I had ordered galaxy j7 prime back cover and as it was broken so i returned it and the refund has not been refunded yet. Order no was lo7542881. The billed amount was rs 348.00. As i asked for refund. They took the product and asked for bank details. And after that no refund has been generated and no response from the lateststone site. Inspite of being a month. Nothing is done....

I bought a bluetooth headphone named ptron lancer, item no-[protected], but it was not working from the first date of purchase. But after several complaint to the customer care they are not helping me to exchange it and there are no botheration of them.

Also when i dial to contact the customer support number it says not available. All the links are working...
