Dear team

Please note today i. E. Mr manas majumdar from uttarpara kutchina sales and service center office, (74, netaji subhas road, uttarpara, hooghly pin 712258, ph[protected] installed a dlx elite kutchina chimney in my house, however the mentioned sales personnel mr majumdar has misbehaved with me and my family members when we asked questions related to demonstrations, payment schemes, offers etc. My only complain to the head of sales and marketing department of kutchina is that the way kutchina sales person are trained to behave with the customer, i also complained a senior kutchina officer mr malay saha about it.

Kindly take required action and confirm me else i might have to speak with senior bajoria executives about the misbehavioral issue of sales executive mr manas majumdar, if not apologized as kutchina group client i might take legal action for harassing kutchina client against this sales executive for ill treatment of kutchina client.

    With due respect i have to inform you that i purchased a kitchen chimney kutchina arc premium machine code no. C[protected] on 03.02.2020, customer code no. 1287, invoice no. 1329 of kitchen series authorized sales and service of kutchina, office:- bishalaxmitala, pipulpati, chinsurah, hooghly. I am facing problem with this product. After complain a technician attend and could not solve the problem since last of february. Over telephone i have lodge complain again after few days, but no any technician attend to meet my problem till now.

      Good afternoon,

      Sorry to say but i am totally confused and also it seems you people are harrasing the customers.

      I have registered a paid service request on 22nd february 2020.
      Your service representative called me 4-5 times and forced me to do amc. I was not interested and rather told to do the paid services. He totally ignored and told it will charge double cost without even seeing the chimney. I told i would speak with the customer care and get back to you

      Is this something which a customer is expecting? I heard a lot of names of this company and i personally bought this chimney from head office. Is this something i was waiting to hear

      Secondly i called 15-20 times customer care till date and they have assigned someone who has still not given me a single call.

      Last year when i requested for paid service i have struggle for 5 months. I got my service after 5 months which is in october 2019. And then i called in february which you are delaying. It seems company is delaying for more than 4 months so that they can double charge.

      I am totally confused and i am not getting what to do next.

      Any suggestions or still i need to wait 5 more months as 1 month has already passed.

      Please take some necessary action against the technician from howrah who always have a nag to showcase there talent in lobby rather than work.

      Also let me know the hr email i'd and share the escalation matrix as this not a matter of payment but the behaviour of your service department. I will also mark the hrd and consumer forum fraud if i am not getting an apology or proper email from kutchina.

      Also note i am available from 11am to 4pm in phone.

        At the time of servicing one lamp was broken by the technician and left. When I raised this issue, no action was taken against my complain.

        This is very unfortunate that you are sending such unfaithful and low graded technician for servicing.

        I'm requesting you to give a proper solution for this issue. I bought the Kutchina chimney for their good servicing only but my experience is really very bitter.

        I raised one complaint through customer care calling but the ticket was closed without any resolution.

            Your service employees krishna prasad ([protected], [protected]) came on 14th january 2020 after 1 day of servicing oil is licking from kutchina machine. Instead of servicing he damage my machine. So now from 16th january i continuously call him but he refused to come. Now my guarantee period is over on 22nd january and now he says that i have to pay for another servicing. Why should i pay because he damage my new machine?               This has reference to the above i would like to intimate that your, marketing person mr gautam patra (Mob no [protected]) informed that
              Purchase invoice would be sent through e-mail as provided to him.. Till date no invoice is placed.

              Mr patra also assured that rs 1350.00 would be refunded back against my old kuchina chimney's insurance for 3 years which was made for rs 4986 against model no sleek from 13.07.2017 -12.07.2020, which was not paid. Despite of repeated phone calls and giving assurance for each time for refund, he has not arranged for credit the same.
              Necessary docs are attached herewith. The 2nd attachment is written by mr patra wherein the right hand side amounts to rs 1350.00 was promised to be refunded against amc of old kuchina.

              You are requested to look into it at the earliest.

                We purchased one kutchina smartec chimney on july, 2019 (Dealer srijoni). During 1st service (After 3 months of installation; october, 2019), the technician from kutchina informed that one of the plastic part of the chimney was cracked and it was happened during the installation time. We informed immediately to the dealer (Srijioni & kutchina customer care) to replace the broken item, but no action was taken till now. After several call, one company representative inform us that the item may be replaced but we had to paid rs 260/- for that. Today the dealer (M/s srijoni) informed us that the same part price is rs 450/- and we had to give the amount and then only they can replaced it. M/s srijoni informed us that the item will be repaired if we will paid rs 450/- otherwise they will not do any work. The item was under warranty and the during installation the item was damaged for which the company and the dealer is asking for payment and the amount is different from company executive and from dealer, please do the necessary action.

                  Purchase a brand new product from SMU enterprise on 25 Aug19 and its schedule servicing was on Dec19, accordingly booked a appointment, bud no body attend till date also no confirmation not getting the service center. My case No.[protected] got the SMS on 19.12.2019. its very bad experence to purcahse the product from the brand.

