As discussed with your representative Sanjay Sarkar, I have paid Rs 5, 000/- by my credit card on 17.03.2021 for 3 yrs AMC of my Chimney. He told within 48 hrs after making payment, I will get Rs 500/- cash back. But sorry to say that till date 21.07.2021, I have not received the said cash back amount from your end. Though as per requirement of your customer care department, I have given my savings Bank a/c details and my credit card statement. But they are not satisfied and demanding more new documents day by day. For the security of my bank account, not possible to provide further document. During discussion of AMC taking, not told me for any such documents. Now they are unnecessarily harrassing me for this small amount Rs 500/-. It spoil the reputation of your company/Organisation.
