I have got the AMC done from Kutchina, but every time I have to call and ask for the service and they say the reason is because of less man lower which is happening for more than a year. I had called and registered my request on 17th August 2021 and they it will be done within a week, but till now nobody called and nothing has been done. When they get the AMC they don't provide any service before the AMC us done they are dripping honey about their services.

    I would like to let you know my utter dissatisfaction towards Kutchina appliances because on 15th of Aug 2021 I went to select a kitchen chimney at M/S UNIQUE KITCHEN APPLIANCES NUNGI BUDGE BUDGE TRUNK ROAD.over there the receptionist showed us the model and told us the price then we told her that we will come back the very next day.The next day I went there to give her a booking amount and she told us that 5k is the booking amount and I was shocked because previous day only she told me 500 rupees also accepted for booking.After knowing which I thought thatbI am getting fooled then she made a concall with her manager and his communication was exactly "KUTCHINA sells SECOND SCRAP PRODUCT AT A LOWER PRICE"just for a sell he told me a negative statement about a company with which he is dealing with now I wanted my advance back but M/S UNIQUE KITCHEN APPLIANCES is telling me that its non refundable.My request to you that kindly look into the matter so that I can get my advance back because right now I dont have a requirement because of personal reason.If I dont get my money back I will be forced to escalate this entire matter to the higher authorities about how a customer gets fooled at a KUTCHINA dealer.

        Kutchina Chimney - VOGUE - motor not working

        Date of purchase : 22/04/2021 Invoice number : 106705
        My registered mobile number with the company : [protected]

        Purchased the chimney from Laketown Branch- KOlkata. The machine was under AMC but the said vendor not provided all the required services.

        For the last 7-8 months Chimney 's one motor is not working and I am trying to reach & finally registered the complain on 13th August 2021.But unfortunately...

        I have created a Servicing request( as I have AMC) to the Konnargar branch on[protected] and docket number is 6234. It has been more than one month and they still haven't sent anyone yet for service.My kuchina machine is very dirty now and its oil has started leaking. Due to this if my machine is damaged who will be responsible? Is kutchina company will replace my machine. Please let me know.
        Please talk to Konnagor branch immediately. waiting for for your reply.

            Myself Ankit Paul from Thakurpukur, Srijoni, Kolkata 700104.I have purchased a kutchina Chimney from life Line Appliances on 11/02/2019.I have done my AMC on 17/03/2021.As per the contract no technician visited for the AMC service till today .However, I requested a service call to your customer care number several times, every time the staff attended the call behaved very unprofessional and they were gossiping and giggling over the call.Whenever I call the service they assure me that the reminder will be provided to the local service provider, but till date no service person contacted till today.
            It is very unfair to know how a well known company is looting their valuable customer in the name of brand.
            Today when I call the service centre for the AMC service the staff member said its not possible to send someone for the service.
            Kindly look into the matter ASAP.

              I have been using Kutchina chimney and I paid full amount for AMC before 20 days. I asked the company call center to send the technician for first service. For last 18 days, Company call center is saying that representatives are busy. Not only is that, company representatives harassing me by making false comments daily.

              They took full amount for AMC without any delay. But when it's about giving service, they are saying that every technician is busy for last 18 days. They are not even ready to tell me an approx date when I will get the service done

              It's highly recommended not to buy any product from this FRAUD Company to avoid this kind of harassment.

