Sir...actually the thing is...at the morning...i was just feeling up my details to place an order and the last thing to place the order is to click on the order button...so i thought that today we will be tested for COVID -19...and if we tested positive. we cant place the order on cash on delivery as we do not have any online platform to pay...so for discussing it...i just went to my wife's room and then my little naughty child has came from his room and clicked on the order button and placed the order which i was going to cancel...so please cancel this order sir.

                    I ordered ptron airpod on 9/10/20. I was using my airpod and suddenly my right airpod is not working not connecting not charging and the light is not blinking. The right airpod is not working at all!!!. My left airpod is working but right airpod is not working. I wrote a mail also but no response. I called 6-7 times but no one picks... Just says the line is busy. Please look into it. It's my humble request and Pls contact me.

                        I raised a Warranty claim ticket #PR622105 on 9th Sept and the team advised me to courier the product and I did that on 10 Sept and shared the courier tracking ID. Since then I might have sent 20 e-mail and no response to any of my e-mails. I even tried calling the Customer Care number but it never gets connected. I have no clue what the next process is as I have already couriered the damaged product and its been almost a month with no response and update. I need this to be looked into on priority and advise.

                                I have a complaint that my order id - pt150771 when delivered the one side of the headphone is not working, i filled all the details on website i called up and i also emailed them guys but they did not respond, i think it's a shame to do this on a customer who trusted them for the first time and boom they guys break it immediately take actions on them and make them refund please

                                        I have purchased earphone from patron official webpage on dated 17-jul - 2020, but still not getting any delivery status.
