I did more than 10 call to your customer care number [protected]. Why is this happening. And i'm positive that i'm not the only customer who has face even this kind of problem. This is so pathetic. What are u so busy about anyway, it's not like you r just got so much customers so suddenly that u can't be able to pick even one call out of 10!!! This website us too lame, i made a huge mistake of my life to trust this website and use it, i got my 650rs stuck in this one. And now i even lose a hope that i can have that back. This is just so pathetic

Watch quality is very poor. Watch glass is broken. What you have shown is very nice in online. But once it received its like scrap. Watch strap is not good. We can not easily access with watch. Pathetic service, there contact number is not reachable continuously from yesterday, i've been trying to contact them. They must be having good relationships with their sellers, but still they want me to return the product on my expenses. Why would i pay to return the product. Why would i bear the expenses. That should be on their end only, and if i talk the contact details, they will not reply on your mails, they will not answer your phone call, [protected], here is the number, their support executives are always busy, and then your call will get disconnected by itself. Pathetical experience.
