This company (Chimney) giving very pathetic and horrible service to me, they call me repeatly for buying amc.. Same i done and pay thru online in company web site and customer executive also saying u rcvd ur amc paper with 3-4 days.. Same thing 30 days gone not any paper i am rcvd.. I call and mail so many time they cant reply the same... Ceo mail id also not reply.. This is very pathetic

I had purchased a kutchina purica excel auto-clean antioxidant ro water purifier (As mentioned in invoice cum road challan as well as warranty card) amounting to rs.155000.00 from zenith appliances, bablatala, rajarhat, kolkata-700136 on 14.03.2018.
However, i received kutchina purica excel auto-clean ro water purifier having sl. No.[protected] as mentioned on the purifier which i noticed during first free service (1st) on 03.07.2018 and informed the same to senior sales executive over telephone several times and everytime he promised me to do the needful but failed to do anything till date.
Further, sl. No. Mentioned on the package cover[protected] is also not matching with the above said sl. Nos.
Though believing on your company's reputation, i blindly purchased the product, but, now i feel that i am being cheated.
So, i request you to exchange the product with actual product for which i made payment i. E. Kutchina purica excel auto-clean antioxidant ro as soon as possible.

After last servicing by them on 6.9.19 there is problem with the chimney. The autoclean light is blinking now and then and i cannot use the chimney. I called them again. They came and told that one of the fans is defective, so they provided a new fan for rs-2500rs-2500 (I think it is overpriced)
But the problem is persisting. I called them again. But they have not visited yet.

I am kamini dubey. I bought my gas stove kutchina sparkle eco 2b few days back.
It worked properly for few days but after some days it's automatic burner stopped working which also turns to gas wastage and it is very dangerous.
I complained multiple times on customer service but they only assured me that engineer will come and he will resolve this problem
But unfortunately no one showed up. I am very disappointed by the services.

I bought my kutchina gas stove about a month ago. Initially it was working well but after few days it stopped working properly. I have complaint many times online but i got only assurance and no action.
The engineer doesn't even come to check what is the problem. The automatic burner doesn't work due to which the cylinder gas is wasted and it is very dangerous. Very disappointed by your services.

I am mr santonu polley would like to inform you that i have purchased a kutchina kitchen chimney on 25.01.2019 as per company terms and condition company has given 3 free service in warranty period. I have requested for a service on 13.09.2019 call centre representative told me within four days technician will come in my house. Service booking id-[protected] till now no body has come in my house. Company doing cheating with customers.

I have purchased SMARTY DLX 60 chimney on 31st August 2019 and made payment through Bajaj Alliance. However, it has been almost 3 weeks I have not received authorised/signed/system generated invoice till now. The kutchina company representative has forwarded me an Invoice which is not signed/authorised or system generated. The invoice number of the invoice provided to me as soft copy is BE20/3055M/00092. Further, when I am repeatedly asking the representative for the authorised invoice but he is not providing the same. Now I have concern whether the product is genuine or not. I was planning to purchase more products from Kutchina but now I am not getting trust. Please do the needful.

It is Quite surprising that the cmpny like KUTCHINA cant prvde me the basic dtails of mchne, which i am asking since 4-5 daz.

Is [protected] i purchase a kutchina gas stove hob till date problem in my gas stove hob when 3 or 4 times visit to resolve the hob but gas stove burner and knob but can't resolve the problem so kindly replace the gas stove hob to new hob if any price difference opprox. 2 thousand or 3 thousand we pay that so kindly do that.

I purchased and installed purica excel ro+ao on dated 05/09/2019, before warranty expire i have been reported them but nobody response avoided will their negligence. Now the warranty expired.

So, there i have been writing a complain against your local dealer at uttarpara, hooghly for the sales and services.

The motor is not properly functioning and the kitchen is being filled with oil vapours during cooking and walls are frequently becoming dark.
One m/s fibas service stated to be authorised service centre for kitchen appliances has booked amc with us and visiting quarterly. But so far as fixing the problem they are always demanding money on the pretext of one or other.
Please advise us properly.

