My Puredrop is under AMC (AMC No. 013187) currently and it has stopped working since June 2nd 2021, everytime I call the customer care support, they have just an excuse "Part is not available".

I have logged a service request on 21st of May 2021 and I got my docker request number on 6th of June 2021.
I am having AMC for my water purifier and in the last one month my water purifier is not working at all. I did multiple follow up over email and through WhatsApp number to get a service. I got the docker number as well but there was no further action being taken in the last 1 month. All I heard from them only excuses about due to this pandemic situation, the service will be delayed. I would like to know how long it is going to take to provide a support when a purified water is essential to stay fit and healthy.

We purchased Kutchina Purica Excel water purifier on 23/11/2018 with AMC prevailing from 30/11/18 to 29/11/21. However, 2 of your technicians visited recently on 16/03/21 and 14/04/21 to resolve the continued defects of non-functioning of my purifier. But unfortunately, we are facing the same water inlet/outlet problems since 2 days now. It's been 2-3 days now that we are without drinking water and am forced to buy mineral water again, in spite of having AMC for water purifier. I did register a complaint on the Tollfree number as well as [protected]@kutchina.com but there has been no response at all because of Covid lockdown. Although we understand the situation, but then water is an essential item and needs to be resolved on priority. Please consider this on highest priority and send some technician to repair the said problem at the earliest.

We purchased kutchina's latest model of aqua guard under the name of Swapan Kr Majundar or Ratna Majumdar around July'19 and now the handle has broken down.we called the person who sold us the product with name Swapan Pal but he refused to help us because of covid. Although we understand the situation but then water is an essential item now delay in repairing the machine means we have no water to drink. Can this be considered on priority and send some person to repair the machine?

I purchased Kutchina chimney AMC service contract for 3yrs on 2016 validity upto 2019. Subsequently I purchased Kutchina Vogue in exchange of earlier chimney.The representative assured me to coverup the existing AMC to be applied on new one after scheduled free service.
But at actuals, it was not maintained and nobody from Kutchina contacted in spite of my repeated requests.
Being disgusted, mailing this for necessary remidial action towards customer of Kutchina, a company of repute.

Dear sir
I had installed a kutchina Stanza, chimney on sept 2019. I entered into an amc in sept. 2020. Branch howrah, near geskin Williams, Andul road.
Since then only one servicing has been done. Repeated requests has been turned down. Recently I made a docket but no one has attended the call.
I feel cheated and I feel that I have taken a wrong decision to be a part of your company by buying your company product.

Kindly look into my complaint and do not ignore it as your agency for amc has done.

I am using kutchina purifier since last 5-6 yrs, initial 3-4 yrs service was very good, parts always was available on time. Last 2 yrs I am seeing required parts most of the time are not available, technician tells next 1-2 day he or any other technician will come and fit it but no one comes and even nothing was informed to us, while we call to Customer Care they casually tells parts are not available, will inform you once available and they don't have any clue when it will be available.

Presently I am again facing same situation, Customer Care doesn't know max time, and I feel Kutchina is not bother about this kind of necessity/urgent things. Few months back I paid next 3 yrs AMC, it will be great if somehow possible to get back money of 2yrs then I can utilize it in other option.

I purchased Kutchina Chimney with a trust that it is a big brand and so there service will always be good. But actually it is not happening.

I officially mailed for complain of 18th March but before 18th March i was calling to lodge the complain but they didn't give me docket number. After mail on 18th March, they have shared the docket number - [protected].

But it is just a number for me without any use as till today (6th April), nobody has visited my place to resolve my issue with motor.

Everytime, I m calling to know the status but everytime they are giving same dialogue that someone will call you but till now my chimney not resolved.

Am using the Chimney from last 2 years but till now the service persons not even come to take for general cleanup. when i call to customer care its time-passes for 10-15 min but no executive will be responded back on the call and the call disconnects automatically.
