I had booked a ipad cover, the cover was damaged and defected on arrival. I booked it on 23rd oct. On 26th oct i filed for returns, the product was picked up. I received a reply from the latestone customer care that within 10 days amount would be refunded back to my account. It is 1st december and i have still not received the payment.
I am have trying hard to call the registered number but the whole day i get an automated answer that the all customer care executives are busy.
I would like my refund processed immediately.
