year i am facing various issue with this purifier. On 12/02/2020 service engineer visited for servicing of purifier post visit also purifier was not working properly but due to Lockdown issue remain unresolved and we were using the purifier with no other option. On 03/10/2020 again engineer visited for servicing he micron candle & told us let purifier remain working on single candle available inside the purifier and he will replaced second in next 2 days as presently stock is not available but nobody turned up he charged visit fee also for the same. And now when we are trying to contact the service center they are ignoring the issue and not resolving the water purifier problem. Getting harassed with this company. What urgent resolution of my issue as water purifier is not working from 03rd of this month. Also staff had given receipt of 03.09.2020 instead of 03.10.2020

Being satisfied with my 3 existing Kutchina Chimney I showed interest to have a Water Filter. Requested the Team School Bazar Branch for a demo. After the discussion they suggested me to bought Kutchina Dew Drop.
The product got installed on 15.09.2020. The Product Serial Number is[protected].
Within one month I had to request the Service Team for the same problem. Now the service team also ignoring to attend. The problem is as simple as that the Water is not coming.
There fore I am informing here for immediate solution. Kindly look into the matter as urgent.