                  I ordered a kutchina chimney on 28/202020, but I have not received any mature bill or printed bill with it, I have not received any mannual book, I have not received any warrenty copy, I hope I will be given the printed bill with machine number which May be useful to me in the coming days.

                    I want to complain about the delay in installation of my modular kitchen from kutchina. I had placed the order for cabinets in the month of august. After that the representative mr. Sahadeb das installed wrong sized cabinets and his entire measurement of the kitchen was incorrect. Post that i have been chasing him and he is yet to install the product. The order was placed on 28th july 2019 in the name of mr. Nirmalya bose. Till now the work is not completed. Due to this i am not being able to move to my house.

                    I am also in touch with ms arpita naik but still nothing has happened to expedite the process.

                    Please ensure the work is done by tomorrow.

                        I raised complaint on 15 october, 2019 regarding receipt of wrong water purifier. Subsequently, i sent reminder on 22, 25 october and 15 november to get my product exchanged with original product for which i made payment (For details, please, refer previous complaint). I have also informed the same to mr. Namit bajoria through twitter on 6 november. But, i have not received any response from kutchina team till date.
                        Now, kindly confirm me whether i will get my product exchanged or not. Please, clarify the company's stand on this issue.
                        Further, i state that i am not using the purifier since 1st service when the problem was detected.
                        Don't feel shy to accept the mistake and also don't hesitate to inform if you are not able to exchange the product. Your information will help me to know your responsibility towards the customer after selling out the product..

                          I purchased a new kutchina purica dlx water purifier[protected] on 5.2.18. After expiry of free service period, this machine has been creating lot of problems. Very frequently it stops filtering or filtering less water. I changed some candles. Even i changed water pump too. Still problem is the same - very very less filtration. The person attending the complaint always insist on changing parts. Many times they are hiding the actual problem. Now i realized that this item will consume my contingencies. On comparison i found that taking commercial mineral water of 20 lit is more economical than rearing this kutchina. If any such scheme is there to return the item, i shall readily return the item.

                            I have a kutchina vogue chimney but it's left motor failed after installation of 4 days
                            I informed customer care several time they have taken no action odisha service in charge told i can do nothing you call to customer care 3 month have been passed plz do something other i will do next step

                              I purchased a chimney from royal sanitary, rishra, west bengal. While installation, the technician misguided and informed that kutchina servicing will be done in 6 months automatically, without any request. Now, almost 9 months, passed by, we called up for technician. He showed that 3 free services are available within 4, 8 and 12 months. After servicing the chimney for the first time, he took the coupon of third servicing citing the previous two has elapsed. How funny... A customer taking a product of the company for the first time and he is not updated of the services available and at the time of providing service, he is informed that service is unavailable due to time lapse. Do you think, we will recommend kutchina to any of my relatives, friends or collegues.
                              Kindly come out with a solution of providing another free service within 12 months, else i quit and take the issue to authorities and social media.

                                I am tamal dey from bandel (W. B). I have purchased a smart kitchen chimney (Model no:[protected] on 08/10/17.
                                From first day of purchase it is having a problem of oil lickage. Several times i have complained, they service it but problems remain same. Please resolve the issue or kindly exchange the product.

                                  Chimney (Smarty) is only 2 months old, already oil leaking from the body. Registered for a service on 1st of nov, but till no technician bothered to call or visit. You call centre guys are also useless having only copy-paste replies. This is the reason i left kuchina 5 years back, but when came back, the service is as it was.
                                  If you cannot give service then please take this damn chimney and give me the refund. Don't just sit back and relax and let your customer suffer.

                                    I raised this complaint # [protected] on 25th of oct. Today is 2nd nov and still have not got any service. At every stage they promise the service by customer support, service center (Bhilai, supela, chhattisgarh) head (Rajendra) and technician yogesh but they do not provide the service. They will says one thing on the phone and then lie on another call stating that they never said that. Worst service and pathetic technician. Never ever buy anthing from kutchina. If you do then please dont expect anything good after that.

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      I purchased pure drop dlx on 31/12/2018 but after purchasing that i am suffering too much problem in every month.
                                      Your executive mr somnath mondal & mr avishek patra came to sell this product in my home & after checking water ironic level they will suggest me that product is perfect but actually they cheated me that most third class product they has suggested.
                                      Every month purifier showing "c" 1 or "c" 2
                                      After servicing only 7 days after same problem is back.

                                      Please solve this and replace that product as early as possible..

                                      Already 25 days gone after doing complain.
                                      Mr somnath mondal told me that they send my all docs to h. O..
                                      If this complain not resolve then i will go to legal way..

                                        I have purchased a chimney smarty dlx 75 from your distributor office addresses 39/a dumdum road kol 74 on 15.09.19 from your agent named prabir chatterjee. But till now i haven't got my bill (Computerised bill including your gst no). I had already visited your office physically 4th times but they just informed me that they will do it. But after 38 days they failed to give me the bill. Please do the needful.
