I purchased dazon cigret lighter + watch from latestone.com i received the faulty product. After using it 2 - 3 times battery went dead and now it does not get charged. I am very upset as i trusted this shopping website and bought my first product and my experience has been very disappointing. I need a refund for this product. I now believe that this is a fake shopping website who takes money delivers faulty product....

Please do the need full ASAP....

I am feed up with your courier services, we are awaiting at least more than 10 days in each and every shipment and once the shipment has been booked through cod, why are they asking payment through online.
Please look in to this issue otherwise in further i will not buy anything from latest one because of "courier services are very worst"
Please revert on priority to resolve the issue.

I have made a watch purchase in latestone.com. As i am not satisfied with the product, wanted to return it. So i raised a ticket for the same. It's been almost 2 days, still i didnt receive any calls from support. Ticket number is 387607. Please do the needful. So pls provide any peoper call back number, cos ur support help desk number is always busy......

I was purches a ladies watch it delivered to me at 11-11-17, that watch is very cheap as compared it's rate.