I am using a kuchina chimney for last one and half year. 15 days back i had logged a complaint for servicing of the product. 5 days after lodging the complaint a service engineer called up confirming the residential address but no one turned up. Since then 4 times i have contacted the local service centre but every time there is a promise to complete the work without any result. This kind of service is grossly unacceptable. Expect a quick resolution

Shampa mitra took full payment of chimney smarty 29000 and then did not deliver the product on committed date. I took leave from office for installation but she failed the delivery 3 times on the day. Finally mechanic came today and told angle is not provided to him for installation on window. He and we called shampa mitra to send the necessary equipments but she simply ignored our calls and replied "arrange yourself". We are surprized seeing such irresponsible behavior from a branch manager of bajoria. I want strong action against this lady as she knows only to harrous customers and avoid duties. She is not even bothered how installation can be done without necessary equipments when she herself inspected the area before purchase.

Dear team,

Registered a request with kutchina for service for my chimney-model aster on 13 aug 2019 & "case no:[protected]". Till date none of their technician visited.
Very poor service & not really enjoying the response by kutchina.

Please take appropriate action regarding such delay. Also please help to resolve the issue.

I had purchased the kutchina purica dlx on 27/4/2018 and faced huge technical problems. It started with defect in the led, then candle problem, pump stopped working. The company is not going to do anything and they should replace the defective product with another product. Other companies are giving such good water purifiers and if this is the standard we are being looted by such companies. With amc slso i am paying money to the service people.

I have purchased CHIMNEY Smartec Bk Hc Ac (1150) 76 cm,[protected], from M/s KITCHENEX in April-19 vide Invoice no. MAR/94/18-19, DATE[protected].
Now oil leakage next to oil collector in the last one month. I called M/s KITCHENEX and report the issue but representative from M/s KITCHENEX is not at all co-operative and misbehave me. She told me if there is any issue on next of purchased I have pay the inspection & service/repair charge.
She refuses to hear the actual problem and disconnect the phone.

This is production quality problem and asked replace the product at least repair free of cost immediately from M/s Kutchina. .

That sir, on 30.06.2019 i purchased a kutchina chimney, model: smartec from the above mentioned dealer and value of the item fully paid by me in cash to concerned dealer person. However, the firm did not give me any bill/tax invoice for the product sold to me. While i asked for tax invoice, the sales executive of the firm, mr keshab baruah (Mobile [protected]) told me that he will handover the bill/tax invoice to me after incorporating my gstin within 3/4 days. Since then i was constantly following up with mr. Baruah, but he was always extending time and now he doesn’t attend my phone call and not giving any response to my text message.

I don’t understand why the dealer is not giving me bill/tax invoice for the product sold on 30.06.2019. Can kutchina product be sold without giving tax invoice to the customers? I surprise………………...

In the above context, i request you to look into the issue urgently and arrange to handover the bill/tax invoice to me incorporating my gstin as mentioned below at the earliest.

Further, the firm gave me a warranty card (Without having any seal & signature) and an order form which i attached for your reference.

Dear sir/madam,

Bought a kutchina product (Vetra), on 6th july 2019, after instalation the chimney was not working, we complained again and again but they didnot replace the product though it has manufacturing defect. One service man came to our home and wanted to change the new motor (Defective) with old repaired motor then we refused to do the changes because our objection is if we pay the 1st hand product price why should we take the old one with new product price. After all it is the manufacturing defect and from day one it is not working properly. So our appeal is that company should replace the product??

We have purchased one kuchina kitchen chimney.in spite of several communication the first service not yet done. The service personnel and office staff have no coordination. All of them mislead us unnecessarily. Keep up waited at home but they did not turn up. Even don't contact over phone. Did not expect such unprofessional poor post purchase service from reputed brand. Once u call for purchase they come in jet speed. After sales they don't show any serious approach to attend service call.
