As i had ordered letv heaphone online on 11/10/17, and paid online to latest one, while mention my mobile no last disit was wrong but address was correectely mentioned on that, i had also corrected the mobile no the 2nd day.. I ddint received the product till today,, i maile dthem called there call center they are only saying that they team is in follow on and let u know in next 24 hrs and they will call u back,, no call has been made to me by latsetone till now,, as i had called them sveral times and also i have all the conversation that took while calling tomcallcenter is recorded,, as there delivery boy hasent seen and confirm that whom he is delivery the product neither he had visited my home to deliver as the sign and handwriting doesnt match mine, also i called upon the no to whom they have delivered the product, the person next side llttery ignored that he has taken the product,, i just called to confirm,,, i had sent the recordding also to them,, not as much time has been sprnt i asked them to delover the product or return my money back, but still no respobse from them... I am unable to attach the audio calling, so i had attched the 2nd party sign on the deliver challen, as they are not mine sign and not my handwriting

          As i have received one watch yesterday which is not upto d mark nd also having a manufacturing defect. As i tried to set time thrice. But showing a differenence of 25 to 30 min every after one hour.
          I want to return it please let me know the procedure.
          If such things happen with d online company, thn people will loose faith in online shopping. As it was my first order to this company and it seems that i have been cheated nd it was really a bad experience because i have been trying to send uh mail since yrsterday but you guyz are not accepting.
          Kindly tell me how to return it.

            As i have received one watch today. Which is having manufacturing defect. As i tried to set time twice. But after one hour it is showing difference of 15 to 20 minutes.
            Please tell me how to return it.

              I bought a watch. It was damaged. I want to return it but latestone is not accepting it.
              Very bad fraud service.
              I tried to return it via 3 courier services namely dtdc, aramex, india post but they are not accepting to courier it since it is an electronic device or done other reasons.
              Now its out of return warranty period.
              It was a very bad experience.

                            I purchased a watch from this site which was surprisingly delivered before time. But the product quality was very poor, so i requested a return of the product and sought a refund. The customer care took a complaint and assured me that it would be closed within two days, but after 5 days when i received no response from latestone, i tried to connect their customer care services once again, but this time i am not able to get through to their customer care itself as their executives are always busy. I mailed in customer care and complained about it so i got call from you one lady called me on13/10 at 11:40 am her name was suduku something.. Sorry didn't remember her name properly.. She said that you order one new watch and i will adjust your amount on it.. One person came to collect that watch and he taken from me 17/10,..
