    Today my second order for lady's wrist watch is placed, payment also made and the order id no. Allotted is lo9371430 (Receved sms only). But till now, no any confirmation, details of its shipment are not posted either to my email id or to my cell phone. With a great hope i have placed my order (2nd order) to gift to my daughter. Please look into the matter and do the needful and remove the inconvenience please

      I ordered earphone from ur site yesterday night. I cancelled the ordering today itself before shipping. But still my order was not cancelled and then i got the message that they are ready to be shipped. I will receive the order but i'm bothered by the inconvenience which was caused inspite of cancelling it before shipping of the order.

              I have purchase above mentioned product from latest one Via order no. LO9217570 dated 16/07/18. Invoice No. DFC[protected] Dated 16/07/18.
              They have supplied a defective product. Its FM is not working at all. Even checked on different locations. Tuning switch is also seems serviceable. Range of BT is written in the specification is 25 meters but it is not working even 10 meters range. On site I tried to return it but no option is shown on the latestone.com. Please get me a serviceable product or I should be refunded my paid amount.

                Order placed on 18th June'18 for Moblie charger, post 5 days delivery of stock USB wire is not working .I had verified my moblie charging jak also from local shop after that Yesterday discussed with lastestone CSD team.He told me that Ptron team will contact you but till no one has contacted me.

                        I dont have work or what? At first customer purchase via latest one and after that keep mailing you for the defect piece. Again I recieved today defect piece in exchange of the first one.. At first there is connectivity problem and now there is starting problem.. Recieved the old one, charging code is of other color and earphone is of other color. What the hell you are doing..Please solve this problem as soon as possible and stop cheating with customers..                                 I was happy when i received call from your courier boy around 3-15pm than get delivered back cover hybrid of motorola moto e4 plus, (Placed an order for 2) around 4-30pm i unboxed it than attached to my mobile but towards volume keys and below it one key is. Not functioning... Still i used for few minutes but aforesaid keys are not working n it has become great difficult to operate keys than i tried another cover too but none of one of the said two mobile covers are not working so far volume keys and small keys of my mobile motorola moto e4 plus...                                   They are not responding according to the return policy they have mentioned on their website:

                                  1. They clearly mentioned if item purchased cost more than 300 INR it has 7 days return policy and what they replied me over email . is just 4 days.
                                  2. They are asking for me to courier the product back, but as per their return policy, its clearly mention they can process the pickup of product i Pin code fall in their purview, question is if they they will deny to this, how come they will have pin code in their purview to deliver this item to me first of all ?.
                                  3. I asked the team me to send me proper detail response to my question they are keep repeating or sending the same email again and again.

                                    I ordered an earphone from Ur website didn't find it good so returned them through DTDC after many weeks Ur CX service agents told me that they have received an empty box and asked me to contact DTDC
                                    I contacted DTDC they told me we cannot do anything because it's the fault of you guys that you haven't checked for the box when u recieved it
                                    I made a conference call between you guys and DTDC and when your agent has no answer for the same thing that why dun u check the box while recieving it and you are telling it weeks later she asked me to wait for few days and she will definitely help
                                    After few weeks or I will say months I didn't hear any response from you I mailed latest one there was no reply
                                    I called them they asked me backend team will call and I got no call
                                    This is what your service is paying no attention to the CX

                                    Now m ended up with no product plus no refund and a very bad or I will say terrible CX service

                                      I have submitted a complaint about my bluetooth speaker on 12th march, later on 14th march, i have provided the order id alongwith a photocopy... I have got messages from the company representatives that they will contact me either on telephone or via email... Till date, no such attempts or efforts have been made from them... On 25th may, i got a message from them with a utr no... Informing that they have refunded my money through some fund transfer process... Sorry to say, there is no such refunded amount has been credited in my bank a/c... I have already informed it, reply message was as usual... Representative will meet me by any communicating medium within 2-3 days... Please, advise or suggest me, how can i get my money back? The tolerance level has reached it's extreme point... Hoping forward for quick resolve of the issue.

                                      It's a matter of great frustration that after providing my number and available time of contact, you have not make any attempt to contact me since 4th June. I have even asked you to provide your number so that I may contact you to resolve the issue...You don't bother to send any reply. Do you think, a seller's responsibility is restricted to the limit of delivering the item and receiving the payment? Do you think, I am begging to you? You, people are simply lying. Neither you have called me a single time nor you have sent me any refund. You, simply do me a favor. Send any of your representative to pick up the BT Speaker from my address, repair it and resale it. I am totally disgusted with your approach of customer care or service.
                                      I buy a Bluetooth on latestone.com it was not working. This latestone is not return product facilities .
