    I had purchased PTron Bluetooth headset on 25.09.2018. Now it is having connection and battery issues. While I walk the connection issue is more. It looses it's connection and I have to reconnect it. Moreover, the battery charge doesn't stay more than 90 minutes. Please do the needful ASAP.

      I don't need the product. I bought it mistakenly. First I thought that the earphones were bluetooth one but it was wired one so i need to cancel the order I need to cancel it because I don't want wired earphones. I want Bluetooth earphones.           Product (Order no. Sl3024049) had return and raised the refund almost 1 month back. Return request (Re: used product, ear mud in ear bud, poor sound qlty [#789780]) on 26 sept. And product returned on 02 oct. 1 month is already gone and i m still wating for refund from latestone.

          Latestone please clear that are you refund my amount or not or you cheated with me.

                I had ordered two product on latestone
                One was wallet and another was earphone.
                Wallet quality is good. But another product earphone (order no. SL3024049) is used and quality of product is very low. Immediately raised the return request (Re: Used product, ear mud in ear bud, poor sound qlty [#789780]) on 26 sept. and Product returned on 02 Oct. And now mailings for refund my amount. I thought latestone is cheated with me. If it is not. Kindly refund my amount ASAP..

                  Hi.. I have just received my order on 5th oct 2018, being out of station, i was unable to check my order. I opened my order today and shocked to see my headphones are not working and when i tried to connect with latest one customer service, lady said that they are not responsible and i shld reach to ptron service centre to get the headphones repaired.

                  I had ordered hdmi cable through latestone.com. My order number: sl2984451. I had paid through paytm wallet. I did not accept my order when the courier boy came for delivery because the delivery was not made in time and i did not want it then. I was informed by latestone support executive that my amount will be refunded in original payment mode. I did not receive any refund. When i enquired, the support executive replied that the refund has been made successfully in paytm wallet.in fact i have not received any refund. Latestone support team says to contact paytm for refund issue. I am using paytm since last many years and there has not been any issue with money related transactions. I request that the refund amount gets credited to my paytm wallet.

                  Latestone contacted me and asked for bank details to refund the amount. I provided bank details and I got a mail from Latestone on 16th Oct confirming that they have transferred refund amount to my bank. But even on today the amount has not been credited to my account. This is really a fake site for shopping and i will report to all in my contacts and also to concerned govt. authority.

                      I have been order an earphone on 25 see 18. Today that item have been received by me. But product of item is very bad which was thinking about the item and sound quality is very poor.                           My headphone's warranty was of 6 months, but she has gone bad, so change my headphones. Otherwise, refund my money or i will change my order and both of them will apply further so that's why i please please take a look at my point of view if sir is given a 6 month warranty at least 6 months so you can change my order to change me, please please change my order

The order number is sl3018679 for your reference. Yesterday i received the headphone for 598.00/- cash on delivery mode[protected]. I checked the delivered item, there is only one ptron hbe6 earphone metal bass headphone with mic in back & red color and also i checked the parcel label. You mentioned the quantity as 1 for 598 but i paid for 2 items. Can you please check and send my earphone which one is not delivered from your end or please take for return which you deliver to us.