                As discussed with your representative Sanjay Sarkar, I have paid Rs 5, 000/- by my credit card on 17.03.2021 for 3 yrs AMC of my Chimney. He told within 48 hrs after making payment, I will get Rs 500/- cash back. But sorry to say that till date 21.07.2021, I have not received the said cash back amount from your end. Though as per requirement of your customer care department, I have given my savings Bank a/c details and my credit card statement. But they are not satisfied and demanding more new documents day by day. For the security of my bank account, not possible to provide further document. During discussion of AMC taking, not told me for any such documents. Now they are unnecessarily harrassing me for this small amount Rs 500/-. It spoil the reputation of your company/Organisation.                   This is to inform you that the technician does not take care o[censored]s . At lockdown period my water purifier which is in warranty period gone bad and as you know your toll free number are not available at that time which forced me to take service with authorised distributor of Kutchina products . But the shop owner does not registered my service with Kutchina which made my service local. Irrespective of knowing all the truth the technician denied my service and he is telling my free service is expired. The technician is telling that I will look upon the matter since last one month but he didnt. The technician has also blocked my docket number without visiting to me. And Because o[censored]navailability of water I had spent 5000 Rs to purchase water from outside. So kindly take action upon my problem as soon as possible

                        We Booked Servicing from your company's authorised service centre on 5th July 2021. Mr. Sourav Ghosh your professional service man came on that day for servicing & broken our Machines oil Collector Parts of our chimney model Kutchina Vogue. After that he told that we change it next day. But today he came with a old oil Collector Parts. It's completely your Service Man's fault he broke it. Then why should I take the old Oil Collector Parts. & Also The behaviour of that Guy was very Rude.

                          I did AMC contract with lifeline appliances, sakherbazar, Behala on 7 th of July 2018 for 2 years...very poor Service they had provided me from the beginning...I have all details in my AMC card.. Everytime I got my services after making several phone calls ..I got my due services for which I had already paid to company... after a long process I got my 7 services..which take more than the scheduled time..They started to call me for AMC but I made them clear I won't do so with them.. because, I am very much disappointed with their unprofessional behavior and attitude .they forced me to renew AMC with them, it's mandatory to get last service.. otherwise they won't give my last service, which I already paid ..they can't do so, but all arguments go in vein..they don't agree to provide me my last service..
                          So I want to solve the issue and take necessary action asap..

                              We have subscribed to AMC with Bajoria Entertainment Pvt Ltd for maintenance of our Kutchina chimney for 3 years, viz 20.12.18 to 19.12.21. So far they have conducted 5 services out of 9, last one being on 22.10.20. Thereafter, they are not turning up for periodic maintenance. Our phone calls to[protected] not attended and email to [protected]@kutchina.com not replied. Our chimney is not working being not serviced for last 8 months.

                                  Fraud Kutchina Service

                                  Hi, we have one Kutchina chimney while raised a request for changing pipe, Kutchina service guys replaced the pipe but after that we have seen one important part of that chimney is missing, while imforming the same to nearest office they are dening, most 3rd class service has been provided by kutchina and i think they are one of the most 3rd class brand in india.
                                  Still no resolution has been provided by kutchina....

                                  On 9th of June I registered a complaint in Kutchina Customer regrading non functioning of my purifier. On 11th of June of the technician visited and changed the pre carbon filter. But still my purifier was not working so a senior technician visited and asserted that my RO membrane filter was not working and I need to replace that.
                                  It took over 6 days for them to replace the RO filter and on 17th June RO membrane filter was changed. It wasn't even a complete week before my purifier stopped working on 24th June. On 25th June I registered a compliment and then upon visit they changed a part of ₹450.
                                  I repeatedly informed them that my municipality water supply timing is from 11-1:30 PM. Yet they sent technician at 2:00 PM. At that time it was not possible for me to check the purifier since water supply was absent. I informed the technician Mr. Pappu regrading so, but he insisted upon to replace the part. And upon replacement when I asked to pay amount at 4PM when my water supply will restore. But Mr. Pappu behaved unprofessionally and demand the amount to be paid immediately and nothing will go wrong. When water supply restored at 4PM my purifier filled up in just 7 minutes which usually takes to fill up about 30 minutes to fill. And after filling water started to spill vigorously. The only reason my purifier was filled up so quickly due to the fact that it filled the water without even purifying.
                                  I don't know what kind of service is this or this is a nasty trick By Kutchina appliences to sell spare parts forcefully. Very unpleasant experience from Kutchina and I would never recommend anyone to buy any product from Kutchina appliences.
